Missy Thomlison.... Was an incredible help!! Warm, friendly and informative. We had called "customer service" and rep actually hung up on us, so went to store. Missy walked me through everything, fixed issue and reviewed account and found way to save me some money!! Told her I was going to give great review, so here it is Missy!! Thank you again!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had to get rid of cable package. To expensive. RUKU and Fire Sticks will take over the cable industry. Internet services is all you need and even the phone service is not so strong. Too many dead spots for phone calls. Oh yeah, think about hiring people that live in the state for your call in services. There is always a wait time, you never get anyone and when you do, they are from overseas and you can't understand them and they can barely understand you. Sad. And this is a billion dollar company. Wow. God bless America. What a joke.

I hate giving bad reviews, and this is more towards Comcast than anything else, but come on...one employee helping customers? There's another employee that was walking around checking people in, but is not trusted to do much more than that apparently.I needed to purchase an accessory item in store, so as not to wait on shipping etc, and I can't just go to a counter and be helped with a relatively quick transaction. It's wild to me that we're in 2024 now, and a brick & mortar location can't handle a quick over-the-counter transaction. What a time to be alive.I tried to call ahead about it, and there's not even a store phone where you can talk to anyone either and double check their inventory. So you're screwed either way I suppose. Great job Comcast or Xfinity or whatever you are anymore.Edit: Adding a star for great customer service

Literally the worst customer service to ever exist. The chat is the least helpful component and the agents on the phone just say things that aren’t even true. Please reconsider using any of their services.

I wish I could give them a ZERO STAR review. I called Xfinity well before moving and was told the home was ready for service and I could do a self install. I’m a IT technician so simple enough right? WRONG! I moved in and the house wasn’t ready for service, I called them back and waiting for almost 30 minutes before I got to someone then was told I needed to be an $100.00 technician fee for their error, but after debating for a few moments I agreed. On Saturday technician comes out and doesn’t know how to run a wire. He tells me Xfinity doesn’t require technicians to run cable lines any more and if I needed a line ran I would have to call a contractor! (This is before he knew I already had the line there), but I was shocked and asked if Xfinity mentioned the home wasn’t ready for service and he would need to run a cable line, and to my surprise he said yes. When he was finished he told me Comcast doesn’t provide wall plates, so I would have to get my own from Home Depot, didn’t make sure the internet was working and it wasn’t because he didn’t place the Ethernet inside of the correct port. I called Xfinity back and was told I would be getting the $100.00 technician fee refunded back to me, and addition credits to my bill plus another technician would come on Sunday. None of those things happen!I can’t begin to explain how poor the customer service is for this Xfinity and they don’t care about great service or their customer. I just got off the phone with a rep who told me to call my lawyer and sue us if because they don’t care! I’ll be canceling and going with a someone else!

My remote went out and the guy at the counter said “I don’t have any… wait until tomorrow or you have to drive to Antioch(35 mins away)” and said there were no further options.I drove all the way to Antioch and the nice lady there said next time download the remote on your phone and save the trip! I wish she had served me in Murfreesboro!

Kent provided excellent customer service on 9.25.23! He was friendly, speedy with transaction and effective. I was pleased with the amount of time it took to get service. Returning my old equipment took less than 10mins.

We had made multiple attempts calling the Xfinity customer service and had a terrible experience with trying to get our internet installed. After 3 missed appointments and going without internet for over a week, I went to an actual Xfinity location.Daniel and another associate were very helpful in getting our issue solved. They were able to find me an earlier installation appointment time, and gave me all of our account information. It turns out during our move from IL to TN we had multiple account numbers, which was causing the issue. Daniel even gave me a business card, and I was able to text him regarding any questions or issues I had. As a small business owner, I always appreciate when people go above and beyond to help fix an issue that they themselves weren't responsible for.Now if I were to review the customer service experience through the company it would be terrible, but my experience at this store was great and I wanted to make sure I mentioned that. If you are tired of being on hold for 2 hours and being rerouted through an automated system, please go to this store instead to get it fixed. Thank you!

I went to Xfinity to turn in my equipment. Comcast just kept raising our prices, and unless you are a new customer, they will not work with you on prices. I was missing one piece. They gave me a receipt for the parts I turned in, and I went home to get the last piece. When I returned, I got a lady who was trying to wait on too many people, not because she had to. There were other employees who were willing to pitch in. She spoke very ugly to a coworker who tried to wait on the other family she had. All the customers around heard it. The lady turned to me and took my part and said nothing. I asked for a receipt. She said it's on the last receipt you got. I clearly explained it couldn't be because I didn't have it for them to scan. She kept ignoring that. I showed her the receipt, and she read the last 3 digits only 205. See, it's on here and then walked off. I told her I wanted the part and someone else to give me a receipt. When I read the whole SN #, it did not match anything on the first receipt. I finally got another employee to scan and give me a receipt.

I’m appalled at the service here. We canceled our whole account with Xfinity because of how assumptive and unprofessional these “employees” are. To be met with “we will handle this civilly” is not only offensive but down right rude. I honestly have never seen such piss poor service in my life!

Comcast's products can't be beat.....until you have a problem and have to go to their store. You have to deal with very basement of retail employees.....think 3rd shift Taco Bell skill level. So best of luck if you are so unfortunate as to require a visit to this store.

Not only are prices outrageous, service sucks. Every since switched Internet provider, TV service has become terrible. I cant watch free apps(Pluto TV,Tubi,etc ) and says constantly that trouble connecting to Internet. Just because I don't have their Internet, I have to not be able to access TV usage. Bunch of ********.

Shout out to Andrew Knox and the staff at this Xfinity location. Andrew did everything he could to help with the issues I was having and ended up successfull. This staff had to deal with a disrespectful customer that I had witnessed and handled it very well. I appreciate what they do!!

It’s not the location, it’s customer service when you call.They run around in circles,DO NOT fix your issues,and than LIE saying they did fix it saying you will see the change in 24 hours. Hands down the most frustrating and infuriating thing I have EVER experienced. I DONT trust what they say so I have to call over and over to make sure THEIR job gets done. UNFRIKKIN BELIEVABLE. Not saying all agents are bad-but for sure not many care or know what they are doing.

I’ve had no problems for about a year. But now I’m trying to slim down my account, it doesn’t give me any way to do that with the app, computer or by phone. Now I have to try and go into the office and find an actual human being to talk to. In the age of convenience, they make it really hard to do anything but pay for more services.

I went to return all my equipment because not only did they decide to send me old models that didn’t work but the apartment I own do not have any working Coax outlets. When I went inside Drew S. helped me at the desk. (Helped is being used loosely) Not only was he being a dirtbag, but he thought mansplaining was what he needed to do to get his point across. He repeated everything I had already mentioned back to me with an attitude and he told me I shouldn’t have the modems I had (I wonder who gave them to me?)

In an environment where so many people conduct business from their home, it's completely unacceptable for an internet provider to upgrade to fiber without notifying customers in advance of a planned upgrade, so they can move meetings and Zoom calls to another day. To be down all day can be a major issue!!How hard is an email blast?And the phone system does not allow you to contact tech support to get a general sense of how long it will be down? It just disconnects telling you there is an outage in the area and they'll notify when it's back up? COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. As business owners, we should certainly have the right to find out if it means all meetings should be cancelled for the day, or if it's just expected to take an hour.It's bad enough to have no notice, but no information about how long the downtime can be expected, too? Get your act together, Comcast.I tried calling three times, then drove to a Comcast store location for details, since I had an important meeting - only to be told to ask the guys manning the truck.Pathetic.
