Great place to get cat food and toys for our furbabies. They have a station setup to showcase kittens and cats for adoption. They also have small animals and good selection of aquarium fish. We joined their customer program and receive $5.00 back for every $100 spent it applies to merchandise purchases.

This place is always very neat and clean. The employees are kind and helpful. They have everythung that you need for your pet. Well, i shop for my dog and I'm not certain about every animal. Certainly everything fir digs and healthy choices are available.

The staff here is very polite and always willing to help. The store is well-stocked and has everything from fish supplies, small bird and reptile supplies and anything you may need for a cat or dog. The only thing that frustrates me is their lack of care for their Bettas; every time I have gone there they are sick or near death. All the other animals seem to be well taken care of.Edit March 2023: I stopped by today and by some miracle the Bettas weren't in tiny cups today! They were still in too small tanks and had no heater, but not having them in cups is such a huge step towards educating their customers that Bettas need large aquariums (at least 10 gallons when they go to a permanent home). This was such a breath of fresh air to see from a pet store. They were even surrounded by some pretty good Betta products.Maybe in the future they'll switch to ceramic water bowls instead of bottles for their small animals and then they'll be a pretty good example for other stores.

Employees decided to close store at 5:00. Not sure why note did not explain. Had to to to Publix for cat food but I found a brand that the cats love there so problem solved I won't have to rely on pet supermarket for cat food anymore.

This place is lovely! They have an amazing selection of quality and affordable pet supplies/products to choose from. They also have the cutest adoptable pets in store. I love coming here for my cats treats, food, toys and health items. You can register your number and build points for discounts, so it works out wonderfully in terms of saving $$.The staff is always so kind, knowledgeable and helpful as well.100% come here for all your pet needs!

Employees are so friendly every time I come in! The bonuses and discounts are a bonus! Animals look well taken care of and the vet days rock as well! I do wish they would start taking smaller pets soon (Guinea pigs) for the vet visits! Thanks for a great experience everytime !

First thing, the young lady, Samantha helped us and she was absolutely great! Very kind, informative and friendly. Store was very clean, neat and tidy. What really stood out to me was how clean the fish tanks were. Also, had a wide variety of cool fish. Overall, it was a really fantastic experience. We left with a cool and friendly Red Blood Parrot! Very pleased, will definitely be back and highly recommend!!!!! Thanks Pet Supermarket!!!

Why I love this place is plain and simple: the staff. The staff here are always courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They've helped me figure out food issues, fit harnesses, and more. I do sometimes wish the store were just a bit bigger so there were a bit more of a selection, but they've got what I need and are great about ordering things. They're one of my two favorite Nashville pet supply stores.

I needed help with a work project. I called the store and a friendly voice answered. The person I'm talking about was jacob. I walked into the store after we finished our conversation. Good selection of items and usually in stock. They don't have everything but they do have some good dog treats and toys. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Just watch your dog as he enters the front door, he may have to pee on it like ours did, as probably 1000 other dogs before! LOL

We went in to check out animals available for adoption. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We were looking specifically for a kitten, but there were none in the store at the time. He gave us a local foster lady's number and we were able to meet up with her the next day, leading to the adoption of our new addition to the family! All of the other animals in the store looked well taken care of as well. Highly recommended!

Employees were rude. They were only concerned about talking to each other. I’m not sure if management\staff has changed but I have never been treated like this. They were inconvenienced because I had questions and needed assistance, getting something. I have been shopping here for several years. Not anymore. Do better!

I want to thank the manger Ashley. She was always so kind to my animal, and his recent passing was difficult for me. Due to the snow and rain in January, he unearthed and I had to wait to rebury him until the ground was not frozen. I couldn't go there to tell her because my heart was literally shattered. A few weeks ago when I saw the store closed and her finishing before she left. I went to the door and she cracked the door and we cried together about Sam. It is rare one would find such compassion and empathy in this world these days. I wanted to let people know what a beautiful soul she is, and that she is so much more than just a manager. I will never forget her kindness.

The best place for your pets! They have a buy 10 bags of dog food get one free, any size! Excellent selections and convenient locations. Being in the rewards program has literally saved me 100s of dollars. It's free and easy. Everyone at every pet supermarket I've ever been too is very nice and knowledgeable. This is it for my pups!

Everyone there is always very helpful and friendly and have at times gone beyond what they ate required to do in order to help me and my pup Bentlee. Liz the manager is thoroughly knowledgeable and takes the time to help and educate customers. I am never disappointed when visiting this store. Staff seems to change often. It is a hit or miss in service especially when Liz is off. Otherwise, they get the job done.

I shopped here for the first time today and it was wonderful. reasonable prices and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. And as a bonus, when i mentioned it was my pet’s birthday they gave me a small gift bag for her. Definitely plan to regularly shop here in the future
