First visit to the store to get dog treats and I will be back! The staff were friendly and the store was so clean! There were hoodies, dog jackets and a home section that I could just get lost in!

Do not purchase from ACE if you can’t return to the same location. I purchased an item and brought it back with receipt with the intention of returning it or exchanging it, either one, and was told that because I didn’t purchase it at that particular ACE location, they couldn’t process a return of any kind. When I expressed frustration due to there being no indication of this policy on the receipt or elsewhere, the associate said I was being rude and it was my choice to shop at ACE. I’ll never be an ACE customer again.

Hidden gem...we have passed this store fir years now..but we were looking for an outdoor cover for the faucet...found it but also found out there is reasons to go back..awesome finds..the home section..flowers..and local goods..no pics but looking forward to checking it out more

Elder's is the Best hardware store!! Elder's had everything we needed and were knowledgeable in providing solutions for all of our repair projects. Elder's is a friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly stocked neighborhood hardware store. They also have a small gift section for fun and interesting gifts - I unexpectedly bought a great pillow that I love.Jess, who helped me, is the nicest and most patient person. I could not have had a better experience at Elder's!!!!

Had a fantastic experience at Ace Hardware. Chris helped me with a garbage disposal issue and provided the best customer service possible. He was able to give me a couple of options and research the model I had to make sure we had the right part. I was able to fix it due to his guidance. Will absolutely be coming back here in the future.

I have loved this addition to the neighborhood! It has so many things I need and didn’t know I needed! I love I can get something for my home improvement project and also a baby gift for a friend. I have had mixed interactions with the employees. I prefer to try and pop in when a teenager is working in the afternoons. They seem kinder and less awkward than some of the adults that work there. Noel has always been so great and helpful. And Jessica’s smiling face is always wonderful to see. Overall it’s a great store for East Nashville!

We came in here in a rush to find a quick connect part for our gas line to our grill. Chris the store manager was just about the nicest guy I've run across and had a spare part nearby. Just a kind guy and every time I go in this store the air just feels positive.

Overall, this Ace was great! It's got a good selection of things and it's super convenient. Unfortunately, I had a male employee laugh derisively at me when I, in response to his question regarding assistance, told him I didn't need help. That's not a pleasant experience.

Great, walkable hardware store if you live in Inglewood. They have most of the things you'd need and are always eager to help. I also like that they have a dog section and grilling section. They are always nice to my dogs when I bring them in too.

What can you say about a classic Ace hardware? It's big enough to have most everything you need but small enough to make your trip fast and efficient. These guys are always super friendly.

We've always loved this store, so much more pleasant than going to one of the giant stores, they almost always have what we need, and the people are so so friendly.Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jess for being particularly above and beyond! I went in there on Sunday night, right before close, because I have a newborn baby and my breast pump had broken, and I was totally panicking. I was hoping I could find a tool to fix it, but instead Jess tooled around with it and fixed it for me right there on the spot! SO thankful for his kindness and know-how, and all the other employees were so nice, too. Really saved the day when we were in a tough spot. Thanks y'all!

They told us they had received their shipment and they were in the back - but when we asked for one they said they would not unwrap them yet and wouldn’t sell me one.

These folks are great! A key had broken of in a lock at a customer’s house during renovation. I was able to retrieve both halves of the key. I then took the key to Home Depot and they would not even attempt to make a new key and recommended a lock smith $. I proceeded directly to Elder’s Ace Hardware where I was met at the door and handed of to a gentleman who took both halves of the key and handed me back a perfect duplicate in 3 minutes for just over 3 bucks while I browsed an extensive pocket knife display.

Wow! These guys are the best! We bought a BBQ and the first time we used it we found out the regulator did not work. We immediately called them and I spoke to Jesse. I informed him of the situation and, he offered to personally come to the house and fix it for us. I am so impressed by their customer service! He brought us a new regulator and fixed our BBQ! We are so grateful that he took time out of his day to make sure we are satisfied with our new purchase and that it is working properly!Thank you!

This store has the absolute best customer service I've ever had. I was greeted at the door checked up on by employees passing by to make sure I was okay and had excellent service from Sam. We had to find a same day solution to a water leak and the employees and Sam went out of their way to assist us in finding a solution. I can honestly say I loved my experience from start to finish.

A really good Ace Hardware is a great place to have as my go-to quick stop for hardware bits and bobs. And this IS one of those places. They're friendly, helpful and the store is usually pretty well stocked with a some of almost everything. It's easy to get to (I LOVE that neighborhood!), and a quick in and out.

I went today for the Grand Opening, and I had a wonderful experience. Every employees from the manager to the stocker to the cashier was kind and competent. Since it's a new store, it's clean! But having a hardware store in the middle of the community will certainly add value to East Nashville. I'm excited for this store and plan on frequenting it often!
