They love to meet and greet every dog, and I like how they post them on their social media.They have a great variety of items and they're the only reason I found a harness that actually fits my dog.

In there once a week because they have the best treats and toys for my german shorthair pointer- she also is obsessed with any of the ice cream… and will eat any homemade treats I bring home from there. We love BB&C!! Especially their events!

As a dog dad I love this place, and so does floki my pupper. The staff is always so inviting and caring. There is so many things your pupper could pick out to take home. The best part hands down is the bakery. I drive all the way up with Floki from spring hill to visit. Keep up the great work

This was our second time visiting the store on vacation, the store staff is always nice and they always greet you upon arrival. We come to Nashville for vacation once a year, and their shop has a great assortment of accessories for dogs and many different treats as well.

You may think it’s just a pet store but it’s so much more. They always look forward to seeing my cat even though my cat doesn’t love on them like she should. They are constantly personal shoppers for her and will send Instagram messages if they see something my cat would like. Never pressuring me to buy it but always setting it aside for her. Everyone is great there but a personal shout out to Shawna. There isn’t another like her in the world and while it’s a fantastic store on its own Shawna consistently breathes life into it that I have never found elsewhere. Roxy and I are forever grateful for all the love, tissue paper and most importantly, the hand knit cat nips toys you have given us over the years.

The cutest pet store I’ve ever seen!! Love this place and so glad I found it. Also, they will spoil your pup with treats if you bring them in. 🐶 they have high quality stuff for dogs, cats, and humans too! Lots of fun decor and also it’s a doggy bakery inside too. Get your pup some homemade treats, cookies, cupcakes, ice cream, etc. This store literally has it all!

Fostering a 12 year old dog and went to Baxter and Bailey to find some old dog stuff. The guy working there was so friendly and knowledgeable, took the time to show us everything he feeds his old dog and we got some things we'd never heard of that Cooper loves. Will definitely be back

My dog's all time favorite place, Baxter & Bailey is a great boutique for treats, toys, and all things your dog loves. The staff knows my dog by name and greets us every time we come in. They also give her treats and lots of love with every visit. They also have a great rewards program that they share with the human boutique next door haha.

Amazing customer service! They’re detailed oriented, have such great communication, especially when I had to do curbside pick up and wanted to prepare for my puppy’s first birthday! Super friendly staff and our cats love the handmade catnip toys. Its hard to describe how cute our cats are when the attach a little yellow crocheted minion. The have a ton of neat gifts for humans and pets. Good last minute gift place too.
