Lindsay has been absolutely wonderful with our pup Ruby! Ruby is a rescue dog and is usually nervous and somewhat timid. However when we come to pick her up from her appointment, she's always happy and well groomed. Lindsay is attentive to details and lets us know of anything she notices about our dog. We are so grateful to have found Lindsay to care for dog and love being able to support all the great work that Crossroads is doing.

Fantastic people and concept. Wednesday nail trim walk-ins that they're currently offering is such a great idea! We love the "self wash" bay too - very helpful for our big dog. Treats galore and fun toys.

Great experience with Crossroads Pets! Sami was the absolute best! Our shaggy doggy looked even more precious when we picked her up. Full groom and nail grind is exactly what our puppy needed. I would much rather give my money to this company than a big box store like PetSmart for basically the same price. Take a look at their mission statement and you'll want to contribute to them as well.

Poor service, poor communication. Wouldn’t groom my pet after arriving 7mins late for an appointment that they contacted me to schedule. Policy on attendance not clearly stated. Best solution was to schedule for another day of the week. Was our groomer for a year plus, always tipped and even accommodated schedule changes on there end. I’ve stood in their loft and waited for my groomer to arrive multiple times. Disappointed. Won’t be back

Cason has always provided the best grooming for my sweet pup Charlie! He gives her the best service and attention, which is all I can ask for since groomers make her very nervous. She always comes out smelling and looking incredible. I’ve never given her a trim or shave before because I thought she didn’t need it, but after Cason recommended it, I will continue to have him do it for her! He’s very skilled and knowledgeable, and I know Charlie always feels so good after leaving and is surely loved and taken care of by Cason during each appointment. I highly recommend Cason and his services and I know if Charlie could talk, she would too!! 🐶

Amazing experience — Lindsey was our groomer for our pups and she was wonderful! Our golden retriever gets very skittish with new people but immediately took to Lindsey, who did an amazing job on her cut!! Our corgi loved Lindsey too. We will be returning!

I would highly recommend Crossroads Pets grooming. We have worked with many groomers at Crossroads but specifically have loved working with Jessi. She is very professional, organized and clear. She also takes direction well while also contributing great insight and ideas regarding grooming cuts. When we first started taking our bernedoodle, Luna, to see Jessi she was only a puppy. She didn't know proper grooming protocol and Jessi worked with her patiently and was very communicative about how Luna did. Also, Jessi has a huge heart for animals and you can see her love for them in the way she interacts. I feel very safe and comfortable leaving Luna with Jessie and would recommend her to anyone!

Crossroads has somehow acquired my information without my authorization.In response to your comment: I have emails from you as far back as 2016 and have “simply hit unsubscribe” repeatedly yet you eventually start spamming me again. I’m sure your a fine organization but your abusing your information lists. I’ve respectfully unsubscribed and have responded to emails asking to be removed.

They were absolutely amazing I went there to deliver a door dash order and they offered to let me see their dogs they have for adoption. She brought out a 4 month old mixed Pitt and something else his right front leg is bowlegged but sweet Red was so loveable and kept wanting me to keep giving him loves! I would really love to have him. I lost my pitbull of 13 years on 02/04/23And my heart is broken I wish I had the 200.00 right now to go bring him to a very loving home.

Rude service, dog feces on the entrance steps and inside floor left on the ground ruined shoes.My partner recently visited this business to purchase a niche brand of dog food for our pet. Upon arrival she stepped in feces at the entrance steps which ruined her new shoes. After scraping the shoes and entering the building, there was more feces and she stepped in it again. How obnoxious, and to add insult to an already lousy situation, the staff were rude and implied this was her fault. Not okay.Keeping the store clean and making use of caution signs are the responsibilities of any pet business. Furthermore, excellent customer service in moments like this could have diffused the situation.We will look elsewhere for our petcare needs and suggest that this business re-evaluates its response to this gross situation.I'd also like to note that my partner had already left a review about this and the store seems to have had it removed. Not cool!edit:REPLY TO MANAGEMENTThank you for your reply. However, the situation you have characterized is simply not true. The staff made no compelling effort to apologize or try to reconcile with her. They apologized to another guest and not to her. This is why she felt so uncomfortable. She felt blamed for the mess.

I love this local pet store. They have a great selection for dogs, wish they had more of a selection for cat stuff but considering that's not their main clientele they do a good job. Also love visiting the kitties for adoption while I shop.

We have taken our pups there on a few occasions for nail trims and they do an excellent job at keeping them calm during the process (which is a feat in itself)! They also have a great selection of natural dog treats and pet necessities.

I wouldn’t recommend trying to make an appointment here unless you want to wait a month and a half only for them to tell you that there was no grooming appointment. Their system for tracking grooming is terrible and seems to be by word of mouth so hopefully they can remember to write it down when you book.

Very nice people and nice organization, but I hate to say that we were highly disappointed with the haircut our dog received. He was there for over 6 hours and they ended up just completely shaving him when we asked for just a trim. $150 was a lot for an uneven shave that we could have done ourselves. I would recommend checking out the store and using their other services, but wouldn’t not recommend the grooming.

Kris M groomed my dog today and did a wonderful job. He's looking sharp for his upcoming interview. I also washed my other dog in the self wash station, which is like a car wash for dogs, and it was super simple and easy. They both picked out a treat and we were out the door. Awesome groom, awesome self wash station, awesome treats, and awesome prices. Thanks everyone!!!

We had an amazing experience adopting our pup from them last year, and we go back all the time! Their pet store stocks VERY high quality items, including Kong brand, and their grooming staff was exceptionally patient with both of our dogs, who HATE getting nail trims. Everybody there is friendly and helpful. To top it all off, they have a truly great mission, providing job training, support, and housing to young folks who have aged out of the foster care system, while helping abandoned pets find homes.

Cason took care of our Murphy and did an exceptional job. Murphy looks absolutely gorgeous and you can certainly tell that he feels that way too. This is the softest Murphy has ever been leaving a groomer, we are very pleased. I forgot to mention to Cason to be wary of Murphy's ears, everytime we've left a groomer in CA he came out with an ear infection or was hit with trimmers that damaged his skin health. That was not the case here. The care that was taken for our pet was more than we have ever seen before. The shop has everything you need for your pet and is very cute. We are now loyal customers.

Great store and grooming service located in a historic home. I love the story behind what they do! If you've not been, you should check them out. Stumbled upon them one day after I took my dog to work with me and realized I'd forgotten to pack his food.The woman behind the counter was very warm and inviting. Told me about the company and the their history.A great group of people.
