Let me start by saying how grateful I am for a lady I think named Hayle? I can't remember but she was a sweetheart and was working in the pharmacy. I didn't have insurance at the time and she helped me with some coupons and didn't have to. Thank you so much you beautiful soul!

WORST Store EVER to use.. ESPECIALLY for prescriptions. If you have meds that you use on a daily or weekly, I suggest you get them elsewhere. Then NO ONE ever says the samething, meaning if you call about an issue several times you are going to get told something different each time. They are very nonchalant as well having no sympathy or care that they continuously drop the ball! I've been getting my meds filled at Walgreens stores for over 20 years!!! But this store made it the LAST straw I have with them Getting all my prescriptions transferred to Kroger

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I continually have had issues with getting my prescription that I’ve been taking for over eight months with no issues and no matter how many times my insurance has done my prior authorization they have still not been able to give me my medication. So now I’m unable to get the one that I need and have to take in the next day and am abandoned at the highest dose of that medication without getting the opportunity of weaning off of it. Go anywhere else. They even hung up on me when I called after the RX was ready for pick up.

Lucy in pharmacy department went the extra mile to help me obtain my father's medications at another location. Such a great and helpful employee!!! Noah the manager was very helpful as well. Finding employees is tough in a post covid retail world. I met 2 great ones tonight! Thanks Walgreens.

Let me start by saying this store did eventually correct the mistake after multiple conversations over a total of 15? hours.1. Medication orders sent from ER at 7:30-800pm. App said they should be ready by 8:50pm2. Checked if meds were ready at 9pm on the app. One prescription had been filled but not the other🤷🏼‍♀️. Not only was it not filled the name had been changed to a Walgreens store brand🤔. I contacted the pharmacy. Young man answered and would only said “Your insurance doesn’t cover it because it’s a “Over the counter medicine. Okay, Great. How much is the OTC? Cheaper than the prescription. Never gave a price for either nor did he ask while I was on the phone if I wanted to pay out of pocket for the actual prescription. I thanked him and hung up.3. Went to GoodRx website. Found a coupon for the medication. Total would be $4 and some change for a total of 30 25mg tablets that were ordered. Looked on their website at the OTC that THEY chose to change MY prescription to. It was 8.99 for a box of 16 tablets🤷🏼‍♀️. I uploaded the coupon in to the app just like insurance and resubmitted the order. Unfortunately I fell asleep waiting.4. Woke around 4am. Checked to see if it was ready. But guess what! Nope! Phone call to pharmacist. Explain to him what I did. He said he couldn’t see the coupon. He of course explained to me that this was an OTC medication. I understand please fill my prescription. He said sure I’ll fill it and have it ready. Just bring in the GoodRx coupon and we will take care of it when you come in. Great!5. Arrive at store. Go in. Give the coupon to the pharmacy. They enter it and he said “Oh, it only brought the price down a little to $6.17 😎 Cool! That’s okay $6 is still less than $8.99. Left and went on about my day.6. Arrived to my final destination for the next 8hrs. Opened the bag started checking everything out. Oh my goodness! Low and behold! That pesky Walgreens OTC had jumped into that bag!🤯 I check the app and it say my prescription had been only partially filled. 🤦🏼‍♀️ A phone call to the store manager and after a few minutes trying to explain to him what was going on he quickly went back to the pharmacy.7. Once in the pharmacy I ask why was I not contacted about the prescription not being covered and offered the OTC or to pay out of pocket for the actual prescription sent over?The OTC is fine but I didn’t get my full prescription. The Box given to me only contains 16 tablets. Prescription was for 30. Oh they said we can’t fill the other portion because if we did it would be more (32 tablets)than ordered and we can’t just open a box and take two out. Yeah, thankfully I went to school at a time when you actually had to work out those hard mathematical problems with a pencil and paper.8. I then asked why they are basically robbing/stealing from people. Was it just to make a bigger profit from selling the store brand?9. Final trying to get them to understand how unfair and dishonest it was to only partially fill my medication with a store brand without considering what I may want. What I wanted was to save money and also receive the medication needed. So No! I didn’t want to pay more for 16 tablets, when I can get my full prescription at an ever lower cost.10. Walgreens do better!

The woman answering the pharmacy phone line was *disgustingly* rude. Look at my last name. When I extend the courtesy of spelling it for the sake of THEIR ease, I don’t need to be responded to with an out-of-breath and overly-labored, “you don’t have to spell it.” I get it. You need a cigarette, Big Mac, and large fry. Standing for four hours at a time is tough. I just need information about my prescription. It’s a shame this part of the state is the way it is.

This pharmacy, specifically Haley, does not even deserve 1 star. Our family has been long time customers, yet today Haley refused to follow through with getting my child's prescription filled. Horrible customer service.

This review is specifically for Rose the beauty consultant there. She helped me and my husband a couple of weeks back find a moisturizer for our terribly dry skin. We didn't know she was there but sweetly offered assistance and gave us a couple of options and described them in detail and gave us her honest opinion. When we decided we would like one of the options she said they were out at this location but gave us multiple other locations and a free sample (which I love the size of it and keep it in my purse). She was very accommodating. Her recommendation ended up being spot on and we both love the product. I have even tried my dermatologists recommendation that did not help me this much. Who knew! We are so thankful we meet her and she was so kind to help us. Thank you Rose!!

I wish I could give negative stars but they make me give them one. Some of the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever met not helpful at all. Not to mention hateful and just lack of compassion after you get out of surgery and you've got a surgery and you go to pick up your medication they don't care if you had surgery they don't care what your need is they are not trying to help you I would not recommend them unless you need the 24 hour service otherwise go somewhere else.

One of the worst Walgreens branches i ever visit. Today i went to see if I can transfer my prescription over there, since it is close to my new place, when I foud their price is remarkably higher i asked if they do price match, the one who took my order answer yes, 2 hours later when i went to pick up they said no, which makes me mad, i transferred my prescription back, and will not come to this bad pharmacy again

I called the pharmacist to ask if I could take melatonin with my prescriptions and he said he couldnt give me a free consultation because I didn’t get my medication there and it’s a liability! I have never in my life have heard a pharmacist say that! Whether I get my medication there or not You would be giving me the same answer either way! I felt like he was in a bad mood and not wanting to just answer a simple question. But I called another Walgreens and the pharmacist was happy to tell me whether or not my medications are okay to mix with melatonin..I just thought it was very tasteless and he could do better..I mean it’s literally his job!

Pharmacists are either really nice or absolutely rude and will cut you off and leave you hanging at the window without any acknowledgment. They should put a timer on the drive thru as well so people who want to argue have to go inside.

My wife came through the drive thru to pick up oral reflux meds that require an infant syringe applicator. My wife was handed a REAL NEEDLE!!!! Then when it was brought to the attention of the pharmacist she rolled her eyes and blew it off lime it was no big deal, well it totally is. Be aware of the Asian pharmacist because she was the one whom okayed it and from what I gathered she filled the order so... No more business from us plus they are double what Kroger is. To top all this off 4 years of sobriety was met with an eye roll from a joke of a pharmacist. Pharmacist don't get to make mistakes not this extreme and no one called back to discuss this when I called corporate.

It took me 1 hour to pick up a medication for my sick child. The lady at the window was unhelpful and unfriendly. Then she lied about the discount on medication. They could not locate my daughters TENCARE after showing them the approval. They gave me a discount which was $10 then went up to $16. Then after explaining it’s okay I won’t be coming back at all the guy attempted to explain how to use the medication. Worst Walgreens I’ve ever encountered.

Tired of dealing with them , they shorted me on my enoxaparin shots and when I called to get the rest I was told they were ready for me and when my husband went later in the evening to get them he was told I had to wait until the next day for my refill and that’s not even what he was there for. When I called to explain for the 4th time what happened I was talked to like I didn’t know what I was talking about and by the end of our conversation the little rude pharmacist said “oh we have the extra ones right here , no one left any notes on it so it wasn’t in our system to find.” And hung up on me! Super unprofessional, I’m so tired of dealing with their pharmacy! When I get my last refill I will not be dealing with Walgreens anymore it’s always something when it’s time for me to get my prescription!

Walgreens is a place to go to get the prescriptions that your doctor wrote. As for anything else in the store it is way overpriced and it'll save you money if you feel like shopping go to another store. For instance I bought a mountain dew for $2.39 because my mouth was so dry I couldn't wait to go to a gas station where the same mountain dew is $1.89. I just don't understand why some businesses feel like they can jack up the prices because they want to.

Two times in the last year my girlfriend needed an asthma inhaler as an emergency. The first time, I had to talk the pharmacist into expediting her order, as everybody else did not have an emergency. The people in the waiting room understood, the pharmacist didn't.Last night, we waited for 25 minutes for the pharmacist to answer the phone. Finally, we just drove up, and he gave me a serious attitude. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered.

I turned in two prescriptions physically on 8/3/21. They are prescriptions I have to take everyday. And here it is 8/11/21. And they lost one of my prescriptions!!! And I still don’t have my medications!! They need to do better and I am not happy at all!!!! I called three times and they keep saying they will look for it and still no medication!!!

Why are the closing the store and drive thru for cleaning AT 5PM without telling people?! They cant do this in the middle of the day or late at night? They can’t tell us this online?! You have no way of knowing until you get there. They kicked people out of the store and line at the busiest time. Ridiculous. This pharmacy is also the slowest I’ve ever used so even before the pandemic, expect to wait at least 30 minutes in line. Worst walgreens ive ever used.

I understand that things can get hectic at a 24 hour pharmacy, but if you can't be polite on the phone because of it- cutting people off in the middle of a sentence, hanging up without saying goodbye, etc- then you shouldn't be open 24 hours.

Rose in skin and beauty was so great with helping me find something for my skin today. Wearing these masks has made my skin break out and I haven’t had acne for years. I've been using Walgreens for my prescriptions for as long as I can remember. But I'm now at the point where I'm seriously considering going somewhere else. It just seems there's ALWAYS an issue with me getting my meds because they've messed something up. So then I'm forced to make multiple trips. Also, they always charge me a different price for the same prescription, depending on who I check out with. I don't know if it's a company problem or just the Northfield location, but I'm so over it!

I have been going to this pharmacy for 6 years and the customer servic has gotten worse over the years. I have to constantly fix the same problems w insurance every time, they gave my son the wrong dosage different from what his doctor actually called in, good thing I caught it. Every time I have gone in or waited int he drive thru line there is always an issue. I am done. Looking for a new pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff are rude and lazy. With only one attendant not sure why they have two drive through lanes. Expect long waiting times if you go to this pharmacy.
