Great location. The interior displays are fantastic! It's a little expensive, but you can find some decent sale items. Everything you need for the outdoors.

I love Bass pro shop! I’ve been in a bunch all over the US. I feel like a lot of them have a unique layout and this one does too. I cameHere to pick up and order but only half of it arrived so I was bummed out I have to drive another 40 min there to pick up the rest. The gun selection was not that impressive. They had lots of pistols but very little long arms. What they did have was 3-4 of the same gun to take up space. Nothing worth drooling over. And I didn’t see a used gun section. Just over priced re make M1s.

A big box bass pro with a lot of outdoor equipment, boats, fishing, hunting, camping, clothing, and several great fish and game mounts. Lots of employees were there to help find things and answer questions. There is a big aquarium as well with multiple fish species to watch.

Shop here often and actually worked here for a bit so I can safely say the people here are great. This store does a really good job at making sure everything is in stock. As for Bass Pro in general, Online order tracking is fairly inaccurate. Lots of ordering stuff online and most of the time it will show my order in Utah and sure enough it is sitting in my mailbox. I mean the faster the better, I'll take it haha.

Edit: I received an email from the general manager of the Nashville store and have been told that they are going to investigate the issue and speak with the parties involved. I really appreciate Bass Pro management taking the time to rectify the issue.Sharing this review on behalf of my dad, who's less familiar with technology. During his visit today (3/29), my dad went to the fishing department to look at fishing rods. He spoke to the team member behind the register about seeing a higher-end brand of rod. The employee completely ignored my dad, even though he was right in front of him and there were no other customers at the desk. Because he was ignored, my dad asked another employee that was nearby who then repeated my dad’s question to the original employee who was still behind the register. The original employee responded “I heard him. He’s looking for the cheapest rod.” Surprised at this response, my dad responded “that’s what you heard, not what I said.” The original employee then said that there are some of the rods available in the back, but was unwilling to show my dad any of the available stock, so my dad left the store without making a purchase.It is very upsetting how quickly this employee at the Nashville, TN store was willing to pass a judgment on my dad‘s ability to purchase high-end fishing equipment based on his appearance alone. My dad is a seasoned fisherman, regularly taking fishing trips both domestically and internationally, and Bass Pro has always been his go-to for fishing equipment. Based on this recent experience, he no longer plans to shop at Bass Pro Shops. Because of the ever-increasing availability of fishing equipment from online retailers, my dad will take his business elsewhere.I hope that Bass Pro management takes this opportunity to rectify the situation and ensure that their employees do not inaccurately pass judgments based on biases prejudices in the future.

Always enjoyed Bass Pro. Been shopping here since forever. For whatever reason the store allows outside solicitation from brand like ATT in addition to their in store credit card offers. It’s become so annoying to shop here because of the constant gauntlet running of “special offers”.I don’t want a new cell phone plan and I don’t want a store branded credit card. Please rethink the solicitation plan as it’s extremely annoying.

Ok I went to bass Pro to get a pair of women’s snow boots for my wife. Sorry to report they had a very poor selection. Lots more choices for men. Having said that the store is amazing with so much outdoor stuff. I could spend hours in here. You will love it here.

I love me some bass pro shop. This location is awesome. No Cafe in the bass pro, but it is hooked up to a Mall on the backside. The mall is riddled with good food. The bass pro is the greatest retail experience ever. I fish way too much. This place has what I need.

I love everything about Bass Pro, from their amazing interior to the wide range of guns, hunting and fishing gear and clothing.However I don’t much care for their timeshare sales hustlers preying on ‘gullible fools’ like me 🤓😂 I would expect this in Gatlinburg or Destin.Anyway 4 out of 5 *Get rid of these guys and you’re a 5

The store is fine but the salesmen that you have to work your way through is ridiculous. Its becoming a hostile place to visit when they harass you for simply walking past.

Excellent outdoor supply store. Camping, hunting, fishing, backpacking, rock climbing, ...you get the idea. If it's outdoors related, they have it. Rated 4 stars because prices are a bit steep.

Everything outdoors you need is here! Literally! Great kayak selections and cool apparel! I am going to have to take a star away though. I didn’t like the two people that were trying to con me into signing me up for something in the middle of the store! I told her I was good, but she kept nagging me. Then she started nagging my wife. Bruh, I’m living my best life in this place, please, let me just enjoy it 🤣

I ordered a rifle online and it was transferred to the Nashville store. I called ahead and explained who I am and where I'm from and that I was going to have a rifle shipped there. I asked what I need to do or bring. The rifle arrived and I drove to the store. I waited in line for two hours while the counter employees helped people not in line. When my name finally came up, I was told that there is a 3 day waiting period for rifles. Counter employee went and got the manager who said the same. This store is incompetent. Do not use this store.

I have enjoyed Bass Pro Shops for the last few years. Recently I ordered a rifle and went to pick it up. I thought that you could pick it up anytime that they are open but they don’t after 7pm on the weekends. So it was a little disappointing that I was not able to get it that evening and had to make an extra run. Other wise everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Never have I been met (at any establishment) with such a flagrant and obvious lack of regard for, and ruthless and intentional neglect of the Customer Service experience.As another local serial entrepreneur, I understand that sometimes poor hires are made, and that doesn’t reflect on the whole establishment. So Normally, if I encounter a single employee of an establishment who is lacking in customer service etiquette, I usually just chalk it up to a bad employee..However it’s obvious that leadership at this store is clearly, and tremendously in need of a momentous overhaul.Starting with the manager who made sure to tell me that her time was more important than mine, after I asked her for some resolution to not being able to pick up the item that I had purchased online. I was notified that it had arrived, and drove quite a distance as well as waited in line 45minutes to pick it up.I wanted a clear answer and some kind of resolution or to be told when I could pick it up. I still don’t have these answers.I was sent home empty handed and told it wasn’t their problem. Not just in a “my hands are tied”, kind of way. They literally could not have cared less..Not one of them. I was blown away. I’ll be asking for a full refund for the item I paid for online and was unable to pick up.I’ll also never darken the door again. Left feeling really discouraged about humanity.

Bought my first gun at Bass Pro and had the best experience! The queue system was quick and I was able to shop around while I waited.Johnathan helped me and was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel dumb for my stupid questions. The process was a lot more quick and painless than I thought it would be purchasing a gun.Thanks bass pro!

Great place for all your outdoor world needs. Great selection of clothing and beautiful open space with very high ceiling that is warmly decorated and leads up to a massive aquarium filled with all types of fresh water fish! Great for adults and kids alike.

I usually only leave positive reviews or do not say anything at all. They need to take notice. Bought 2 rifles online and went to pickup. You have to scan a code at counter to be seen and I was there for 2 hours before being seen. I have probably bought 10 guns/bows from BassPro and will never do it again. Gunbroker is way faster and the way to go.

Slow, slow, and more slow. Not enough sales representatives to assist. Extremely long lines. Take a number system is good but painfully slow with 2hr wait times creating a huge bottleneck for sales or just simple questions. Better off visiting smaller businesses with a more personal feel.Over 4hr wait time don't plan on anything else but waiting your entire day. First time and last time for this place.

This Bass Pro Shop is located in Opry Mills Mall. Huge store with lots of good and interesting things to see. I took a lot of pictures. At the main entrance to the store, as you come in, is a really nice and relaxing sitting area. Huge rock fireplace, leather sofas and chairs, handmade wood furniture, stuffed animal heads on walls, antique books from different countries, some antique furniture, you feel comfortable in this area.

I love coming to this store. You never know what you'll find. So many great deals & very nice people. The gentleman that checked me out I wish I could remember his name. He was so pleasant and polite. Not like a robot but truly genuine.

Coolest store Ive ever been too. We spent half of fathers day here and loved it. They have fish tanks and crazy cool decor. 10 man points just for going here. Fun for the kids too as you will see in the photos.

2 hours to pick up a gun already paid for and the federal government took 10 min and state 1 min to sign off on me. Counter manager thought it was cute to parade his puppy around instead of helping customers. Will not be back.

As a grandmother I was very impressed with all the activities they had in store for children to do. My great niece really enjoyed writing a letter to Santa 🎅 during this particular visit.

Waited at the gun counter for 20 minutes with no other customers waiting. Multiple employees behind the counter and walked by and not a single one would look at me or speak to me. You had what I wanted in stock but I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
