I’m very happy with the positive experience my sweet dog, Clark, had at Pawsitively Purrfect today. He is very sensitive to new people and places in general but came home today very happy, not clingy as he would usually be after picking him up from his previous groomer.

Awesome groomer and staff! I am always very last minute with my bookings and they can always fit me in, usually same day which is so helpful! I have a Standard Poodle and a Maltipoo and they keep them looking adorable. You guys are the best!!

My pug came back soooo clean, happy, and relaxed after his first spa appointment with Pawsitively Purrfect. In case you don’t believe me, I’m posting a picture to prove it. Not to mention he smelled AMAZING. We will definitely be returning!

Omg,today was my fur baby Juicy's first time at the groomers. I was so nervous but Brad and his staff are SUPER NICE!!! Brad explained everything that was going to happen and totally put my nerves at ease! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very disappointing experience. My cat has been to many groomers in his life and I have never had an issue or complaint about him in eight years of twice yearly lion cuts. He has even been to this place before, in April, with no issues.After the groomer called to tell me they could only do half of the job, I thought it was strange because again, never had a problem before in eight years, but figured okay, maybe he’s in a bad mood or there was a weird dog smell or something. It happens, I guess. Photo attached.I brought him back for a follow up appointment and AGAIN they were unable to finish his grooming!Not only was this terribly inconvenient as it’s not like I have all the time in the world to keep bringing my cat to the groomer, I still ended up with a cat without a complete grooming job AND they had the nerve to charge me full price! After failing to do the job not once, but twice!I don’t know if their groomer is new or inexperienced with cats or if their environment is just inhospitable to cats overall. Either way, I would NOT recommend this groomer for your cat.I will say that I’ve given this review two stars instead of one solely because the receptionist was a kind and friendly person. So maybe it’s a good spot for dogs.EDIT: well, I wrote this review immediately upon leaving the groomer. I am updating now because they didn’t close his carrier properly and he escaped during my drive home! Fortunately, as I said before he is a pretty chill cat so he curled up at my feet the whole way. See photo. Nevertheless, this is EXTREMELY dangerous and I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism from this place all around. Who doesn’t make sure the carrier is properly shut?? I have never had to double check this for a vet or groomer in my life! Unfortunately, this additional absurdity is bringing my review down to one star. I would not trust this place!

I just moved to the area and heard they were great. They were awesome!! They were very friendly and I knew they would take great care of Zoe, my pug. They did an awesome job grooming her as well. Will definitely be the only place I go! Highly recommend!

Rachel and her husband are amazing groomers. I’ve worked for groomers before and I know all the bad things that happen without owners knowing. This is the ONLY groomer I trust and know that my dogs are well cared for physically and emotionally. Highly recommend.

Great experience from check-in to getting our dog back. They were incredibly responsive and were sure to ask if our dog had any medical conditions that they should be aware of when grooming. We felt very comfortable leaving her in their care.

This place is amazing. I have a blue heeler and his behavior has changed when it comes to bathing. He becomes so stubborn and timid where other groomers have turned him down so I was really nervous taking him to the groomers for another try but THANK GOD I found this place. Brad is wonderful and patient and I’m so grateful he was able to work with my dog. I highly recommend this place

Have nothing but great things to say about Pawsitively Purrfect. Our dogs always used to be very upset (shaking, trying to leave the store, etc.) after visiting Petco, so my wife wanted to try an actual groomer. Now our dogs leave happy and looking great!

I cant say enough great things about this groomer!!! We rescued our dog at the beginning of Covid and wasn't sure where to take him to get groomed. We tried several places but weren't completely satisfied AND wanted to support a local/small business groomer. After searching, I finally found Pawsitively Purrfect! Their prices are great, the staff and groomers are all so wonderful and are great with our dog! He loves going and always looks perfect when he leaves here. They listen to your requests and follow up with questions/services that you had previously to make sure your best fur friend gets the best care/groom experience. I will definitely be taking him here from here on out and would HIGHLY recommend this groomer!

I have an honorary old Long haired calico cat that refuses to be groomed. She doesn’t much like to be touched. Pawsitively Perfect is an answer to my prayers. She had two sessions to get her first lion cut shave down completed. But both sessions were very quick. This limited both her and my anxiety. I was very nervous at first for both my cat and the groomer. But the groomer was so professional and he put me at ease immediately. And, my cat truly did not cop an attitude with me after her appointment. Actually, she was so much happier to have all of that matted hair removed she was exceptionally loving for the following week. Win-win! I Highly recommend Pawsitivrly Perfect!

We have been bringing our Westhighland Terrier here now for several months. We always have a great experience. Phoebe looks awesome after every cut! More importantly, I really feel the staff love on her and take care of her while she is there. The appointments are usually a few hours long, but they are up front with you about time from the beginning.

I recently moved to Nashville and was worried about finding a good groomer for my fiesty miniature poodle. He has a history of being difficult with grooming staff so I was very nervous about taking him somewhere new. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the experience exceeded my expectations. My poodle came back happy, looking adorable and smelling great! I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love PP!! I drive 30-40 minutes and will only go there for grooming services. Both of my Yorkies have been going there since they’ve been puppies. They take such good care of my girls. They take pride in their work and I appreciate it so much. I always get compliments on their cuts, always. Brad and his wife are amazing and worth going to...100%.

Have tried everything with my cats to get their claws trimmed and caps put on... Have had to resort to going to the vet and getting them anesthetized to be able to do it, until I found Pawsitively Purrfect!!! I have no idea how but she had no problem taking care of them with no sedation needed!!! Prices are extremely reasonable especially compared to what I was paying before!!!! So happy to have found this place, she's a cat whisperer!!!

I've been to this location twice now and both times they have been exceptional! My dog is the WORST at getting his nails done (like takes 4 people while on sedatives bad) and Brad is able to trim his nails and bathe him with no problem. My pup always comes back so happy and looking great and the staff is so so friendly.

I usually bring my dog here every other weekend to get his nails done. Even though he HATES getting his paws touched or handled they do a phenomenal job. The staff is friendly (even though my dog isn't happy about the work they do). The value of the work they do is okay, I've seen less expensive places which may lead me elsewhere eventually but to get him comfortable with the process we will continue coming here since they are so kind to him

Had a very easy time getting an appointment within a reasonable time. I went take my long haired cat to get groomed since she had some matting we couldn't remove. The staff was super nice and helpful answering my questions about how they are groomed.

Rachael is the best! Her husband is pretty awesome too, but he doesn’t do the grooming. I will only take my dog to Rachael. I believe she develops a bond with all her dogs she grooms She treats them like her own. My dog even likes to go see her. It’s comforting to me to go in their office because they always have random cute fur babies walking around.

The groomer did a good job with our cat. Not always easy to find a groomer that does cats. They were very friendly and so were the shop dogs. They need to do a better job estimating their time. A one hour job was estimated at two hours, but took over three to get done

I was skeptical at first because I read a negative review of this place from a week before, and this was my first visit for my cat. I felt out the place and I actually asked them about the review, and they were incredibly kind and communicated well about it. My fears were listened to and my cat, who was in admittedly bad shape, got a great shave in a very timely manner, and was treated well. He is extremely happy and so am I! Thank you!

We took our two (2) Cavalier King Charles dogs to Pawsitively Purrfect today for the first time. The staff was very professional and friendly. The retail area was very neatly organized and the entire place was impeccably clean. I highly recommend this Grooming location!

I love Pawsitively Purrfect. Rachel and her crew are wonderful. They know how to groom curly dogs like my cockapoo. He's always so much happier than when I have to drop him off at a groomer's and leave him. I would highly recommend this groomer!

Rachel is the best dog groomer my dogs have ever known! Her mobile grooming service is totally self-contained and her flexible scheduling can't be beat. Not to mention her prices are very reasonable and less than competition.I have 2 lapdogs that require extra TLC. 1 is a rescue dog and he was very skiddish w/ other groomers. Rachel won him over w/ patience, gentleness, and understanding. He now delights when he sees her. The other is 1 yr old and has non-stop energy. She won't sit still for me ever, lol. I was amazed to see how Rachel's soothing voice and expert dog psychology awareness puts her into a state of tranquility w/ ease. Both of my babies always get a full groom which includes special shampoos/conditioners depending on their needs at the time, the perfect cut, nails, ears, eyes, tails, glands, hair bows and bandanna scarfs. They are adorable and I can't recommend Pawsitively Purrfect enough. I have made several referrals to neighbors and all are delighted. She is especially good with puppies, and anxious dogs, as well as those that have a tendency to nip.Thanks Rachel, you are a lifesaver for my busy schedule and your mobile service is the best!!

We have been bringing our Maltipoo to Pawsitively Purrfect for over a year, they are so great! Very informative, detailed, & professional! They also do a great job of doing exactly what we ask for, like if I want my pups ears trimmed shorter than what is the “normal style”! They do book up quick so prebooking is a good idea unless you’re okay sometimes waiting a couple weeks to get an appointment!
