I found this place on Google, and went just because it was convenient. Turned out to be a great experience! Comparable prices to bigger box-type pet stores, but better quality products. I spoke with Jacob, the man behind the counter, for a while and he is very knowledgeable! Great to hear how they’re a thriving small business, and source many of their products right here in the US of A. On top of that, he opened the door and greeted me and held the door for me on my way out. 12/10 customer service and a great overall experience.

The best customer service I’ve ever had from a pet store! They opened the door for me and brought me right to what I was looking for. The store is super well organized, spacious, neat, and tidy. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely coming back for more cat food for my cats!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I cannot rave about this place enough! The employees are so helpful and kind. The food I buy is either the same cost as other name brand pet stores or less. And a lot of the food is buy 12 bags, get 1 free (they keep track of the number for hours) so it ends up being less expensive. They are always happy to be working and you can tell they truly love animals. I’ve sent so many people here and will continue to do so!! If you’re looking for a store that sells healthier food for your fur babies, this is the place to go. They have a lot of the brands you won’t or can’t find at the big box stores.

Only place I have ever seen that gets in custom made collars and sells them at a good price.I think I ended up leaving with about 6, so I guess maybe it's not the best idea for me to be there, but either way great store and super friendly employees.Good selection of toys and food as well.

This is the best pet person experience, from the staff opening the doors and warmly greeting you to the friendly felines who just want enjoy the day.The store is clean, well-organized, and doesn’t smell like animals. There is a wide variety of pet foods, cat towers, and dog toys.

Wow! I’m so please with this store! Super friendly. Great customer service. I felt so welcomed!What encouraged me to leave a review was the hand written thank-you note from the store. That was so special to me! I’m so grateful. Companies don’t typically send you a hand-written note. But, Nashville Pet Products went above and beyond with their customer service.Quality food selection. Awesome treats for my new puppy. Slightly more expensive than the chain pet stores but that’s to be expected with superior products and knowledge. Wide variety of toys, treats, and necessities for your canine, feline, avian, and fish friends. Didn’t see a reptile section unless I missed it. Loved seeing all the super friendly cats chilling!

Super nice Manager and Employees! Very helpful, helped me choose a better pet food choice for my Rottie rescue. Prices seem reasonable and better than the delivery service I’m currently using. Our cats eat specialty pet food and love the treats. Get ready for receiving a smiling greeting at the door. Items purchased also carried to your car. We enjoy the store specials and discounts along with limited reward programs.

Great place for dog lovers to shop! The people who work there are wonderful too. They're eager to help you find whatever you need. They have an excellent selection of premium pet products, and they even greeted me at my car with an umbrella on this rainy Saturday. Everyone made a point to speak to me and pet my dog, in fact she enjoyed it so much she didn't want to leave!

This pet store is the best one I have ever visited. The customer service is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. They carefully went over foods with us and gave us samples in a previous visit for our picky greyhound. When I came for the follow up visit they took the time to help us find the food we needed and suggest others we hadn't tried. The lady working the front desk even made some suggestions to help our cat who is urinating outside the box. They have a great variety of cat and dog supplies and is very affordable for the quality of food and supplies they carry. For martingale users they also carry affordable martingales! All in all, a great pet store with great people. They do have cats who live in the store so be aware if you have an allergy!

This place is amazing. The staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I found this place while looking for a pet store close to my house. I had just found a puppy wandering in the street the day before and took him in. They helped me find everything I needed to clean him up, clean up after him and take good care of him. I'll definitely be doing my pet shopping here for my new buddy, Rufus! He's such a good boy and this is such a good store!

This pet store is THE Best for your fur babies! They are knowledgeable, caring, experienced, and want the best for your animals. I switched my older Cavalier spaniel to the food they recommended and it has helped his health issues!! I am very grateful to them!

Huge location compared to Hermitage location-based and very clean and neat. Spacious.They had great organization and I was able to get what I came for. Big on freeze dried raw, both room temp and frozen. Lots of raw food selection.

Updating my review as of my recent interaction today.Like I said I don’t leave reviews, but I’m so upset with how I was just treated. I’ve been bringing my super friendly Golden Retriever here since he was 8 weeks old and had a great experience with Jacob, Kim, Katherine, Dylan up until the new employees. We’ve spent a lot of money at this location and my dog loves coming but this is the last time we will visit and I will make sure this is noted on his TikTok. My parents purchased a duck neck by the brand of Vital like we always do recently and unfortunately it had some nasty fly larvae maggots crawling inside and when I opened, it will all over my kitchen floor. That’s not the issue as it’s an organic product so I understand, but when I called I spoke with “Molly” who from the jump was rude, unapologetic, unhelpful and disrespectful as she was on Speaker. I told her what transpired and she advised me to bring in the bag so she can contact the company. Not a problem if I didn’t dispose it, why would I keep an infested bag? They have a rewards program which shows every purchase made under your phone number. It’s only like $5 but it’s the principle of her rudeness as she passed me on to another new employee, “Elle” since a customer was in her face. Dylan is the ONLY reason I visit this location bc of how kind and genuine he is. I’ve never met Molly prior. The whole point was to alert the store that these dog bones and treats are infested so no one gets sick not be talked down to. Elle did say she will rectify it which is appreciated but as a LOYAL customer, the way Molly talked to me was unnecessary and unacceptable. I will drive to the Franklin location, go to KELTONS in Murfreesboro, and Hollywood Feed down the street. We’ve been repeat customers for a year and half and it costs nothing to be nice and professional.******************As much I don’t actively leave reviews, I had to for this place! They are so accommodating to my new puppy Baxter 💙 they were even kind enough to put him on the upcoming sale flyer. He loves coming here to give kisses and play in the ball pit. From the new puppy pack, the friendliness, holding the doors open for you as you walk in, to the family dynamic/ cleanliness and the selection of health holistic foods and treats! I will be a frequent shopper here just from the atmosphere alone. It’s also the closest place I can find for my golden retrievers food. Jacob is the absolute best!! Please visit this store. You will not be disappointed. :)

First time ever going here and was very impressed with the customer service level here! Seems to be a family owned environment. Friendly staff, not pushy, just helpful and attentive. Walked merchandise to door or car for you - don't see this now a days from stores! To me that is superior attention to service! Great little shop with awesome products for our fur-babies! My kids got a kick out of all the cats roaming and hiding in the store furniture! Will def come back here!
