Can’t recommend highly enough. The office is clean and welcoming, the people are great, and the care is exceptional.My new pup had a stomach issue a few days after I brought him home and they got us in same day- five hours before the next available opening. They followed up consistently and really care about your pet like family. Never missed a follow up call to check in after an appointment and always quick to pick up the phone.Excellent veterinarian staff and the front desk folks are the best! Won’t go anywhere else.

I loved everything about it! The receptionist was super friendly. All areas were super clean and the little treat area was a nice touch. Most importantly everyone was really friendly and amazing with my dog. They took their time to put her at ease when she was a little nervous. Really made me happy about choosing goodvets.

Every time I have been here since getting my puppy, I have had a great experience. Every nurse and doctor we have met has been very nice and helpful, even when extremely busy. They always take time to answer any questions/concerns, and, most importantly, they treat my fur baby with lots of love. They always make me and my dog feel comfortable when here. Super happy with the services received here so far!

My puppy and I had a great first visit today! The waiting room was nice, with treats for her and drinks for me, and our wait time to be seen was very short. We both appreciated the care and love she received and were able to get a follow-up appointment scheduled afterwards. I also like that they have an app with all of her information on it, instead of having to keep track of a bunch of scattered papers. We will be back in a few weeks!

Dr. Josie Horchak and her team are the best dog-tors in Nashville. The clinic is so comfy and organized and the team is knowledgeable and communicative. Brought my boy here for a neuter procedure and they answered all my questions and took great care of Sam. So glad we found a great clinic in Nashville. :)

This was my first vet visit since moving to Nashville and I was happily surprised. As someone who's experienced bad veterinary experiences I'm vet protective over who I let care for my dog. The staff was very welcoming, informative, and up-front about pricing. They were also very knowledgeable about the care that was being given. I appreciated the affection that was given to my dog and the understanding they were able to provide when answering any questions I had.

I really enjoy taking my dog here. They are very friendly and seem to enjoy seeing my dog when she comes in. Appointments are never very long but I feel all my questions are answered. It is expensive, but they are always up front about the costs!

The staff and doctor was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Being out of town and having a potential pet emergency is unnerving but I was very fortunate to be able to be seen right away and they did a great job in helping calm my anxiety. They listened quickly to my boy's history and give me peace of mind. Their kindness and compassion was much appreciated as I was in town for my dad being in the hospital after major surgery. Their office is very nice inside as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

The staff and vets are all incredibly caring and understanding. Best vets I have visited in the 7 years I've had my dog. The vets understand the financial stress of procedures (offer solutions) and I know wholeheartedly that they treat my dog as if she were their own. I never leave reviews but I adore these people so much!

Good Vets in the Gulch is outstanding! I was able to get a last minute appointment for a puppy wellness visit for my new Shih Tzu Jack. Earlier this month I lost my precious boy, Cali (Shih Tzu) of 16 years and going to a vet setting was the last thing I wanted to do but everyone here made Jack's visit the best. We felt at home from the minute I walked in. Once in the exam room, they even got out a blanket and toys for Jack. Thank you to everyone-- From the front desk, vet techs, and Dr. Justine Siegfried, for being so caring and professional. Dr. Siegfried took the time to explain the needs of a new puppy and did not push unnecessary vaccines or services. If you are looking for a veterinarian clinic you can trust, look no further. They even called the next morning to check in on Jack after his vaccines. Thanks again, Good Vets.

I’m typing this review at 4am in the morning. I can’t sleep My heart is shattered. My dog ran out 04/13/24 around 9am less than a minute I had no idea where he ran and what direction. We searched for hours. Someone in the neighborhood said that they saw the fire department picked up a dog that got ran over. Fire department took my dog to this clinic. But since they were soon to close they decided to take him to metro animal center. I got there at 3pm they took 15 to let me go see my dog. When I walked in he was unresponsive he liberally just died he was so warm and soft. I immediately started cpr the staff was just there watching. I continued cpr until finally the vet walked in. She checked for a pulse. She said I just seen him he was alive and vitals were good. So why is he dead? My dog would be still alive if people cared and did what they are there to do. He was the only dog at clinic side but he never got treated!

Dr. Isabella is great! I feel like she knows what she is talking about. The whole staff has been friendly so far. I appreciate the transparency with costs at this vet. They let you decide which services to complete before they complete them, giving you a breakdown item by item. Unfortunately I've had to treat both of my dogs recently but I felt like we were in good hands with Dr. Isabella. I definitely recommend this office if you're in the market for a vet in Nashville.

Everyone that we have talked to there has been so nice, helpful and great with our two dogs. It is so easy to schedule an appointment and they have been wonderful in emergencies as well. The location is right down the street from where we live, so that is another perk!

I hate to be this person but I still have no closure from this place. My dog was scheduled for bladder stone removal surgery and she died a week after surgery. The vet was apologetic but never gave me a reason as to why she passed away exactly. She explained that she reached out to other vets who also couldn’t figure it out. She explained that when opened her up there was a bad smell. They said they were going to send the stone to the lab for results and I never received anything. Thank you putting my dog down and thanks for the card but I am still upset and do not recommend this vet. She was also always “out of town” when I brought in my other dog who also never got better from their care.

This is the most wonderful vet office I have ever been to! I love that this vet has all women who really care, they get down on the floor with my dog and are so patient, sweet and kind! Dr. Molly Brinkmann followed up with me with a personal email! I loved everything about everyone I worked with and it’s such a clean wonderful office!! The vets here are beyond amazing. I have never had such incredible service from my vet. I’ve been going to banfield for over 10 years and they told me my baby needed a $2,500 surgery on her ear. Turns out it was purely cosmetic and they just wanted the money with no consideration of my dog’s health. Came to Good vets and they recommended a draining for nowhere near that cost and it turned out amazing! They made my little girl feel very comfortable and even followed up frequently just to check on her. I can’t recommend this vet enough, they make you feel like family

We had a great first visit with our puppy, Maggie, at GoodVets in the Gulch. Maggie is a shy girl and new experiences can be scary. But the team at GoodVets was so kind, gentle, and encouraging with her. And the treats helped to make it a positive experience! The team also shared important information around pet insurance, emergency vets in the area, and training with plenty of materials to take home and review. We are grateful for the care Maggie received and look forward to her continued care there. We highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience. I never ever leave reviews but I have to this time. We have a MaltiPoo that coughed all night and we were really worried about him. We called them as they opened and immediately invited us in in spite of not being a client. We walked right in and got right back. The staff was overly nice, professional and demonstrated an immense amount of care and attention. The overall experience was amazing and makes us believe about the good that professionals can extend and such a time of anxiety. I would give them a 12 and would highly, highly recommend them to anyone in Nashville or the surrounding area.
