!!!Be aware!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Almost cut my dogs entire nail off. Didn’t say anything about it. Poor guy was bleeding all over. I had to contact my vet. And barely trimmed when I asked for a proper cut. Take your dogs to someone else!

I am new to the Nashville area and after a bad experience with a mobile groomer I was leery about trying another one for my mini aussiedoodle. I left a voicemail for Chawnecy (his location is close to where we live) and he promptly returned my call and we were able to get in the same day! He did an amazing job on my puppy! He is very knowledgeable and put my puppy at ease. We have definitely found our Nashville groomer! Thank you!!

Chawnecy is a true pet lover and he goes out of his way to make your pet feel loved. I would recommend his pet care service to anyone that needs to put up their pet for awhile plus he is real reasonable.

I took my step-daughter's dog and took her to Chawnecy's. The dog was a mess. She looked like a live mop. These folks here did a remarkable job and didn't charge too much! We were all so happy. She looks like a brand new poodle. Thank yall so much for the work u did!

I was in a bind trying to find a groomer that could take ZIGGY for a last minute "fluff and puff," when a friend said that she had heard good things about Chawnecy's Pet Grooming. Now I will pretty much let a toddler cut my hair, but ZIGGY's a different story. He was traumatized for nearly three weeks after only his second grooming by a large, national chain that shaved him so close parts of his skin were raw.Chawnecy worked me in quickly, and was both professional and reassuring on the phone. His shop is in a nice strip mall, and was clean and very well kept. He informed me that he would be finished with ZIGGY in no more than 1.5 hrs (much shorter than most), and that the total cost would be $65 (less than I previously paid).When I picked ZIGGY up, I was very pleased with the results. But most important to me, ZIGGY was calm, considering that he hates the grooming process. And yes, he was quite handsome and tickled with himself. A really nice experience⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was a first time customer my dog needed to have surgery on her teeth. I knew that my dog had not been hurt when I picked her up. SHe was in excellent condition ( clean and relaxed) and I was grateful. The service was fast, convenience, professional and addressed my needs with a great personality. I look forward to going back.

New to the area so my dogs were in need of grooming services. So some amazing reviews and decided to make an appointment. The appointment was soon enough. Very friendly, fast and great services. One of my dogs,which is not very friendly with strangers wagged his tail as soon as the groomer took him to the back. That's a great sign!

So personally I did not take our baby boy to his appointment, my husband did and he was definitely happy with the cleanliness of the facility. I on the other hand was happy with his quick availability, I called about two days before my requested appt day and he was able to get him in, and finally upon picking him up after he was all done we were soooo happy with his cut he looked so adorable and i will definitely bring him back for his future grooming needs!! Thanks Chauncey. Sincerely Winston’s family PS the cost is very affordable for a good service in our opinion

My dogs (cocker spaniel mix & Goldendoodle) smell and look the best when they see Chawnecy and they are the happiest doggies when i pick them up! I would highly recommend this place and Chawnecy is very Nice and his business is very well kept up and clean!

He is so good with the dogs my dog is kind of hyper and most places can't get his cut correct without me medicating him. Chauncey is great with my dog and his cut is wonderful every time I'm in Nashville I make sure I get my dog's haircut ther.

I’ve gone here multiple times and have loved my dog’s hair cut. The only issue is that he has never once come back with clipped nails. This is super frustrating because then I have to take him to PetCo down the road to pay to get his nails trimmed. It makes me uncomfortable thinking if they never trim his nails what other corners are they cutting. The owner is definitely very skilled and kind but I will be going to a groomer who does everything I pay for from now on.

Best groomer & fur baby sitter in town. Our doggie has never been crated or boarded. Unfortunately, we had a trip he couldn't go on, I called Chawnecy's. I was a very nervous mama. He sent pics several times a day for the duration of our trip. Can't go wrong here!

My puppy was a total hack job. I'm not sure if he didn't know how to trim a Cavachon's fur it what, but I would've preferred him tell us up front. We were embarrassed to even take him out of the house. He did not trim the nails, clean or trim his ears.Chawnecy was curt when making the appointment,and said he was glad I was picking up my puppy because he was a "barker".I'm sure that he has clients that love him, but I will groom my own dog before I would allow him near my puppy.

I was recommended and I was not happy about I left a voicemail and never heard from the owner or anyone. I decided to call again, 2 weeks later. Finally got someone on the phone. Made ttge appointment. Trued to call and explain that due to traffic I would be late. NEVER was able to contact anyone from 11:45-12:45. When I finally got to the location. It was not clean at all. Television was extra loud. Doubt I will ever be back.

This was the first time our puppy had ever been groomed. Chawnecy 's pet grommer seemed to be the most recommended, so we used him. He got us an appointment very quickly. Chawnecy did a wonderful job of grooming and nail clip. When we picked him up, he looked and smelled fantastic. We will be using Chawnecy from now on,needless to say I would refer everyone to him.

Chawncy has been my dogs groomer since I moved to the area in 2012. He does such a good job on my furbabies and is really good to them. Can not recomend him enough

Overall i had an alright experience. I took both of my dogs here. One is a regular size about 30lb mut and my other dog is an Irish wolfhound at 115 lbs. They didnt have a crate large enough for my irish wolfhound so when i pocked her up she was crouched over in a much smaller crate. The facility was not clean even though i was the first customer there. Im sure they didnt even clip my one dogs nails. I thought everything was a little over priced, but i havent been to any other groomers around. I will be going somewhere else next time.

My little Rocco came here for a wash and cut. He looked and smelled amazing!! The pricing is fair, Mr Chauncey was very friendly and professional! It was worth every penny !!
