Love this location specifically for hosting the Proverbs 12:10 animal rescue every Saturday allowing them to take over the store! Visit between 11 and 1 if you haven't experienced it

Every employee was very friendly and helpful. If I remember correctly, there were 3 women working at the time. They were patient with us even though we spent way too long wandering around the store. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and full shelves. Big shout-out to their awesome customer service and INTENT execution!! Keep up the excellent work!! #petcostrong

I go to this store regularly as we are new aquatic turtle owners and I have found the employees there are so helpful. They are always trying to help you get what you need at a price you can afford. It is also really helpful to go into the the physical store since I usually have questions. There are a few turtle owners there too!

It was so easy to place my order online. I got an email telling me when my order was ready - it was a very short time. I called when I got to the store and within a few minutes my order was brought out to my vehicle and loaded in the back. Excellent! I hope you continue with that service.

Nice selection of all things pets. I go for the fish, personally, and they have a much different stock than other stores in the area, which is refreshing. I have had mixed results with staff. Some are very welcoming while others come across as though they can't be bothered with customers. That is the only place that dinged them down from a 5 star rating from me.

Caleb and his crew are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I love going in to talk to them and get great pet advice! They give great recommendations on literally everything! From treats to toys to food! I always get great advice on the best everything for my dog and my dog loves coming here! They always have a great selection of items that I can choose from and I always get the highest quality of products! This Bellevue Petco team is apart of my pet family !! HIGHLY Recommend!

The store has a dazzling array of products, and is very well organized. The clerk who checked me out was very friendly and helpful, and even signed me up for Petco's rewards program, which got me a discount on my purchase The ONLY issue I had was lack of 5 lb. bags of the dog food I needed, so I bought 15 lb. bag instead.

Probably the best Petco for fish supplies and livestock in the area. Plus, the lady that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. She actually steered me away from some fish that probably wouldn't have worked out in my tanks!

Very helpful staff in this newer location . Excellent supply of high quality and healthy dog food. Also used pet trainer for 2 6-week puppy classes, Darval was very helpful and comprehensive. Can't recommend this place more if you need a top notch pet store in Dicson area We drive 25 miles,one way, to go there.

I love shopping with Petco. The main reason I choose Petco is because my rescue agency partners with Petco and Whole Hearted dog food is carried. I do wish that the prices were a bit more affordable and that Dream Bones brand was carried for their favorite treats. The rewards system could also use some updating. Seems like we spend lots of money with Petco to get virtually nothing from the rewards.

We always go to this Petco over other Pet stores because the fish we get are better and live longer. We also get better service and get to ask for advice. My boy also likes to look at all of the animals. :)

This place is great, has the best type of dog and cat foods . And you can be honest while buying feeder rats for your snakes while at pets mart you have to lie in order to buy them . They wouldn't even sell me any once they found out I had snakes.

I've been coming to this Petco for years now and they never disappoint. Jay, Hannah, and a tall guy with dark hair and glasses helped me out big time on my trip today. Jay pet my puppy for a bit when I asked him to socialize with him. Guy with dark hair helped me find a good harness and helped me fit it on my very skittish puppy. He even helped me pick up his fear poop (yikes) and helped me get some cheap litter. Hannah checked me out and helped me get a discount on the harness cause I was on the struggle bus. These employees, past and present have always been awesome!

We have a 2 year old lab mix we adopted at this Petco a couple of years ago and have been taking her there to Becky to get groomed since the beginnig:) she does an amazing job and Zoe feels silky smooth every time we pick her up! We love Petco! Unique products we can't find other places. Alot of made in the USA! We love the grooming salon too! Highly recommend! We drive to Bellvue TN Petco because we LOVE Maddie. She does an excellent job on our baby!

This place was big and had a huge selection of all kinds of pet products but they are very pricey on most they're items. I did like that I could get pet ID's & engrave them there but that too was pricey. I'd recommend them if looking for pet supplies you can't find any where else otherwise you might want to go some place cheaper.

PETC has about anything to satisfy the needs of a domestic animal. Staff is both friendly and helpful every time I am there. Plus they sponsor dog obedience classes, a rescue group that does adoptions and a weekly pet health and vaccination clinic. They also have groomers.
