It's a decent store for your low cost daily needs. Located next to bed bath and beyond in the Bellevue plaza, the products are typical to what you see in any dollar tree store.The customer service needs a push, it's literally non existent at this store. Ok products, require much better stock keeping and the store maintenance overall needs to be improved.

An employee picked up an item laying nearby the conveyor belt evidently thinking it was mine & scanned it with my other things. After I had paid, I realized this extra item in my bag, & told him that it wasn’t mine and asked for a refund. He said they don’t do refunds. I said “you must do refunds if it’s your fault” and he still maintained he couldn’t, no refunds is their store policy. I explained “well, you can’t just pick up a random item and MAKE someone buy it!” and he said what’s done was done and there was nothing he could do. The next time I was in, I brought in the item and receipt, explained to the employee what had happened & asked for a refund, and was told, finally & reluctantly, that they would only give store credit. Store credit for something I didn’t do or want to buy??? Hmm, so now you are FORCING people to just *buy* things!!……… What country do we live in?!! 🤔).

My gym is next door to this store and I’ve went in a couple of times for things that I needed but each time I’ve walked back out saying to my self this place is really poorly managed. The first time the place was totally cleared out - bare shelves and little inventory. The second time I was in line for 20 minutes. One cashier. Two people finally came out from the office toward the end. One of the women from the office had the cashier stand back and took over and then the manager made her open up a new line (which was the correct decision that should have been made much earlier). I would have left had I not really needed the birthday supplies I was purchasing.

When I first walked in there was only 1 basket to use it was so messy, there were workers screaming at each other, they weren’t even wearing the mask right. The whole store was a mess unorganized, so many people not wearing a mask and the workers not saying anything 1 checkout line open with 10 people in it, boxes that need to be stocked and even empty boxes just sitting everywhere, and when I went to checkout I had a gift card, but it only had $5 left on it, and my total was more then that so I was like is it fine if I used the rest of my gift card then pay the rest? He was like no don’t make me get the manager involved over here. I was like okay! Never going back there again felt like I was treated rude and it is just a mess!!

Great store. Kind employees. Really kind. For some of your staple bathroom items, you can't beat this store. Stay way from the candy if you want to stay healthy. Very tempting. I did not give a 5 STAR for one reason, the store often seems like they need help getting things all stocked and cleaned up. Hard to find good help these days. Maybe someone should get the dozen folks standing at our Bellevue intersections holding "need work" signs to come stock shelves.

The only reason I gave the stars I did was for Ms Jackie. There was a line wrapped around the store for check out fo at the very least the hour I was there and it was still wrapped when I left. Yet she continued plugging along smiling and laughing with the customers. Dollar Tree you're crazy if you don't know what an AMAZING employee you have in this woman.

This Dollar tree was lacking in organization and items. It’s a smaller store so I expected this but to put the icing on the cake the cashier was awful to me. I asked her a question about my total and she simply said “I don’t know” without even looking at the screen. To top it all off she literally threw my receipt at me didn’t even put it in my hand or in my bag. But at least she said have a good day right?

I feel that there's always room for better service. It seems like there's not enough staff to properly stock,clean,manage, checkout customers in a happy friendly courteous manner. I went in to turn in an application, I have retail experience. I can n will if allowed n paid adequately for the work performed...get the freight out of carts n on shelves, face merchandise, do any customer service necessities, managerial tasks,etc. But fair pay for real results is only fair. Time will tell

The cashier, Will, repeatedly fail to greet my daughter and I(African American) while blatantly addressing my husband(White). I have addressed this with him multiple times. I’m not easily offended and don’t throw the race card around recklessly. The manager doesn’t care at all either. Will is usually on his phone or just totally ignore our presence while staring in space. We even have to look at the screen for our total. We are nothing but nice and friendly when we visit this place. We don’t understand his beef with us. It’s so unprofessional and paints an ugly picture for my daughter. We have decided to cease from using this location altogether.

Store quality is fine. This review is about an experience I had today.While checking out, the cashier asked me to step aside and empty my pockets. I did so without objection. She then asked me to pull out my right pocket again, which I did. When it turned out I had stolen nothing, she said "thanks, you may step back in line".There was no apology or explanation given to me for this search. I wasn't wearing any loose fitting clothes, and I purchased $17 worth of items. if I was stealing from the dollar tree, WHY WOULD I PURCHASE 17 ITEMS?!?!I will shop there again, as I've been there dozens of times with no issue. I'm simply using this platform to get my message across.

This is one of the absolute best DT in the area. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. They truly care about their customers. Keep it up, yall! P.S. I've asked about the clutter. Apparently they only have 2 stockers. Management will not allow the hours for them to stock overnight. They have a very small stock room and often get 2000+ piece trucks with no room to put anything. IT IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT. They are hard workers and try their best to get the store stocked in an orderly fashion. For God's sake just respect people working in customer service because their whole job revolves around respecting YOU.

Have to compliment Michelle working here. Incredibly welcoming and pleasant. Handled multiple customers checking out and asking questions with ease and never made anyone feel like they were waiting on her for anything. Came in for a cart full of things for a move and had a much better experience that expected.

This store is slightly unorganized and I had a bad shopping experience here.I had already checked out, but my kids wanted me to give them a dollar to buy something. We stepped aside to the toy aisle while they picked out their item & I went in my wallet to give them the cash. Out of nowhere, an employee comes over talking about she needed to check a price on a pack of pencils or something. Everything is $1, she didn't need to check anything. I believe that she thought we were shoplifting even though I had already been through once & PAID. I immediately became frustrated & knew that it was time to go. Afterwards, I called the store & let them know how I felt about their profiling & racism. I haven't been back since.

Really liked this location. The store was very clean and well put together. It didn't look like most Dollar Tree's! It didn't look tore up and employees still stocking and blocking isles. Very nice job Bellvue!

One of the worst dollar trees. They seem to have a management problem and can’t seem to keep employees. The store is always dirty and sold out of things. Even though this one is close to my house I drive across town to go to a different location that is cleaner and stocked better.

The "manager" sara is a rasict person who's always very rude to ppl of color that are female. Yet she's quick to flirt with the males of all races...store needs help and a better class of employees I honestly don't know how they stay open with such rude and dishonest employees. Someone needs to seriously help this store and the employees

Love Dollar Tree and this is the closest one but it is always chaotic. I'm not sure I'd say dirty but cluttered and feels dirty. Stocking is always behind. I go to several DT's and this is the worst one in the area.

This place has clutter in all the aisles.A new freezer section surrounded by boxes waiting to be unpacked.As normal for this store too many boxes all over the store needing to be stocked.Checkout clerk was slow as a 90 year old..

Jeff, the manager is very knowledgeable of this store. He has some long time store associates that know if an item is in stock and where it is located also! We have a lot of fun shopping at this store. It just needs to be bigger and have cold food items for sale.

Lack of customer service from the sales associate Sara. I was here 6/17/18 and 2 people were in front of me. A white lady and Indian lady. Sara greeted both ladies. When it was my time she did not greet me.. and yes I'm African American and the man behind me also african American wasn't greeted.. Comes to show racism is alive and well in Bellevue.. Go figure.. One of the worst DT in Nashville. Lack of merchandise and prejudice associates.

I’ve tried coming here two times in the evening long before 9pm (the closing time posted on the sign) and they are closed with no signs indicating why. It may be holidays or something but absolutely no warning or anything

Now that dollar tree is $1.25 with tax its $1.34 it pushes makes inflation more of an issue for people that use dollar tree as there main food store. Its sad to see.
