Never been to a major pharmacy that is “out of network” not only were they out of network but after 10 hours and getting back to pick everything up they didn’t hav either ready… you could have called the number that you confirmed when I dropped off the scripts if there was any issue. Top tier Walgreens… top tier… only plus side is they were only $37…

This location is ALWAYS CLOSED EARLY for no reason and has illegal drug activity on the premises/in the parking lot. They allow these issues to continue and do NOT know how to properly/safely run an establishment.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreen’s for about a year out of necessity because it’s the closest pharmacy (of any kind) to my house. The drive through is closed 90% of the time due to staffing issues, pharmacy hours are updated randomly and notice is posted on a print out taped to the window. Once this resulted in my boyfriend not being able to have pain medication for the first 12 hours following wisdom teeth removal because the pharmacy completely closed at 4 pm with no notice. I always wait until I’m notified a prescription is ready before I pick it up, and each time I arrive at the store I’m told it will be an additional 20-30 minute wait before it can be filled. What could and should be a 15-20 minute Walgreen’s trip tops always turns into an hour or more. I recommend trying any other pharmacy in the area if you’re able.

I’ve never had issues with wait times for prescriptions at any Walgreens except this one. It’s the closest to my house but I just waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru for a script.

The pharmacy at this location has gotten ridiculous! The drive through is rarely open & today after waiting in the drive through line for over 10 mins I get to the window only to be directed to come inside cause they were closing the drive through! Came inside to a line of 10 people that continued to climb! I’ve transferred every script I had here except for 1 because the price on that one is cheaper here but it’s gotten so bad that it would honestly be worth paying more than dealing with this every single month! It’s as if they are doing me a favor by filling my scripts instead of me doing them a favor by choosing to use Walgreens! Come on Walgreens this has gotten so bad!

At checkout and the kids are cussing up a storm in a whole conversation. They were very pleasant with me however. The only reason I’m commenting is bcuz someone will probably hear that and do more than just make a google review. I get it man, I have worked in service for years. Our generation already looks bad, we don’t need to add on. Please guys just keep those kind of words away from the customers ears.

I actually like this store and the employees are friendly however I don't care for the answer I got from a cashier when I told her at 8:30 at night that a sketchy person was hanging right outside the front door begging people for money. Her reply was ," Oh yeah he's there all the time". Seriously? I didnt expect her to confront him, that's a mgrs job. Interesting.. maybe they should just put him on the payroll since he's there all the time anyway

The only issue we had was with the cashier. When she was checking us out, my brother noticed she scanned an item twice. First she argued with us and then finally checked on the computer. We told her she needed to scroll up more but she wouldn't, and argued that we were confused. Eventually we just paid because there was a line. We got outside and checked the receipt. As expected, she scanned the item twice. We went back in and got in line and she looked at us and just said "What?" I said, you did scan it twice. Her reply was "Well go get another one". Are you kidding me? We were never rude or disrespectful to her and even the guy she was checking out shook his head. We gave her the bad and receipt. She couldn't find it so we had to point it out on the receipt. She acted like we were such an inconvenience. It's too bad that we will have to drive further to go to CVS from now on.

I have been on hold for a pharmacist for about 45 minutes, and since there's not much else I can do, I decided to write a quick review for this pharmacy. They are picking up the phone, and then placing me back in the hold que, which puts me behind new callers each time. It's extremely unprofessional, and all I need answered is a quick yes or no question.Oh and the first time I called, after a 17 minute hold queue someone picked up the line and hung up.This is terrible, inconsiderate service. I will never do business here again.

My doctor gave me the wrong prescription and she had to call the pharmacy to correct it.They then said they never got a call and she had to call a second time.This wouldn't have been so bad if the bearded man behind the counter hadn't been incredibly abrasive. He made it very obvious he didn't want to even look at me most less have to talk to me. Prejudice doesn't look good on pharmacies.

Terrible customer service. I waited 15 minutes so to nobody around to help. Then Kevin, the manager didn’t feel like taking my FedEx package at the FedEx counter and told me to bring it somewhere else. Complete waste of my time. Terrible employee.

Staff is great and pharmacy is very quick but expect to get panhandled in the parking lot. Always people asking for something right outside the store plus coming up to your car asking for cash.

The pharmacist would not fill my prescription for fentanyl someday if she gets stage 4 bone cancer she will wish she had medication to ease the pain apparently she did not like the doctors office that I came from but sure made me pay the price!!!!

Good store but I called to see if my prescription was ready, but didn't let me know that they were closing in 30 minutes. So I wasted a trip down there to find out they closed at 6pm. So don't trust the times on Google

There are 5 Walgreens within 5 miles of where I live. Although this is one of the closest, I quit trading here because of the constant panhandling in the parking lot. And a couple of employees seem to have an attitude.
