I was at the Kroger today, Easter Sunday. It was a busy time of day as it was right after church let out. I was unable to find something I needed and asked Marcus for assistance. Not only did he look for the product on his hand-held device, but he took me to the correct aisle. He made sure I was taken care of. Wow!!! You don’t find customer service like this very often. Thank you, Marcus! You deserve a raise!!!!!

I went there yesterday because I was over charged. The African American young lady with the braids was very rude. 1 of my problems was . I bought some pepper. They were buy 1 get 1 free. On my receipt it showed I was charged twice. She told me with an attitude to go back home to get the pepper so she can see which 1 I bought. ? If my receipt shows I got charged twice for the same thing that’s all that matters. I was over charged over $20 for items that’s on sale. I had my phone to show her all of my coupons that I downloaded on my Kroger ap. I also had the sale paper to show her all the items that were on sale. These 2 Krogers on Gallatin rd. Are mind blowing. So I was over charged over $12 for items on sale & I down loaded on my ap & I got an attitude??

The employees are friendly and helpful, but the store is always out of everything. Sale signs are often out of date or misleading.It's been my Kroger for almost 2 decades, but I feel it's barely holding on by a string.

Your sewage system need to be checked. Your (inglewood) store smells AWFUL. And your employees are breathing this every day. Our food is being exposed to that bacteria. It's been like this for too long. Maybe the health dept can help make metro fix it?

This is the best location for me since it’s like 6 minutes from my house, but I don’t always feel safe here. This isn’t exactly on Kroger, but Iv had some sketchy things happen here. Iv had some other issues with people here before. Iv been mildly harassed, but it’s just annoying. Today I was shopping and some guy approached us to give him cash for gas or something. If we didn’t have cash he wanted us to go to the self scan and get cash to give him. Then he was going to Venmo us through another account. He said his husband was doctor, he had a story. We didn’t fall for the scam but saw him all over the store asking for money. Then when we were checking out we saw him talking to the cashier. Not sure if he was asking for money or if he was friends with her. I mentioned it to the security guard, but I’m not sure anything happened from that. Very sketchy. I just want to shop and not deal with people stealing money from me in front of staff and security. I don’t feel safe at this store, will not be going back.

This Kroger is one of the top stores I frequent in Nashville. The store is always clean and orderly. The employees are helpful and friendly. I've been in a few lately that should be shut down but it's nice to walk into a store and know that the staff care. I come here for two reasons. The meat and produce. The steaks are have a beautiful marble and they will cut to your desired thickness. The produce is fresh. They always have a wide variety of veggies. I'd like to see more grapes but the few they carry are great. If you haven't tried cotton candy grapes, youre missing it. Very sweet. Overall, it's a great store.

Ok, this store is out of control. The last three times in a row we have had mest expire way before the the date. Both chicken and beef. This problem keeps happening. We have so far had to throw out around $100 of meat. Also they have had potatoe salad that's been expired for over two weeks on the shelf. Every time I go there it's still there. What is going on!

This Kroger seems to always have stocking issues. They are frequently completely out of many different items, bare spots on the shelves. They also don't seem to have as good a selection of health and organic foods as the Kroger closer into town on Gallatin. Would like to see some improvement.

Always out of certain products with empty spaces (not high demand products like toiletries and paper products). They say they'll order it and never do. When we go to the deli and pick out a specific meat, we're always given a different brand and flavor of said meat.If a zero were available to rate, I would but the only thing saving this rating is the Pharmacy; they are outstanding!

I had a minor altercation with a belligerent entitled caucasian women and 2 black handsome amazing officers came and handled the situation very professionally. I'm not sure who goes to Kroger or not based on reviews, but figured I'd waste my time as well. If anyone does care, you'd be far better off to skip this store altogether. Store managers come and go, yet nothing changes. They can't even manage to open the store on time, we've waited twice now beyond 7am. The 2 hateful big girls up front, think they're twins, are completely and utterly worthless. How they maintain employment, anywhere, is beyond comprehension. Far too often they don't have even 1 check-out lane open, on a weekend, when we're told by a Mgr they should have at least 1. Then forced to self-checkout a ton of stuff. Flat out horrible Kroger, shame to live this close but will just have to drive further

I have always had positive shopping experiences at this Kroger, but this review is especially in the hopes that it will get Angel a raise or a note in her staff file or SOMETHING. Was in the store this evening with twin toddler boys who were having a tough day and completely melting down and after several people made kind of unhelpful remarks, she approached us with Spider-Man balloons for them. Later I was literally at self checkout scanning cans of beans one handed as I held a raging kid in the other arm and she magically appeared again to help me finish and gave them stickers. I almost started crying. The kindness and empathy she showed me today made all the difference in a terrible situation — she went above and beyond to make my shopping (and my day) a little bit easier. Thanks, Angel. I hope you own this store someday.

Update: We have been shopping at this Kroger for nearly 3 years. I used to love shopping here.(I even gave it a 5 star Google review). But yesterday's experience may have me changing stores and driving 30 minutes to a Publix.The store was horribly stocked, and I am sympathetic to it being busy, but this was obvious that restock wasn't being done.I understand that all items may not always be in stock but it has progressively gotten worse that items we like not be on the shelves.The employees have become so lazy and non helpful, it is almost laughable that they are being paid. When we asked an employee of the had anymore of a item that was on the pick 6 save 3 sale, he said no, without even turning his head to look around. Just after checking out we found a huge display of the item about 20 feet from where we spoke with the employee. When checking out during an obviously busy time we had 5 employees standing around talking about gossip. No one was paying attention to anything they were doing, causing produce we purchased to be bruised and break free from the containers, folding products to get them in our bags, and playing on their cell phones as if we weren't standing right there.It really appears that the QC in the store has gone so far down that I don't think I can continue to shop here.Previous review:This Kroger is great. I keep giving this store chance after chance. I appreciate the sales, The in app coupons, and especially the coupons I got in the mail, but the store is way over crowded, the sale items are out of stock. Probably the most aggravating thing of all is that the self-checkout always has some kind of Errors. You have to leave your items in the bag and they don't fit so I just pile everything up on top of each other and it starts to fall off. Then after I pay, I bag everything up so the irritating machine doesn't keep yelling at me. But before I have a chance to pay, 90% of the time I get the help is on the way error. Today, I found out I can't even enter coupons on my own. I had to wait for somebody to get time to come over to scan my coupons. A lot of times sale prices and coupons can be found in all the correct places in the app, and I have to go to the sales desk to get an override. I am really close to taking all of my business to Sprouts, even though it's a 20-minute Drive in good traffic. Oh yeah, and your organic produce selection is lacking and usually rotting.

I shop here every day. The checkout lines are usually too long because there are not enough employees to work enough stations. Sometimes there are more employees standing around and talking near the self checkout stations then there are registers open on the weekends when they are the busiest.Some employees are rude and don't care at all about their jobs.Update: They also randomly close early. Like an hour or so early.
