We absolutely love this place! We recently just adopted a new puppy and they instantly made him feel so loved. Everyone is so caring and thoughtful and will help with whatever you need! I don’t usually go online to write reviews but this place absolutely deserves it! It makes it so much better to know we will get taken care of before we even get into the door! Thank you Nashville Pet Products. Us and Vader love you guys! A special thank you to their Manager Adam as he has helped us everytime we’ve come in with Vader:)

Try this place recently. I had a milkshake it was quite good. If there was anything that I would say really stood out about the place though it is the staff they are very kind and friendly and welcoming to everyone. I believe the place is new so if you haven't tried it out I recommend checking it out. It's always great to support local businesses like this.

Love this place! Staff are helpful to a fault and knowledgeable. Great prices on food and treats. They have handmade collars (buckle and martingale) that are of superb quality with many patterns and sizes.

This place has just what we needed when Amazon was out of stock of our usual dog food. They were very helpful, insisting on carrying the food out for us, and helping us find just what we came in for with a smile. The prices were outrageous though. I will definitely come back here if I'm in a pinch again but I now know I'll just be paying nearly double.

I have been a loyal customer of Nashville Pet Products for almost 20 years. I am always amazed at how knowledgable all the employees are on the latest, most current information on pet nutrition, training, etc. Not to mention, everyone has a genuine love of pets which makes it even more fun to shop. Especially fun for my goofus of a dog who loves to come here as much as he does the park!

I never leave reviews but love this place! The best customer service. We're new pet owners that had a kitten that wouldn't eat, and they recommend great products and even threw in some freebies. The cat ate!!! Haha. And that's all that matters. Lifetime shopper here now😊

This place is wonderful. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. You should absolutely choose them over a petco or petsmart. I was looking for a puppy gate, and they honestly told me to check out baby gates at target or Walmart because they'd be cheaper. Good people running a great business.

Really great pet store! I applied here however for a part time position and was told they would need to ask if a medical service dog would be allowed. I was never called back after being told I would here back was never reached out too. Medical service dogs are allowed anywhere with their handlers, and people with said dogs are not supposed to be discriminated against. As a pet store I would think that someone with a service dog would be a great fit. I won’t be going back or shopping with them again. If you have a service dog do not apply here, they aren’t very accepting of people with disabilities.

Customer service for a few employees needs improvement, however one employee fixed our first experience with some free dog food samples even though our dogs did not like the samples it was worth the shot. Was going to rate a 1 but the last employee, he made the shopping experience so much better. They have excellent selection of food, treats and toys. Their flea medicine is over priced tho.

I continue to use Nashville Pet Products for most of my pet supplies. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. They treat their customers like family. When you walk in the door you are promptly greeted. They have very good price as well. I would highly recommend using this store.

Stellar customer service! From helping you choose the right product for your pet to carrying your purchase to your car in the pouring rain...then coming back to get you with an umbrella so you don't get soaked getting to your car! Love this place!

I've been getting tired of the big box pet stores lately, their lack of customer service, and deceptive pricing. I checked out the Nashville Pet Products Center yesterday and it was such a breath of fresh air! The door was held open for me by an employee, and I was immediately assisted with exactly what I needed. The store was clean, had a good selection of all the products I was interested in, and the prices were comparable to what I've seen other places! I'll definitely be going back to this store next time I need anything for my dog!

This is a fantastic locally owned pet store. The stock high quality foods, great toys, and awesome grooming supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and caring about everything pets. I have stopped going to the big box stores because this place is usually on par or cheaper on prices and I want to support a local business.

Friendly staff and great selection on products you won't find at big box pet stores. They have a wide variety of unique collars. We went to the Halloween event and got some awesome goodies. You can tell the store tries to create a sense of community.

Great food & service.. Drink station close to only 2 fest rooms 1 @ for men & women when busy iit gets very congested. They keep everything clean & movies. Only reluctantly give them a 4 for that reason not really their fault.

Customer service at its best! I love stopping in to NPP. This place really understands customer service. from the minute you pull in the parking lot, they are waiting at the door to greet you and make you feel welcomed. They are always helpful with product knowledge and even carry your bags out to your car. In a world where customer service is almost dead, this store is a breath of fresh air and full of all the goodies my dogs want.

We had a great experience at Nashville Pet. The employees were very helpful! The gentleman we spoke with knew great details regarding the products. Always above & beyond on service. I will never go anywhere else. Everyone extremely helpful with dog & cat food choices.They have samples & help you transition your pet to a healthy product. It is worth using foid products they offer because our vet bills are much lower. BUT more importantly, our pets are healthier & will live longer.They stand behind their products, which is rare these days.This place knows what "Customer Service" is & they go above it everytime.Go one time & you will always go back.👍🏼👍🏼

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.My first puppy I made first puppy mistakes, namely PetSmart. About six months in I discovered this little gem and haven't gone anywhere BUT here. The customer service is phenomenal every single time! From opening the door when you walk in to honest and reliable suggestions for foods, toys, an unbeatable return policy. Oh! And my favorite: I was trying out new puppy foods because I wised up and decided my dog needed better ingredients. The label recommendation was awesome and super affordable. Instead of sending me out with a bag of food my dog may or may not like, they loaded me up on samples and let her try them before I committed. That's just one example of their awesomeness.

With multiple cats I have challenges with health issues and general pickiness. Nashville Pet Products always seems to have good suggestions and a selection of food that isn’t available at the big box stores. You will may pay more but they are more likely to have a solution to your specific needs.

These people are always so nice, they hold the door open for you as you enter/exit the store, they give your pup treats if you bring him in, and they are very helpful. You don't get that at corporate chain store. It's the little things that go a long way. We always enjoy coming here.

Went to pick up some dominoes and thought I would check this store out. We just moved to Bellevue last October. Staff was very friendly, lots of good treats and toys. Much more personable then Petco. Will be back!
