I went to this location today, staff was helpful, no shopping carts, I did find a few items, some items I did not find, air conditioning was on but not sufficient in cooling the store, items on the shelves were very messy, I had to use a hand cart, I filled it up and took to the resister to hold them and I went back to shopping, I'm disabled and this location is not disabled friendly, a homeless amputee set up shop outside the shopping doors, not very much to choose from the selection was scarce. I took displays of an items since it was less than a dozen. I nearly passed out due to sensory overload. it was not a relaxing shopping trip. I think this store will close soon

Lots of variety. Food, cleaning products, hygiene items, and some really cute decor. The store itself was not in great shape. It was disorganized and fairly dirty. I know they are looking for help just like everyone else, but that was my impressions of the facility and contents.

I went here recently having just come from Planet Fitness. I don't have a car and had my workout clothes with me in a duffle bag. When I walked in there and started passed the registers one lady said I had to leave my bag up at the front. I placed my duffle bag on a table...the only bag/purse on the table or up front. I didnt make a fuss and headed back to find a hat. Then a lady came running back to tell me I had to leave my little bag I had slung over my shoulder up front too. Why?? Its smaller than many of the big purses women carry. There were several ladies with purses in there yet they were able to keep their purses with them. I went to the front and grabbed my duffle bag with my workout clothes without buying anything and left. If you are planning to go here, consider going to Dollar General across the street especially if you're a lady not carrying the traditional purses. I had been in Dollar General no issue before coming to this Dollar Tree. I just didnt find what I was looking for.

This place is very hard to shop. There are always tons of boxes laying around on the floor waiting to be unpacked. ALWAYS. So if you don't find what you need on the shelf, it's usually in a box in front of the shelf. They are probably short on workers, which is understandable. And, I mean, it's a Dollar Tree... You can't have super high expectations when paying $1 for everything. So, it's cheap and fine if you don't mind unpacking boxes to find what you're​ looking for.

I've been to so many Dollar Stores here in Nashville .. This store is so clean, organized and staff has no boundaries, sweet and helpful. I love the crafts here!Thank Dollar Tree on Murfreesboro Pike Don't Change!

While some places say "Dollar" in the name and end up adding extra, everything in Dollar Tree is literally a dollar. Great products and selection as well.To make it even better, I have always had a great interaction with the cashiers. Hopefully they keep that up. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures, but I will remedy that soon.

the store is large and very clean with a large varied selection.every isle was fully stocked and faced. lots of employees on the floor but none offered to help or say hello. the food prices were comparable to kroger.

I usually dont take time to write reviews, specially negative ones...but today I was so disturbed by the rude treatment received at this store this evening, that I could not just let it go like I would normally do in other circumstances. It hurts to be yelled at, treated like some kind of criminal and be accused behind my back of being part of some type of scam (yes, I did hear that) ...I had never been treated like this before. Total lack of customer service skills. Instead of offering help or an apology for being unable to help with the problem we had upon entering ...I felt very mistreated. We never raised our voice, or made any accusations, on the contrary, we calmly explained our problem and what we were looking for. The mistreatment received was totally uncalled for.

This store has really turned around in the past couple months. Item selection is much better, much cleaner store, great friendly and helpful staff, great management team...just so much better. Good job Dollar tree staff!!!

Complete waste of time. One register open 8 customer in line. Manager breaking down boxes 2 registers over ignoring the customer. I walked out just dropped my purchases on a empty shelf, and there was alot of those too

Great location and great selection of items. Unfortunately they have very limited staff, so the lines are usually long and there are an excessive amount of boxes in most of the isles lined up all the way down the middle.

the past 4 or 5 times ive been here in the last couple months, half the shelves were empty, and many of the aisles had huge pallets of items still in boxes, unavailable to customers.

A total disaster! I went looking for Gift bags & tags. All I found were tons of boxes piled up in a corner mostly 1/2 opened Only 1 register open, about 15 people in lineNot the best way yo conduct a business. I won't go back to this location (it was my 1st & last time😡)

Very friendly people in this store and we even spoke with the new manager and he is so kind and inviting! One of the best dollar tree besides harding pk by Sam's!!

Have lots of halloween and christmas stuff right now. They are hiring, looks like they need people to stock stuff on the shelves. Lots of stuff still in boxes to be put on shelves.

Terrible items not stocked everything just about empty might as well not even open period close all dollar trees down let another company buy them out this is going on for quite some time and don't open til 11am might as well don't open very unacceptable
