Loved our experience today! First time shoppers but definitely returning anytime were in town!! Clean and well organized store. Super busy but everyone (customers & employees) were really friendly and helpful! Haven't tried anything from our haul but I'm super excited to do so!

Love this location. Staff is so kind, parking is ample, produce is fresh! My husband and I have a little schedule for going to maximize the non-crowded times, and it really is a lovely experience!

I've never felt compelled to review a grocery store, but I must commend an outstanding employee, Greg. While ringing me up, he noticed my multiple purchases of chocolate peanut butter cups. I explained that I try to stock up since I live a good distance from the nearest Trader Joe’s, and they happen to be my 5-year-old daughter's favorite, especially on her birthday. In an incredibly thoughtful gesture, Greg not only offered various varieties of nut butter cups I hadn't purchased before but also went above and beyond by getting a bouquet of flowers for my daughter. Trader Joe's, please recognize and protect this remarkable individual – his kindness and attention to customers are truly commendable.

i’ve never left a review for a grocery store before however in this case i just need too. so, i drive 40 minutes every couple months to trader joes because there is none where i am. this was my first time at this location and i will forever come to this one until one is built closer. the employees were so so kind, i noticed they were allowed to talk to each other while working (which i love that the employees are allowed to be human) , some were singing, and they all looked happy to be there honestly. it wasn’t full of sad and gloomy people , the vibes were just so good here. i had one woman , can’t remember her name, she said she was fairly new talk to me about gluten free snacks, she told me i HAD to try these donuts. the donuts are amazing, but i loved her, again her vibes were so kind and welcoming. then the two women who checked me out were so so so kind, they conversated with me about my celiac and many other things. silly to say, but i left this store with a HUGE smile on my face because of how kind everyone was and the positive energy all around.

My Tuesday morning routine is wake up and see what amazing new delectables the Trader Joe’s team has put out on its shelves. As to be expected, the staff is so friendly and always engaging at check out. They really put their steps in on Sunday, but they always have a smile on their face.

So Trader Joe’s has been an adored, vital and very valuable part of my life for 7 solid years.The freedom/autonomy staff are given to help in innovative ways and also to provide random acts of graciousness and generosity are OUT OF THIS WORLD💥Recently was having an incredibly pleasant day of zero work and a couple of indulgences. Cap the day at Trader Joe’s for groceries and yummy snacks for the night.At checkout, something catches my eye. A staff member gives me their rave reviews (some crazy delightful, delicious seasonal and pleasantly herbal truffles). So I grab a set in addition to my other chocolate. And some more pleasantries, Bailey, the employee/casher who was so magical just in-and-of himself, let Trader Joe’s treat me to them.Trader Joe’s customer focus, pricing and unique products are what keep them at the very top of my grocery store budget.Big, beautiful shoutout to Bailey (and Kelley, I believe) who’s style, personalities and customer focus made a lovely day pretty magical and much more meaningful 💫

The one on White Bridge Road is a little roomier and the parking better. Everyone is very friendly. They have good coffee, vanilla paste, kringles (in season and when they are gone, they are gone), and potato chips made with a type of russet potato that has a lot of sugar in it, so they are very crispy and toasty. They have real Italian lambrusco, which is divine.

Love Trader Joe’s, but this store just has a horrible setup! The lines from the checkout stands stretch well into the aisles, making it difficult to ship several of the departments. Avoiding this location from here on out.

I love the trader Joe's, I cannot visit it that much though because it is all the way across the town for me. I will never understand why they do not take advantage of another area of town. All of the trader Joe's are on the west side of Nashville. I am on the east side and let me tell you there are plenty of people over here. Begging for one. Seems like a wasted opportunity to me. But that's just my two cents. Still a great store, still have everything you look for in a normal trader Joe's, and their staff members are excellent.

Made the mistake of going on a Sunday and the place was an absolute nightmare. So many people you could hardly move. However the staff was replenishing the shelves and and thoes we spoke to were very nice and helpful. I do recommend Trader Joe's just beware of the weekend crowds.

Always loved TJ. I couldn't find an item I haven't had since I was a kid, asked the staff and they got it for me and gave it to me free after I'd paid for everything and my family was already out of the store.10/10 would recommend and going back soon

Why build 2 TJ's within 3 miles of each other? They both are so packed. Build about 5 more, not within 3.3 miles of each other, in the most congested areas of already crowded Nashville.

Update: this TJs dropped the country and brought back the dad rock! I even heard some local music (Bully).Best grocery store in the area. Very very busy on the weekends though, come by during the day over the work week if you can swing it.

Although this location has been open for months this was the first time I had seen it. Less crowded than the Green hills location with the same selection. My sister asked me to find "magic mushroom spice blend" and when I asked an employee to help me find it they went leaps and bounds to help satisfy my ridiculous request. Turns out the spice blend had a completely different name. Tasty spice blend though.

Employees are so nice. Shelves are stocked. I love Trader Joe's! Please open a location closer to Tennessee/Kentucky state line!!!! Maybe one in Springfield, Pleasant View, Clarksville or Bowling Green. I hate driving to Nashville the traffic is horrific.
