All these self checkouts but shelves are very very bare with many empty pegs with no merchandise all over store. I went in today to try to see if they had a reach tool that look like long tongs and any pair of tweezers. They didn’t have neither. I’m confused that a store that doesn’t need much cashier assistance could be so terribly stocked cause the cashiers that I saw definitely could do better than that. Terrible. Walked in and walked out with nothing. Do better please.

I go to this store all the time, but on May 22, 2023 I went to the store to buy a graduation balloons so I waited in line for more then 10 minutes till was my turn because it was only 1 cashier when there was 2 employees in the store even it was busy. When my turn came I asked the employee about the graduation balloons he said they are out so I asked if he even checked before telling me that they are out and I felt that rudness in his tone of voice so I left the store and bought from different store I wanted to complain on that staff treating also share with everyone l thanks

They've gotten a wide variety of products and their stocks seems to be increasing as far as quantity I shop here 3 to 4 times a week

Overall, this is a 5 star location. They have a great selection, the store is clean, and the associates are all pleasant and helpful. However, on my most recent visit, the Store Manager, Terry Boyd, was rude to the employees as well as me. His disrespectful manner doesn't represent the values of Dollar Tree and it is unfortunate that he represents the company in any capacity. Hopefully, this location will receive new management soon so that I can give them the 5 star rating they deserve.

Planning a formal 18th birthday party for my daughter that we adopted last year. She's never had a true party so she wants a fairy tale one. Got the clear plastic serving platters & some other odds & ends that I'll be able to transform them into the party of her dreams.

I was able to receive everything i went to the store for the cashier had great customer service skills, the only two issues were there was a manager in the store that was not friendly and talked rude to his staff. The other thing was the store is too cluttered there were items on the floors and the isles are so cluttered with things that u can't walk down them. It would be great if they could clear the isles

Its one of the cleanest, most organized Dollar Tree this side of Memphis.Its always a nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, helpful.Only Dollar Tree in my book that is this nice!

It used to be a lot cleaner and nicer, but having gotten so popular, the organization has gotten a bit lackadaisical. I recently bought butterfinger bites from there that were quite obviously old, but that isn't the store's fault.I actually quite like this branch, and the cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience shopping at Dollar Tree. I got everything I needed except clear packaging tape that I needed for sealing up boxes. They were sold out of tape. But alot of people move after the start of a new year, so it didn't surprise me that they were out.

I was told a month/month and a half ago that I could bring the type of balloon they carry in to get blown up for a $1 each because they didn't carry PJ Masks. The two people there today then tell me that is not possible. I stepped away to make a phone call and they must have thought I left. They started talking about me in FRONT of another customer! That's VS 101! Not in front of the customers!

Needed some supplies for school. I was able to get a handheld pencil sharpner for primary pencils but they didn't have the primary pencils.Dollar Tree is the only place I can find the soap I like, 3 ba93rd for a dollar! Can't beat that!

The Dollar trees around Nashville don't have any of the laser cutouts or any of the Easter craft things. Really disappointing.
