I really wanted to like this store. Unfortunately it’s always out of stock and the worst part is that they sell expired milk! This was my second time ordering groceries and the gallon was expiring today. Not just milk but the mushrooms were black already, and the bread was stale.

I love this grocery store, the bagging process could be better. They tend to just put things in the bag without considering the type of food, BUT the meat counter is great! I love the Cajun shrimp and I asked about the sauce and the gentlemen that is usually there was kind enough to give me some to try at home. That kind of stuff goes along way in my book! So thank you for being so kind!

Our 1st trip was great!!I even called ahead to see if the product I was looking for was available. The lady checked for me & even mentioned it was on sale.We will continue to shop at this store which is an hour away. Friendly, helpful employees & very clean store.Happy to pay for the bags!! There thick & come in very handy at home.

Let me start by saying I love sprouts, their food is great and most people are incredibly helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, today, I had a very bad interaction with the cashier who was checking me out. He began to scan my items, and there was no one there to bag so I stepped to the end of the counter and started to bag. The cashier stops what he’s doing and very loudly says “ma’am you can’t do that, you’re stealing!” I was so taken aback and embarrassed. I asked him ( very calmly and nicely) why I couldnt bag. He then proceeds to tell me because before I can bag my items I need to tell him how many bags I want and pay for them. I didn’t realize sprouts makes you pay for bags, but that’s 100% fine with me and I’m happy to pay for bags. But a) there was NO sign saying you have to pay for bags so how was I suppose to know as a nonfrequent sprouts customer - but not a huge deal, and more importantly b) how am I suppose to know how many bags I want to pay for before I bag my groceries?? I don’t have an issue paying for bags, but I was just trying to be helpful and keep the line moving and the way he spoke to me was so rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Staff care more about arguing with customers. Lines are always long. Unfortunately, the customer service was not good on 2 different occasions. Cashier purposely held one of my bags back because I was ready to pay and didn't care to hear her coworker ramble on about how "krogers doesn't doesn't have the other kind, blah blah blah", i did not ask about that product nor do I care......she refused to go in back to check to see if the item i asked about was in stock in the back....lazy,,,, as i have had a man check bavk there several different times i have came in and its usually back there( fine if its not but to flat out refuse to check?). So since I couldn't get the answer for what I originally asked, I called. It took 3 times of me calling for them to answer the phone. The same lady answers, and yells HELLO, HELLO... Like she's on her personal cell phone,,, so she said she's a manager ? How about, "hi thank you for calling how may I help you" be more professional, sounded like someone off the streets...... Wouldn't even give me a chance to speak then starts with the rambling. I finally said forget it, thank you , have a good day. Also had a lady on a different occasions argue telling me there were strawberry brand I asked for on the display and when I said no there's not show me then she went back and started asking the coworkers standing around " where are those strawberry.....blah blah) ... They replied they are out and there went anymore there on display. She knew in that moment I had proof that she just felt to argue.

Never had a problem with this store till my card unexpectedly declined. I apologized and moved money around asap but the cashier was less than nice, rolled her eyes at me, and sighed audibly. These situations aren’t pleasant and embarrassing but there was no reason for this.

I'm an Insta Cart shopper and when I need help finding something, I mever have to look very far for a smiling face! Very kind staff around every corner willing to take me right to the item! Truly appreciate you going above and beyond to help me every time!

The workers were kind and the store appeared clean. I did see an unsupervised boy that was around 6 years old putting his head down into each one of the lower self-serve candy containers near the gummy works. While I don’t hold that against the store, I avoided that isle of the self-serve area. Who lets their kids run wild in a grocery store?

Love the store and variety of snacks. I wish they carry more of the things we usually buy like the refrigerated dog food! But overall love the snacks that we found today. :D The produce section is amazing!

It’s discrimination to fire someone because of a disability. The young man has Autism. They could just try putting him in another department or getting some training for him with customer interaction. He works hard here. The customers don’t even understand he’s autistic. The young man needs more support.

Nice grocery store, but inspect your produce thoroughly. I actually purchased some Portobello mushrooms that looked fine from above but had begun to rot just below the surface. They were happy to refund me.

Although not in my Neighborhood, when traveling to Bellevue, I'm DEFINITELY stopping in at Sprouts for a "few" things and the bill at checkout is $92 , I am SO happy when I leave there. Today GF Mini Pumpkin Donuts YES PLEASE & Stuffed Buffalo Blue Cheese Olives , Ymummm HELLO!!!!!! It's the little pleasures in Life that Sprouts Farmers Market carries 👍

Love this place, one of my favorite stores! Could spend hours in there looking at all of the Stuff from around the world it has to offer that you wouldn't think to ever find At a grocery store No matter how fancy. Organic gluten free progyes it stands alone❣️ 🙌

The cashier treatment with the items was horrible! She wasn’t gentle with the items and just threw them aside like it was nothing. I’m also confused why the bags are now $0.13? Everywhere I go the bags are free and they don’t cost me anything at all! This used to be my go-to spot for organic foods but I will not be coming here again! Such horrible service

Today was my second time coming to this location and both time I had very bad customer service. I was in line the white girl saw me as she was ringing up a customer and there was one customer in front of me. She gone look up and put the lane closed sign up. I only had one item and the guy in-front of me had several . The African American guy was ok but I want be coming back to this location

I really like Sprouts and wish it was closer because I can only shop every once in a great while living an hour away. Their sale prices on bulk and produce are great! I was in town for an event and did a pick up order and they did miss one item which bummed me out because we didn't notice till we were home and couldn't just go back real quick.

So many delicious options here that aren't found in the other local grocery stores. A must-shop for allergen-free and specialty health products. Really awesome selection of fresh meats. My go to spot for refrigerated probiotics! No more driving across town to Whole Foods...
