My 14 year old pug comes in here biweekly for his nails and requires special attention because he's a pug who hates his paws touched, not to mention he's old. Reasonable price, given that he needs two people to cut his nails, which I commend them for being so careful with him to ensure he is safe and doesn't hurt himself. The price has increased by a few dollars since 2017 or so whenever he first began going, but still reasonable. He is treated with care and love by every member of staff. It is well worth it.

We love this place and EVERYONE that works there is AMAZING! I RECOMMEND Miss Kitty's to anyone I see with a dogYoung, old, energetic, lazy they have a room for everyone. I feel safe with my baby there and heck he tries to jump out of the car when we turn into the parking lot. If that tells you anything.

I wanted to schedule my pup for their Doggy daycare, I’ve read all of the wonderful reviews and thought how great it would be for my pup! Unfortunately my pup isn’t allowed to be apart of the program due to her breed. I was a dog groomer for many years and understand fully that safety is number 1 priority. It was just disappointing that certain breeds are criticized as a whole without the individual dogs temperaments being considered. I will say I’ve have been around many Maltese’s, Shitzus, and Chihuahuas that are more aggressive than any Shepard, Rottweiler, or Pitbull. Just food for thought

It is rare I will write a review because I am so busy, but I am so happy with the service I received today. I was so impressed with the staff, and the quality of their work. My dog is still a pup, 1/2 poodle, and 1/2 terrier. Her hair is very odd because of her "breed." They made her look like "sass with class." I had the unfortunate event of my dog vomiting in her carrier on the way there, and they went out of their way to wash it at no extra charge. Excellent job y'all!

We love miss Kittys! Mickey is a miniature poodle & he has been groomed, boarded and does daycare here. He gets so excited I can barely keep him in the car when we pull up. He was nervous the very first day but after that he has always been extremely excited. All the staff has always been very friendly & he loves the Nannie’s. They do birthday parties & different fun events for the dogs. I feel miss Kittys is worth every penny because Mickey just loves being there.

We rescued Leslie Knope (our sweet pug) a few months ago and Miss Kitty's takes GREAT care of her. Leslie is very skittish around other dogs and tends to prefer humans, so I was worried about leaving her there. But the staff is SO amazing with her. I feel like they truly love our dog and take good care of her. We use their daycare regularly and there's always someone keeping a good eye on them. Their webcams also allow you to watch from home. Leslie especially like her baths that she gets here. She always comes home with a cute scarf on and smelling good. It's a friendly environment where they know your pet by name the second you walk in the door. It might be pricier in comparison to other places, but given Leslie's rough past, only the best for her ;) I wouldn't take Leslie to any other pet daycare in Nashville after my experience with Miss Kitty's.

I’ve used Miss Kitty’s for the last year or so to board my dog. It is a little pricy, but it’s worth the price to know my dog is well loved and in good hands. My girl is pretty anxious, so she was very nervous her first stay. But the last couple times I’ve had to leave her, she’s run right past me because she was so excited to be there. It makes me feel good leaving her because I know she’s happy! She plays hard and gets dirty, and last time she stayed, they even washed her bed for me before she came home!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! My pup is very shy and can be fearful of new places and people, yet every time we get to Miss Kitty’s, she bolts inside to greet everyone! She is always met with love and excitement and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Miss Kitty’s staff is the best around and we highly recommend them!!!

I love Miss Kitty's and so did our 3 rescue babies. Our special needs pups needed a lot of medication 4 times a day and these folks took very good care of administering it all. Our babies were always well cared for and we could watch them throughout the day. We even watched them sleep at night. My biggest fear is leaving my babies in a facility overnight. In 2019, a fire killed 75 fur babies in Round Rock Texas. These pets were left in a facility alone with no cameras or smoke alarms. A passer by called the fire department and they arrived 9 minutes later to find 75 deceased family pets. Miss Kitty's has a 24/7 staff. This is the biggest reason we will always use these wonderful folks......our babies will never be left alone and well cared for. Thank God for Miss Kitty's.

I was taking both my dogs to Miss Kitties for over a year. Recently I had a flight delay and I was going to be 30 minutes late picking them up from their week stay. They closed at 7am and I was going to get there at 7:30am. They wanted to charge me 200.00 to be 30 minutes late over something that was beyond my control. I had been a great customer for them paying 100 a night for each dog traveling frequently for work. I ended my business with them after this happened.They never send you updated on how the dogs are doing and no pictures or videos. Every other place I had been to always did this. I recently moved to Nashville and this was the only place that had openings. I now know why.Also, they remove your dogs collar immediately when they arrive. A dog escaped while in their care and it took them days to find it because it no longer had its ID on. This place is terrible.

We had been going to Miss Kitty's for more than five years to groom our 70 lbs. Goldendoodle. It was very expensive ($200-$240 per visit) but our dog was happy and we were pleased with the end results. We spent on their business more than $5,000 over the years which is in part why I am so upset. Last time we called, about two months ago, we were told they were changing their business practices, and would from then on provide grooming services only for dogs that board with them. But since they only board small dogs, they couldn't provide grooming services for us any more. We did not even receive an email or courtesy call about this, which is frustrating after being a loyal customer for so many years.

They took care of my baby boy for fall break. We love that they have a person with the dogs 24/7. The cameras are also great to check in. He had a great time. I hated leaving him but it was for best. Great service and worth it.

Great Grooming. Horrible communication.We have two Cocker Spaniels and have been to several groomers who couldn’t quite get their breed standard cut done correctly. We were thrilled when we found Bonnie and our dog looked amazing! Imagine my surprise when I showed up for an appointment this morning to be told Miss Kitty no longer provides grooming services. I never received a phone call, email or text.When someone books an appointment 8 weeks out, as a business, you need to call until you actually speak to the customer. I was told they emailed and called all customers - and that they posted on Instagram. Posting on social is not how you communicate to someone with a scheduled appointment. I’ve search my email - nothing. I have zero voicemails.My day was beyond ruined by lack of communication.

Miss Kitty’s is thoughtful and proactive in their communication, saving me time. They made it a priority to get my pup in immediately and on my schedule when other daycares only take new pups certain days of the week and you have to show up at 6:30am! They happily offered to call my vet to verify vaccines. They are excellent about sending reminders for daycare and shuttle. When I cancelled my evening shuttle midday they checked to confirm with a quick text. My pup’s needs, safety and happiness are clearly their top priority. My pup has been to three different luxury daycares and they stand way out as the best. I can confirm on the cameras my pup is having fun running around and then napping all while a caring staff member is right there with him! Also, the shuttle is an awesome amenity.

Our 9 year old rescue takes time to adjust to new places and is reluctant about boarding. Miss Kitty’s is so attentive and patient with him. He always warms up after a few days and we catch him having a good time on the cameras. It is great to have access to cameras of both daycare and boarding to check on him while we’re away. The best part is they offer “Euro Style” where all of the dogs can be in one big room with a person at night fully supervised. Tenny wouldn’t do well in a cage isolated, so it’s wonderful to have the security and comfort of a person there and freedom to move around. They’re also very accommodating to your pet’s special diets. And, they give excellent baths!

Best place in Nashville. They boarded my 12 week old corgi for a couple days & he had fun. A staff member was in the room with the dogs 24/7 & they interact & play with the dogs. They have webcams so you can see your dog at any time. We have been back a few times already.

My dog has never loved a dog daycare until Miss Kitty’s. Now, daycare is the highlight of his week and he will actually jump into the back window if I miss the turn 😅 The daycare is clean and safe. Joey is well cared for and I can watch him on cameras whenever I miss my pup. Any time I have checked in on camera, he’s been under the caring eye of a staff member looking to pet and comfort the dogs. I trust them with my fur baby with ease.

Miss Kitty's is the BEST. I have a very skittish 6 lb Yorkie and I feel 100% confident leaving him on a weekly basis for daycare. The staff is kind, answers questions, cooperative, and very accommodating. It's also the only place in Nashville that has amenities strictly for small dogs which makes me feel so safe. My dog has become super attached to his daycare teacher too, which means he trusts her; this makes me so happy.

We have been taking our babies to Miss Kitty's for approx. 20 years now. It is so wonderful to be able to go on vacation and know that our babies are in great hands. The staff are very friendly and wonderful!! They know our boys as soon as they come through the doors. They do have a “fix it” policy but there’s too much hair/eyebrows gone to fix much. Could have been miscommunication on our end but in any case - nice facility and wonderful people!

I've been taking my dog to Miss Kitty's Bed & Bath daycare and boarding for 2 1/2 years now. The staff is professional, positive, and genuinely seem interested and caring toward my dog. As a matter of fact, they all seem to know her name whenever she comes through the doors! I've also noticed how they continually examine what's working well, what needs to be changed, and how to maintain a high quality services, which is important to any organization/business. For example, when dog owners started dropping their dogs off to daycare without an appointment and the number of dogs became much too high, Miss Kitty's instituted a policy and made sure to post it clearly to anyone who entered the daycare area. Quickly, the numbers became appropriate once again. Changes happen when policies are enforced and I appreciate that! Another example would be when I witnessed an aggressive dog in daycare, the worker made sure to address it with the pet's owner discreetly, but firmly. Thanks for keeping our dogs safe, well-socialized, and happy! It can't be easy to tell some owners that their dogs aren't yet suitable for mingling with other dogs, but it's responsible and I appreciate it!
