Clarence definitely saved my dogs lives! He worked with them to make sure they understood the fence and how to react if it went off. We have fur friends that live next door that are large and see our fluffy pups as toys. Clarence made the product such a positive in our lives through his training! We used Invisible Fence at our previous home of 14 years and liked it so much we did not hesitate to contact them to install a fence at our new home with our new adopted dog. This time we installed the new Boundary + technology and we are pleased with how well our dog has responded to it. I.F. worked with us closely to ‘fence’ our yard the best way for our at home outdoor lifestyle and habits we wanted our dog to develop. We even had them install a small unit to keep our dog out of the mulch bed. We are a two time Invisible Fence customer and highly recommend their product and service to everyone with a dog!

I would have never believed this scenario, Seeing our 16 month old husky off leash running around from the front to the back yard, would be possible. This being our 3rd husky, we are well aware of their personality type and any other husky owners know they are very driven and independent animals. I'm proud to say this pup has officially graduated from his invisible fence training! He did so amazing within just a day or 2 of meeting with the trainers, and my wife and I working with him daily. This did not start out perfect. He literally, while on the leash, attempted to jump the fence 4 times during his first training session. Not only does he and us both have more freedom but the amount of stress the has been mostly eliminated for us on possible escape attempts, ect. Is worth it's weight in gold! Especially to me as I'm the one more likely to forget to close the gate and have been responsible for the majority of escapes with him and our other 2 in the past.HUGGGEEEEE shout out to Invisible fence of Middle TN. The entire process has been so great from day one. Their trainers and sales people and management have all been involved and all truly care about the well being of the pups they train.I couldn't be happier to spend my birthday morning seeing him do so well with the trainer! Invisible Fence of Middle TN. has been outstanding! They have great customer service and a great product. Invisible Fence of Middle TN have stood by their product adjusting it to suit our pup's needs when needed. Professional and patient in the training of our pup to the fence. And believe me when I say patience is a must with our pup. He's a handful! They trained him with a smile, they have general love for pets. Always on time, available for questions or concerns. It's hard to find a company that is dedicated to their product and strong customer service. Invisible Fence of Middle TN is both. I had an amazing experience with Invisible Fence Of Middle Tennessee. My wife and I had moved to Franklin from out of state with our two boxers. I had made arrangements to have a physical fence put up but with the supply chain challenges they where at least 9 weeks out and not being familiar with invisible fence we never had even considered it as an option. We went to tractor supply and bought some temporary fence this proved to be successful for about 2 weeks after that the dogs figured out how to defeat our cheep little fence and started running a muck around the neighborhood. Many phone calls later from neighbors and embarrassing Facebook posts about our dogs running loose. We where forced to lock them in the house while we where at work after coming home to a complete mess I was at my wits end I then remembered about invisible fence. I called them just before 5:00pm and explained my situation and how I was in desperate need they sent a salesman as well as installer first thing the next morning everyone on staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. To say I’m pleased is an understatement!! Here we are a few weeks later and I have more benefits than I ever anticipated because of there portable shields the dogs no longer use my couch or go upstairs they are free to hangout with us on the front porch as well as the garage with us. Way more benefits than a physical fence could ever offer. All I can say is THANK YOU!!!!

We moved to TN in September and about a month before that my labradoodle slipped her harness and was hit by a car. Thankfully she survived and is doing well, as you can see in my picture, but I wanted to make sure that that would never happen again, especially since we were moving to a farm from a condo. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, from my initial contact person at the office, the technician who set up my fence and the trainers who came out and taught the dogs. Now, they can run and play without me worrying that they are going to run out to the road or go on a walkabout and get lost.

I have used Invisible Fence for many years. They have always been friendly and quick to respond. My invisible fence was damaged once. They came out, determined where the break was, and fixed it at a reasonable price. I don't know what I would have done to contain the many dogs I have had over the years without their invisible fence! I just call them to have my batteries mailed to me each year.

If I could give Invisible Fence of Middle TN 100000 Stars, I would. 5 Stars just truly doesn't seem to do them justice. We had our Invisible Fence installed last year and not only has the product been LIFE CHANGING for us in every way (we did a full yard invisible fence and also 2 interior fences inside our home) but our experience was unparalleled. Every single staff member we dealt with during our time working with Invisible Fence was beyond professional, super kind, and very informed. They all knew exactly what they were talking about, communicated it well to a novice like myself, and you can tell every single person truly cares about your pets. The learning process was great, the installation process was seamless, and the training process with our pups was EXCELLENT! I truly cannot recommend this company any more. Sure, there are cheaper options out there.. but it's comparing apples to oranges. You truly get what you pay for with a product like this and if you want the TOP OF THE LINE technology, the BEST customer service, and the BEST training so that it actually works with your pets... Invisible Fence just completed training on our fourth dog in about 10 years. She is an especially active puppy and was trained quickly and efficiently. We are confident that she will stay within the confines of the invisible fence. Cole was absolutely amazing! Always on time and spent a lot of time explaining the procedures and working with our dog. Hate leaving less than positive reviews. They are always polite and say the right things but when it comes to correcting a miss; forgetting to mail scheduled batteries (leaving you days without your dog being safely contained), not being present during business hours, etc.It was me that made the drive into Nashville and getting it myself. Charging you over a $100 to drive to my house to adjust the collar. (Seems to be set extremely low had to drive into Nashville twice).One particular example was having to drive into Nashville (only open Monday Wednesday, and Firday) my wife called to make sure before the 2hr round trip drive. I am a practicing RN that works a lot and felt like I should have been paid for my time getting there when assured they were open and it not being the case.I do want to point out they are really polite but your likely to experience more than one. ***my family really does enjoy the invisible fence product. We have 3 dogs on a little over an acre. I would recommend on the merit of the actual product.

This is one dynamic team. From their first visit to tell us about their product, the fence installers, to the training was outstanding. Each team was very friendly and explained everything so thoroughly. The trainers were superb in working with our Lab, Bailey. It has been great to enable Bailey to enjoy walking and playing in our large wooded yard; yet, he is aware of his limits when he sees a squirrel, deer, or turkey. Thank you all so much!

We brought home our puppy and soon after ordered our Invisible Fence of Middle Tenn. in 2010. Our puppy is now 8 and we have a 2 yo by its side. Our dogs are happy with their yard freedom, and as owners, we could not be more pleased with the great service and solution we purchased from Invisible Fence on Greystone Rd. Batteries come on time, all the time. Self inflicted issues like aeration, get repaired quickly.Staff is always pleasant and eager to assist in anyway. Great business.

Every aspect of our interaction with Invisible Fence has been a PLEASURE! Our sales associate Colt did a great job of explaining the technology and helping us to choose an option that worked best for OUR situation. Our installer Nick was wonderful as well. He did a great job of installing our system exactly where and how we wanted it in a very timely manner. My husband was concerned about how the yard would look after installation but was thrilled when he saw that it was barely noticeable on day one. Sam our trainer was very professional and did a great job orienting our dog to the system incredibly fast and humanely. We can't believe how rapidly Sam was able to connect with and train our dog. Our Invisible Fence has been LIFE CHANGING for our family and our dog in a short amount of time. I will never be without an Invisible Fence again!

This is a great product and provides peace of mind. The installation was done very neatly and to my liking. The underground loop that creates the perimeter is literally “Invisable” after a couple of weeks and a few rains. Follow the guidance of the trainers and you’ll be very satisfied with the results that you will quickly see from your dog. I like the auto battery plan. They are a bit expensive but it’s the best way to never let the battery run out of energy. My neighbor down the block has a similar system but they keep forgetting to change the battery and their dog ends up down in my yard. Good thing our dogs are friends.

I, as a custom home builder in Nashville, interviewed a few companies for our underground fence. Invisible fence was by far the most professional company, through and through. Their installation was quick. The installer was very experienced and considerate. The trainer was amazing and absolutely loves dogs! She came out 4 times to train my dog and me. Even if they cost a little more, the difference is worth it. One of the other companies I interviewed did nothing to promote their company; all they did was "dog" Invisible Fence, which told me everything. It told me that Invisible Fence was the main competitor, and that they did things right. I am referring all of my clients to them now.

I have to say this fence works awesome! We never thought it would work with our Akita but she is definitely respecting the boundary now and we didn’t have to pay $26,000 for a fence. Lol this option was so awesome because now our dog can use the whole 3 1/2 acres Without us go outside all the time. Everybody at their staff is awesome and they did a great job training it was pretty simple actually and only took a couple weeks to get used to everything. We highly recommend going this route.

I have had Invisible Fence for many years and simply the best purchase I could have made for my dogs. When I called about my system being down, they came right away. They replaced my collars from wear and tear and got the batteries I needed promptly. Everyone who works there is friendly and very helpful. I recommend using Invisible Fence of Middle Tennessee!!!!

We had a break in our fence line and they were able to schedule our appointment quickly to repair. Tristan was great and explained everything that we needed to do for the repair. Very professional and he took the extra step that we needed to make sure this doesn’t happen to us again. I would recommend Invisible Fence to everyone. They did a great job working with us and our dog to help train her when we first put the fence in, as well.

We have had Invisible Fence for about a year. We have 2 dogs and I never thought it would work!One of our dogs is a runner and both of them have chased squirrels and rabbits in the past.Neither one of them will cross the borders even when tempted.I can honestly say that having Invisible Fencing has changed our lives. Peace of mind that our dogs are safe, they can go outside with minimum supervision.We would highly recommend Invisible Fencing for any dog owners. If my dogs can do it, so can yours!!!

This place is short with their information. Sale you the things that aren’t really important. Promise to train your dogs and they do the very minimal. Not even a year with the system and they cannot look at it without paying another 170+ dollars. After making a thousands wroth money payment. Anything they offered was not accurate. Everyone has a different thing to say. So not even a year and the fence is obsolete. Total waste of money 4000.00 to be exact.

I have used invisible fence for several years to protect my rescue dogs. I have always had a good response from them with regard to questions, products and training. I especially want to give a shout out to one of their trainers -- Tristan -- who was wonderful with both my rescue dogs and helped me with training - both on my outside invisible fence and my inside invisible fence. (I don't think there is a dog that Tristan can't handle!) All their trainers were great to work with. Protect your doggies! Use Invisible Fence!!

I had Invisible Fence installed several years ago. They came out and trained my pooch and she never ventured out. Now that I have another puppy, they also trained her and she stays in her designated area. They are really dedicated to work with you until the dog is completely trained. Love they.
