This store is never stocked. Every time I decide to try this location, I come out empty handed. The shelf’s are pretty much always empty. Just take the extra time and drive to the one on Dickerson pike.

I was just in the store 5 minutes and went to check out. The cashier lady was so slow and the line was getting back up. Then the people in front of me decided to get a reloadable card and had to wait on the manager. I couldn't purchase my 2 items due to being on a lunch break and having to wait on a store manager to check these people out. You would think that the lady could have gotten on another register or another one of the managers could have gotten on a register. Simply pathetic.

The dollar tree 🌳 or should I say 1.25 tree 🌳 is pretty good for what it is. The manager and employees are always nice and friendly. Would give 5 🌟 but corporate needs to send them more help to get everything out.

Nice store. Shelf's was a little empty but I think it's because staff shortage because there's stock still in boxes waiting to be put on the shelfs. Cashier was very friendly.

It's a dollar store, what can I say? Great place to get things cheap when needed... If only they would stock. Every time we go here they either don't have the items we are looking for or they have very little. We see boxes all around the store but no employee stocking the shelves. The shelves are often bare. How hard is it to have one employee stock shelves, and one employee run register? They are never busy, even on the weekends. We've gone at different times multiple times and they are always slow. So it isn't that difficult to stock a shelf... I think the employees might just be too lazy.The employees there also aren't that friendly. You ask how their day went and they barely respond sometimes. Or don't respond at all. One employee in specific looks like she is super tired all the time and ready to leave work and has an attitude about her.I recommend that you go find another Dollar Tree to shop at, there are a lot close by in Nashville that actually stock their shelves and have friendly, hard working employees unlike this store.

Patrick the main manager is a super great guy! Will go above and beyond and out of his way to help as much as he can! On other hand paullete the assistant manager has a horrible attitude and is very rude. Needs to learn her place.

This location still needs work, but they're doing alot better than the last time I was there. Shelves were stocked and neat, there were no boxes of stock items littering the aisles and the layout has been changed. I found what I wanted and there was an abundance, so I was able to get the exact amount without being short. It may be new management...not sure...but whatever it is...it's working. Keep it up!

It was really good I needed ice cuz it's hot today and I called the Dollar tree before I went and they answered my callThe Dollar general they don't answer a phone anymore so I didn't have to drive over there for nothing I got a bag of ice for a dollar it's a great deal huh it's like the same thing to be like $2.25 at Kroger's thank God for the Dollar tree

I would give 0 if I could. The check machine was not working. The customer was an elderly black woman very sweet. The unfriendly cashier asked the manager for help. The manager was seemingly annoyed to come help. She was rude to cashier and extremely rude the customer. The elderly woman said it's alright no rush I got time. The manager said it's not alright and I need to get these people this us holding up the line with the nastiest look and walked away. The customer was showing her patience. Someonece else tried to complete sale and it failed again. Second guy manager moved us to another lane. The elderly lady asked for receipt the woman manager yelled over for what why do need it what's in your bag. The customer was visibly annoyed this time and asked are you talking to me. The manager said rudely yes I am talking to you. It's a check I don't understand why you need a receipt. This person has a very unpleasant personality just a rude disposition about herself. You don't speak to customers that way let alone elderly people. A regular customer said they are always rude at this location.

Staff was very helpful and very nice considering it being December! the middle of Decemberthe store had everything that I was looking for holiday supplyIt was fully stocked. The several of the checkout lines were open!Great experience!

Great store with super friendly staff. They carry all of the normal dollar tree items from food to home goods. Their soda is pretty good and the sausage is surprisingly great too.

Need more baskets had to use a gift bag for a shopping bag...yall missed a great opportunity to sell more items. Shoppers will get less if they can only carry so much in their hands. Get you some more buggies and hand carts hand cars are 89.00 per dozen at uline.com . Its not that expensive .Thank me later.

They may have stock but what good is it sitting in the boxes on floor and not on shelves.This is with all the Dollar Trees.This particular store the parking lot has trash all over it I don't think it is ever swept day or can't find cell phone chargers and etc.at any of these stores in Dickerson Rd and Gallitan Rd areas.

Me & My son love this location because they keep stock on their items and some of the employees and the lady manager are cool and we laugh and joke around lol so it's cozy good spot to shop at so far no complaints....
