Needed knee pads for gardening,and I was directed by several staff to do to flooring. That was the only knee pad they had. None in gardening, so.. off I went.Those knew pads were 37 dollars a piece. Asked again, that was all they had. So, on a lark, I went to general hardware, where I found a selection of knee pads sold in pairs from 49.00 to 9.00 dollars.

Maybe not a one star place, more like two stars, but need to counter the obviously fake five star reviews that say things like “everyone in this place seems to be having a great day.”My main complaint is that I tried to pay a $10 balance on a rental, was told by someone at the counter that it was all good and I didn’t need to worry about it, then I came back to rent something else and found I had my account blocked because the $10 balance was sent to collections. The people working were nice enough to override the block and allow me to rent. Still, here I am chasing down a $10 debt that I attempted to pay immediately after the item was returned. Anyone giving a Home Depot a five star review is senile, insane, or not a real person.Two stars. Minus one for inflating the ratings.

Their rental customer service was excellent. Ty went above and beyond to make sure we had a rental ready for us and James was thorough and very nice. So far has been the easiest place to rent when you need a large vehicle.

I won’t leave bad star reviews for anyone because I think that’s narrow sighted and emotional in most cases.My crew just spent two hours returning materials we picked up from the same store with their name on the purchase order.Wasted our time and put us behind because some unfortunate clerk thought the $55 in concrete had to have my ID scanned in order to return it. No critical thinking ability at all, she told me the computer says it is required for some reason. I am busy at home TRYING to do paperwork and I’m now wasting my time to go there for a $350 return and it literally didn’t need mt ID. A manager was finishing the return when I arrived. The level of corporate support is worse than ever since we are limited to the big companies only.This is a 1 star review.My guys day was wasted. My focus was wasted and we now have a trip to make on a Sunday to do what we can’t do today. I’m all this clerk of almost a year with the company cost the business $1,000 because we were returning fence posts and concrete that we didn’t need to the store.

I found the holy Grail of home depot's here!They had everything I needed in stock, from the paint I wanted, to the lumber and trim I needed.On top of that, they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. And bonus points for them allowing me to bring my dog in!

No stars would be more accurate. This store manager scheduled a delivery for sheetrock after closing (10:00 PM) on a Monday night. I arrived early to untarp my load and be ready. The night manager walks out and flatly refuses to accept the load due to poor staff management and short staffing. I will now have to sit and wait here until tomorrow night, hoping they'll have their act together then. This will be 24 hours of unpaid time for me.Ridiculous, disrespectful, unorganized, unprofessional, LAZY people work here and manage this store.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. A woman named Terrika was helping 2 people at a time with a variety of issues. She tried to help me order an item I couldn’t find from different stores while helping another woman with a Home Depot credit card issue. It was pretty awesome. Hard to find service like that these days. Happy holidays, Terrika. And a happy new year. You deserve it.

Traveling to Nashville, had to make a stop at The Home Depot.Clean store, clean parking lot.If my checker would have been nice and in good spirits like the other checker, I would have given this store a 5 Star.No masks required. Social Distancing recommended.

Their selection and employees are fine but if someone approaches you to take a survey, don't. They've been hounding me since, trying to sell "home services." I've blocked their number but they keep trying. I'll drive right by them and go to Lowe's from now on.

At this store “wat u tryin to do” has replaced how can I help you. There are a few good employees a lot of bad ones that are rude and sometimes even menacing. If they look up from those phones to acknowledge you at all it’s to tell you it’s not their job or problem. Bad store and I have been going their for over a decade. It wasn’t always this way. Lucky that right down the road in Madison is a perfectly great hd that is full of great employees. Just keep driving.

We bought a generator online for pickup at this location before they opened noting they had 4 in stock, but they sold all 4 out from under our purchase and then acted like it was our fault. So yeah big 👎👎👎👎 for bad customer service and for not holding our purchase

Just like every other visit, I end up searching every isle twice until I finally give up and ask someone... only to find they are out.I hate these oversized hardware stores. At this monstrous size, they need to make each store a carbon copy on the layout, and install some sort of machine customers can search on.

Needed heat tape to wrap some pipes. Looked forever. Asked FOUR workers. Didn't even know how to look it up! Got sick if the wild goose chase and left. HAVING EMPLOYEES ISN'T ENOUGH YOU MUST ALSO TRAIN THEM! Who ever is in charge of that needs a new job!

I'm a trucker who never did anything close to trying to remove the floor in my rv . But from Alan and Clint in the lumber department to everyone else who saw me wandering around the store lost and guided me to the right section I thank you. To your credit card machines that worked when your well not even competition but they didn't they were just rude thank you Home Depot you installed a value in your employees attitudes that in this day and age is a amazing accomplishment. Back on the road I go !

Do not order flooring from Home Depot! I had laminate and carpet installed. Prior to ordering, I received daily calls asking me to pay and confirm. They made promises they didn’t keep, such as they will correct minor issues causing the floor to squeak before installing the carpet. When it wasn’t done, I called and was told they don’t do that. Even though they told me they would fix minor issues or let me know of major issues with the floor so I could fix it before the carpet was finished. Well, they told me they would go back and listen to the calls and call me back after offering me $50!!!! Guess what, they never called back. Not only that, the installers came to install the laminate and an entire box of supplies was not delivered to my home! Both installers and the delivery company complained about dealing with Home Depot’s flooring department. They lack integrity, harass you to book, and make promises they do not keep. I will never use them again for any service!

This the most horrific store I’ve ever been in. I’ve told myself a hundred times to never stop in briley pkwy as the whole store is full of incompetent people from top to bottom. Can never get a will call or delivery right. As to speak to a manager and it’s at least a 30 minute wait. If there is one store Home Depot should close this is the one and keep no one!!!! Not one person there has knowledge of any product!!!! If I could give less than one star it would be negative infinity!!!!
