I love Hollywood Feed for a number of reasons that are not found in other pet feed stores. First of all, they carry a more sophisticated line of products than most of the popular pet feed stores such as Petco and Pet Smart. The food lines they carry are more in line with better nutrition for all pets; they have mandated classes for the people who work in the store, teaching them about nutrition and giving them the latest information about good quality pet nutrition.The employees are so knowledgeable about everything they carry in the store, and are certainly able to be informative to customers who have questions about what is best for their pet; I have learned so much from speaking with the employees, things I now use that are so helpful.All pet stores should be like Hollywood Feed, but they are not, but I am glad this store exists to help teach us about our pets needs and good nutrition that will ultimately help our pets live better and longer lives. Thank you Hollywood Feed.

This location has the kindest and most generous employees ever. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by someone who is always eager to help and so informative. Who knew running errands to get pet food would make your day?!

I took my dog, Lottie, to Hollywood Feed this evening. She is a rescue and takes time to warm up to new places and people. She was nervous (tail tucked, etc) as we went into the store, but I have never seen that change so quickly! The two men running the store were so amazingly kind and encouraging and patient with her that she was running around behind the register to get to them by the time we left. They even gave her a “to-go” bag of some of the treats they kept on the counter. What a great confidence-building experience for her, and what excellent humans! Thank you!

Wow! Fantastic customer service. Rick went above and beyond to have an item brought to the store for me from another location. They are all so genuinely friendly and helpful.Excellent selection of treats. If you have puppers the salmon jerky is a big hit in our house. But I can’t say enough about how great the employees are.

Great customer service. They atere the only store near me that carries the 20# boxes of Tucker's Frozen Patties. They even carried & loaded them in my vehicle for me. They were open on a holiday too! Will be back for more. :)

Thank you to the Nashville location on White Bridge. We just did an order of dog food for the first time, which made it convenient for this particular busy day. I ordered it last night, with no charge for delivery. To the delivery person who carried the 30lb bag all the way up to the 5th floor where we live your outstanding work does not go unannounced and wish I could personally thank them! We were not at all expecting it to be delivered right at our door as we are use to picking up deliveries 🚚 in the mail room. Thanks again, excellent service and fast!

I stopped in today for the first time before a Trader Joe’s excursion. I’d never noticed this store being there before, and I’m out of the usual freeze dried treats I use as food toppers for my cat. I have more coming in a few days but thought I’d pop in to see if I could find some to hold my cats over until their next order arrives. The two guys that were there were so nice and helpful, and while they didn’t carry the brand I’m used to, they showed me some alternatives and walked me over to a few spots in the store that might have what I’m looking for. I left with some new things I’d been meaning to try and was excited to see they carried. I was really pleased with my experience and how friendly and helpful their employees were. I’m definitely going to be coming back now that I know this store is there, stocked with awesome stuff and staffed by people who were ready to help.

I love Hollywood Feed! They have a great points system and my dog loves the free treats when you order same day delivery. Stephanie was so helpful the last time I came in, going to check their recent shipment boxes that hadn’t been unloaded for my dog’s food since it wasn’t on the shelf yet. Highly recommend the white bridge location!

A terrific pet store. Xisela was especially impressive. She recommended the sensitive stomach food for my dog who was having gastrointestinal issues.Xisela also introduced me to peanut butter cow ears. Very knowledgeable staff and only high quality feed and treats available! Skip the big box stores and check out Hollywood Feed, you won’t be disappointed! Better prices than Nashville Pet Products and they even beat the internet on our favorite Nutrisource food! Also ask any questions, the pleasant lady behind the counter can answer just about anything. They really do care about the health and wellness of you furbaby! A+

With a new dog and no real idea of what all I’d need to take care of him, coming to this store was the best thing I could have done. I stopped by the store on White Bridge Road to see what you had for my three cats; Opal, Ollie, and Max.I was greeted by a young lady named Stephanie. It was a pleasant experience for me because I’ve become somewhat cynical in regards to customer service that seems (to me) to be lacking wherever I shop.Stephanie dispelled my cynical thoughts immediately and has restored at least some of the misgivings I have about the issue.It was a pleasure being in your store and I hope you understand what a valuable employee you have in Stephanie.I will return to your store in the future and for as long as Stephanie’s professional attitude (as well as her obvious love for all of god’s creatures) is allowed to shine.If it sounds like I’m gushing, I guess I am . Xisela knows cats- I’ve been coming here for over a year and struggled with food with our cat that is now 12 year - I just met her last week and we had a strategy based on what the vet said, and then our cats diet changed, and she’s gone through this personally! We laid out an action plan and we had to pivot and she’s spot on, so thank you! Moreover, the new food we tried initially that our cat wouldn’t eat for the past they refunded it they’re donating it to rescue and allowed us to find some thing that our walker will eat so again thank you! this is a business you want to support

Hollywood Feed is absolutely the best store for pet needs, it really is a "cut above" the others. Best of all, the people who work there (Stephanie and Bobby) are so knowledgeable and caring; they are the best help for all things regarding your dogs and cats. Solutions and understanding for questions for feeding, nutritional supplements, and so much more. It is so nice to know there is a resource to help with so many unanswered questions that often come up with pets. The store is so well stocked, often with products not found in most pet stores. I have a senior dog with IBS and the worst case of dog breath ever. I was on a mission to find him some kind of treat, or food that he could tolerate, maybe something to freshen his “yuck mouth.” The sales associate Stephanie was so kind and knowledgeable, we even bonded over both having senior dogs with tummy troubles. I’ll definitely be coming back to here to shop.

The staff here is so friendly and informative! First time I ever went in, I was looking for food for my very picky dog and they listened to how my dog behaves with food and suggested a food option based on that information. Lo and behold a year later, my dog still practically swallows her food whole. They’re also always very sweet with my dog, who is very cold and rude lol. I love coming here, like I said the staff is absolutely excellent and the options are really great, even the bones are top tier (they’re the only bones I’ve bought in Nashville that don’t upset my dog’s stomach). I recommend this store 100% to everyone!!

I really don't like coming to this location because of the air freshener machine that's used in here. It's extremely over powering. It sticks to everything. I smell it on bags and dog toys after I come home. I smell it on myself after I leave the store. I don't think it's healthy for dogs to chew on toys that are saturated and fragrance. These fragrant chemicals are highly toxic, and I wish more people understood that.
