This store is so ghetto. The black lady with the fade was extremely rude. The cashier always looks like she under the influence of some narcotic. It's always messy in there and they have zero customer service. Not to mention all the vagrants that loiter all day! ILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DG!

This store needs leadership badly! Audit season if ya'll care. Toy section needs someone with patience. Most of the store needs to be re tagged, ALL of the pegged beef jerky.. wrong price. Bring those clearance items to the front of the store, it's seasonal let it go.

So every time I go to this location it looks a mess in there. One of the cashier will steal your money. Always check your receipt. The cashier marks the price of the item up so that they can make a personal profit by charging you more. Stay woke.

This store is always closed at random times throughout the week and never open at the times posted. Always some kind of drama from the locals in the area as well. Would give 0 stars if I could. By far the worst dollar store I’ve ever seen.

Worst customer service of any dg is on db todd blvd. I try to avoid it by driving to any other dg. Half the time they r closed due to nobody wants to work. They should CLOSE this location to make the world a better place. Noone needs to have their day ruined going in there. They need a fresh start as they have rotten staff now.It's four years later I went back to this Dollar general they were all fighting and cussing amongst themselves and refused to check me out they were too busy fighting

The store is under staffed.They close early all the time around 4 or 5 pm.The shelves are always empty or nothing is in its proper place. The staff are they're phone while helping customers. The parking lot is full of ppl just loitering & the homeless ppl harass you for money

I moved to this area in December. I was happy to have a convenient store like DG walking distance from my house. However, 80% of the time I walk up there, they are closed for no reason, no sign on the door. I’m talking 11am, 4pm, just not tried to go and it’s 6:45 pm. They need to just close this DG and let a store that actually cares about their customers open up in their location. The few times I have been able to catch them when they are open, the staff is extremely rude and follows me around the store as if I’m going to steal. They openly complain about their job and the “f****ng bums” (their words, not mine) that come into the store.

Considering this store just got their power back on yesterday, outage due to a severe tornado hits in our city,they are in good shape. Supplies are currently low but they were putting out new stock while I was there,giving friendly service the whole time.

Great customer service. Very attentive. Was waiting behind one customer and another employee jumped over to quickly ring me up and also was able to tell me where the nearest ATM was. Since the most you can get cash back from them on each transaction i believe was $40. Hope this review helps (:

It is currently after 8am, and I am sitting outside the store waiting for someone to open the doors so I can head to work. It's already bad enough that they haven't taken no cards or EBT for the entire week. There's been huge totes gill of inventory needing to be stocked, but every time I'm in the store every worker is behind the counter with just one register open. Seems like they need new management and employees. This is a ridiculous and a very unprofessional setting.

I visited the Dr. DB Todd location in Nashville 37208. I was all but accused of thief. Went in on Dec2, 2018 to purchase 8 drinks for my family. I had a difficult time finding water in the coolers so I wondered around looking for a cooler with cold bottled water. I got up to the cashier and realized I had my purse but my wallet was still in the car. I go to my cars passengers side and there it was. I retrieved my wallet and noticed a employee watching me go to my car. I come back into the store an was walking behind the employee. As clear as day she told the cashier to “do a Recovery on her when she comes back.” Yep that’s right she didn’t even care that I heard her! WAS I BEING ACCUSED OF STEALING?What does that mean? Why was she so bold to not even care tht I heard her?So let me get this right! I go to my car and come back into pay with my personal debit card? I would have to be foolish to do that if I was there to steal.I was highly offended! I contacted the store manager and he reports that he doesn’t know what that means. Well I do, IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU BELIEVE I WAS IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT TO STEAL!Maybe the assumption is, if you live or shop in “That” area, you must be watched!NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THE DOLLAR STORE AGAIN!Dear Dollar General Store, you are walking a fine legal line.

This store is very clean and the clerks are helpful. One gentleman, Moe, takes time to search for items, even if he is stocking shelves. He helped me with my decorations for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Monday night Football game.Thank you, Moe, for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Uoyo it's always a cluster whenever i am on that side of town i go into this store. you can barely walk through the aisles because there is literally unpacked stuff everywhere. It's really ridiculous and quite honest it's a real safety hazard

Will not shop there again! I was approached by a panhandler in the parking lot before I even had a chance to turn off my car. I just reversed and he moved on to other customers. I parked, went in once I felt safe and found an employee organizing a shelf and told him about the guy bothering all their customers. I was met with a very bored look and he said, “ok” and walked away in the opposite direction! I’m a retired retail mgr. His behavior toward me was rude and unacceptable. He could have pretended to be concerned, apologized, done anything other than treating me as a bother. Sorry for the length of my post. To sum up with my beginning comment; “I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN”

I absolutely HATE this location. The store is unorganized and messy and they ALWAYS lock the doors15/20 min earlier than they should. If you close at 9 I expect to still be able to come in at 8:45, 8:50 or 8:55 but noooooo THEY'RE CLOSED oh and one day THE STORE DIDN'T OPEN AT ALL. I NOW DRIVE AAAAALLLLL THE WAY TO THE MADISON LOCATION WHICH HAPPENS TO BE MY FAVORITE LOCATION

The shelves were half empty and the floors where dirty and the cashier was to busy talking to a friend of hers that she didn't hear me ask a question about where something was at in this store it can use some cleaning and stocking for real because I went in this store and was looking for headphones for my cell and a couple of towels and the workers had no ideal what I was talking about or where anything was suppose to be I MEAN COME ON IF YOU WORK THERE YOU SHOULD KNOW WHERE STUFF IS SUPPOSE TO BE AT

Hello all! Ok so this Dollar G. is actually on DB TODD , around the corner from Buds Market on Buchanan and near Ed’s Fish House. Awhile back,they had a hard time finding employees, due to the fact that ppl.kept stealing and vandalism. But I’m pretty certain that’s all been worked out. I really like the ladies who work here and this one guy , who is also really kool. But here’s the thing; due to safety concerns for the employees, they close at 7:00 pm everyday. Check them out!

Associates are pleasant but the store is a little cluttered...isles partially blocked by carts with items waiting to be stocked and shelves are disheveled... But I'm a Dollar General fan so I'll go back...

Don't think they did a good interview. Associate walking around playing unedited rap music on the phone. One associate just standing around talking to a guy. Seems like there are no company rules at this store. O'well I guess this is what to expect in the hood.

This location isn't the best location to come to because it's to many *Pan Handlers* *Toots* etc flying around no lie so I have to be in A desperate situation to come here lol It's nice in there just the area....BEWARE🚫🚫
