First time visiting this location and I was impressed!! I needed a propane exchange and a few other items. By the time I got the other few things I needed the store cashier had already gotten my propane tank exchanged and ready for me. The entire store visit was 5 minutes from the start to finish!! Store personnel were very friendly, respectful, and helpful!! Absolutely the best Dollar General I've ever visited!!! Thank you

I go into this store almost daily. The staff is always friendly to me, and it is rarely too crowded. The shelves always seem to be stocked, and are hardly ever out of anything. There is a bus stop right in front of the store, so getting here is a breeze. Great place to run in and grab a few items in just a couple of minutes.

We were in the area to visit another establishment. Ran in to grab something and we were apalled. There was hardly anything on the shelves. The store was so dirty I couldn't wait to get out of there. There appeared to be only 2 people working and one of them told me she had just arrived from another store to help out. It looked like they could have easily used 4 to 5 more people to stock shelves and straighten the shelves. We'll stick to the one close to home in Donelson. I felt sorry for the two employees. were there.

I don't like to hear, "THE RESTROOMS ARE OUT OF ORDER." I articulate that to mean that the employees are lazy and don't want to clean the bathrooms. Either way, if an establishment doesn't provide basic services, then I don't give them my money.

Horrific! The cashier was one of the rudest people I have ever seen! Was arguing with me over a sale price. Asked for the manager and he said he was the manager! I was shocked! Told him I was calling corporate and he told me to go ahead. Extremely loud in front of the customers behind me and they even tried to get him to chill out! He refused!If you are going to work retail, then you need to have a personality and be people friendly! Ridiculous 😠. How the heck he became manager is unbeknownst to me!

Charged me for 3 extra items I didn't want (totaled $8 extra plus tax), didn't know til after I paid & got the receipt. Was told 1 was voided (which wasnt), the other 2 I was made to take with me. The manager was supposed to do a refund, was made to wait behind everyone & right before she acted like she was trying to do it, she unplugged the card machine & something else to make it look like the system went down so was told I had to wait til morning to get my money back.

Store was closed at 6pm on a Friday when it was supposed to be open. I saw other people also try the door and walk away. There was no sign to indicate the store was closed either. Don’t trust the hours posted!

COMPLETELY offended!!As soon as I walked through the door, instead of a, "Hello.", I heard the cashier talking to another customer about how, "White people deserve to be treated like (Enter expletive.)", and looked at me like I was the devil incarnate.The store, and parking lot were filthy, and the isles were either blocked with carts of unloaded boxes, or just in complete disarray.The only thing that even makes me give this location one star was a super nice and helpful young lady that was unloading some of the merchandise who had apparently just started there.If I didn.t like DG so much in general, I wouldn.t go back.

Pretty well stocked but needs additional personnel. There is only one cashier minding the store which can get pretty busy. Good deals and item selection but the organization could use some help.

The place was very disheveled-looking...untidy and not neat. It looked like a cyclone had spun through there. The toilet paper shelf was completely ransacked. There were only about 4 packages of the $1 brand TP left. I do understand that we have a Pandemic going on and supplies are down, but I also feel like some MGMT personnel are not actually making customers adhere to the "no hoarding" rules that, by now, every retailer should be following. I drove out of my way to stop there. Very disappointed.

Discrimination at its best. I normally shop at the dg in donelson but had to pass this location so i decides to pop in for a few things i needed. Well after looking for ethnic care hair products on the isle with other hair care i couldn't find them. So I'm thinking they don't sell them no biggie until i was ready to checkout other items and bam all the ethnic hair care is directly in front of the registers. I know a few dg and family dollar stores that moved ALL hair care products to the front due to theft which is understandable however to move only ethnic products to the front is pure discrimination

I usually like Dollar General... But not this one. This store never has anything I'm looking for. The store is usually disarrayed and dirty in appearance. My advice... Not this one. Keep going.

Dollar General offers things like toasters and electric can openers. I would have to travel about eight miles to get these items or order online otherwise.

Store is clean everyone is smiling and friendly besides the bigger guy that works there he always seems to be in a bad mood and don't ask him where something is at lol,but all and all good store good employees that are helpful

I went to this store at 8:24pm when they close at 9 and the door was locked… the lady walks over and stares at me as I’m walking away…. And that’s it. Very, very rude if you ask me.

I called and asked if they sold an item. The person who answered the phone said to me in a very short tone "You'd have to come in the store and see if it's in stock." The whole reason I called was to avoid making an unnecessary trip. I received poor customer service and will not be shopping at this location.
