Came here looking for a few things. The workers were super friendly and informative. The store was clean and organized but there was a few wet spots on the floors. I love the sales. We bought a window and the ladies that helped we soo sweet. The price when checking out was 105 but the actual was 84. The check out lady corrected and was very cool about it! Super cool store. Definitely recommend this store! Thanks so much!

I rented a RugDoctor Pro for 1 day (24hrs) and the cost was about $43 after tax. They have you put a $50 deposit down so once you bring the item back the extra $7 refunds to your card.The man at the rental desk was so helpful explaining to me how toe device works. I’ll certainly rent again.

Something about Home Depot makes me feel safe and comforted. The smell of the lumber when walking in, the hundreds of light fixtures hanging, all kinds of tools, the wide variety of plants, and overall the resources for any project imaginable. I frequent this Home Depot, usually to pick up orders my dad has placed and wants me to get. The countless number of projects and things we’ve built is due to this fine establishment. This is where I get my wood, lighting, plants, tools, hardware, paint supplies, and everything else home improvement. Recently I went to get new plants to liven up my house and I can say once again I am blown away by the selection. All my plants are good hardy and healthy and I would expect nothing less from the Home Depot. I highly highly recommend coming here for anything related to home improvement.

I ordered a washer and dryer on 12/25 and it was supposed to be delivered on 12/30. Two hours after the delivery window was up the online status still said coming that day. I called to double check and was informed by support that the truck broke down and it wasn’t coming till 1/5. No one ever called me to inform me and I find it ridiculous that Home Depot’s warehouse only has one delivery truck. I cancelled my order and immediately placed an order at Lowe’s and they were delivered the next day.

I Purchased a Husky 12 Volt rechargeable 3/8 drive ratchet for personal use from Home Depot in Murfreesboro, TN about 9 months ago. I’ve used it 3 times. On the 3rd use the ratchet mechanism stopped working.I went online to try to get it repaired or get a replacement and customer service refused to repair or replace the ratchet.I’m a very loyal customer of Home Depot and the business that I represent uses Home Depot regularly. You would think that a $100 defective tool wouldn’t be a deal breaker when it comes to business? Think again. Lowe’s is just right across the street…Husky products seem to be very cheaply made and lack any type of brand backing or product support.I don’t recommend Husky products and I don’t recommend Home Depot customer service…they both seem to be sub par and very low quality.***Update***Apex, maker of Husky brand tools has offered to replace the defective tool. I’ll be updating my review in a few days! Thanks Apex Husky tools!***The original associate that I spoke with regarding this issue name is Tomeka. Sorry Tomeka, but your customer service skills need some heavy duty improvement. Good day.

Order was placed on 4.2.24. I got a call on 4.11.24 at 7:33 P.M. that all the items were going to be delivered on 4.12.24 as requested except for two items that were out of stock. Those were going to be delivered 4.13.24.I got an email on 4.11.24 after my phone conversation saying all the material was going to be delivered 4.13.24. When I called the local HD to check on my order status on 4.12.24 the lady on the phone said that the delivery date was changed and that she couldn't help to get it out today.I had to cancel the order since the company I had hired to do the install was scheduled for 4.13.24. HD could not guarantee a time of delivery and I didn't want to pay people to stand around with the time slot of 6 AM to 6 PM.I am going to take my business to a company that can do what they say they can do.

SELF CHECKOUT MEANS SELF CHECKOUT!I love this Home Depot but PLEASE STOP ASSISTING IN SELF CHECKOUT!!!!! I’m not trying to steal… it’s not even my money I’m spending, it’s being charged to home owners I work for, but I have to ring up multiple orders for different jobs and keep separate receipts these people always come grab the scanner and mess up my routine. Please just watch me, but I don’t need help. Had to manually separate my 3 work orders today because the lady wouldn’t give me the scanner back. It was forceful and the more time I spend separating receipts and calculating tax, the less time I am spending working

Had to pick up pallets of mulch a couple of times from the garden care department. The guys (James and John) are always very professional and loading the pallets on my truck. They refused tips, which is so confusing these days. But I really appreciate the hard good work at Home Depot.

He is professional and personable. Truly impressed with Noah’s work ethic. At age 70 and 11 homes owned, I have had a lot of folks do work for me.

This store just continues to amaze me at how bad it is. The aisles are often completely bogged down with stock, I have seen some improvement over the last 2 years. But the way stock is put out aisles are often inaccessible. Today I went looking for a specific item. When I checked online it showed 9 in stock for same day pick up but didn't show an aisle number. I asked MK at the customer service desk if she could locate the item or someone from the department so they could find the item, a 100lb propane tank so not a small item. She said she didn't know and to go try asking thr cashiers or go see if someone was outside to ask. I asked her if she could locate someone who could help narrow down where the item was located as it didn't seem reasonable to contine walking around the store when no one knew, and I had already been told by lawn and garden to ask customer service. I had already walked the probable places (plumbing, garden, grills, and knew from coming in they weren't out front). I suggested they were likely up on a shelf which is why they didn't have an aisle location as it was an odd item. She refused to help, she also had earbuds in. I ended up asking for a manager. She complained extensively about me to the manager Chris about how I refused to look or ask the cashiers. I had tried to explain to her the cashiers did propane exchange and that's not what I was doing. The manager Chris came who is knew to the store who started off a bit aggressive. I explained the issue and that it didn't need to be an issue and I didn't think it was ok to tell me to continue walking all over the store asking other people. He said he came up to help me as the resolution because MK didn't know, which wasn't correct he came up after MK refused to help and then I asked for a manager. It shouldn't have escalated to the entire situation. He then argued a bit that the item was online only and not in stock and I was reading the website wrong. I showed him that there website showed 9 available at the murfreesboro location, not online only or ship to store. He pulled up the sku and checked and then saw it showed the 9. He ended up apologizing and located the item which was up on a shelf. The entire situation just didn't need to transpire. The customer service at this store sucks. I let him know we normally drive to smyrna or go to lowes, and all of this is why. I would recommend driving to smryna over this store. Smyrna is cleaner and better managed.

Poor customer service. From help desk to management. They are careless or just incompetent. Buying a product off the shelf is ok but try to order a specialty item… I recommend going to a professional locally owned business.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They lie to your face over and over and over again. The delivery service is beyond ignorant! Repeatedly fail to deliver appliances with no phone call or correspondence to explain why. Just schedule and then no show over and over. You have to call them to schedule again, then again no delivery. I am pretty sure at this point small claims to get your money back is more likely than actually getting appliances.

Dimitri was incredibly kind and helpful. After asking 2 previous employees about dry wall mud, (which I know NOTHING about and was sent by my bf) in which both employees just pointed and wouldn’t even stop for me to ask a question, Dimitri took the time to walk down the aisle with me and point out exactly what I needed. His kindness exceeded the rudeness of the other “too busy” employees. What would have made this a very sour review, Dimitri saved the day! Thank you Dimitri for your help and exceptional customer service skills. It’s very much appreciated and I hope you get the recognition you so much very deserve! I appreciate your kindness and willingness to help a very home improvement impaired person who had no clue what the heck she was looking for! Thank you so very much!

If you're just shopping it's fine- it'll like all the other stores. If you need services it's not. The flooring department never answers the phone, the kitchen design department is not good, etc, etc. You're better off finding your own independent contractor and cutting them out of the equation

Terrible employees in the garden section.We went to buy some garden soil, paid for it and my wife asked for assistance to help load the heavy bags in the car. They told us to pull around but no one came to help.Wasted a lot of time waiting only to go in and do it my self. This happened multiple times throughout the years and finally decided to write this review.Hopefully it will help people out with their expectations from this place.

I was going to give this HD 1 star but they do have a good selection. But.. the girl that was helping us up front was extremely rude. Idk why she was very short with us and not helpful at all. Her name is Maddie and she was acting like we were going to steal the ring cameras.. Me and my wife still spent 1000$ on home security stuff, only bc we are tight on time. I won’t be returning to this store again

Writing this review because I don’t feel like the manager is actually going to do anything. We rented a boom and brought it back at 7:50pm, before closing. The young guy named Jessie had major attitude and said it was due back by 8pm. We were there before 8 returning it. Handed the key back, he literally threw it and it fell on the floor, which he did not pick. He did not go lock up the boom, told us we were going to be charged $800 because we didn’t have the wheel in hand, instead of asking where it was. I went back out to get and I was bringing my truck to front of the store to bring in the wheel and the guy nearly hit me as he was speeding out of the parking lot. All this before 8pm. When I was back in the store, I picked up the key that he left on the floor and placed it with the wheel. Went to find a manager. The manager only seemed concerned about him leaving early. Jessie needs to be addressed about his attitude and how he treats customers, and how he treats the equipment at work. He is very disrespectful.

This place is garbage. Not busy, barely any employees. I asled one employee Dimitri if he was busy and he just ignored me. Another employee asked if I needed help and I said I needed a drill, she said she'd get someone. Waited and waited, walked to customer service and and the employees there just walked off. Walked around the store to try and find an employee and I guess they just like to goof off and hide.Came back to the drills and the employee who originally asked me if I needed help is just standing there. Like she can't unlock the cage or something. There's customers standing around waiting to be helped.If someone doesn't come over here so I can buy a drill in the next ten minutes I'm leaving and never coming back.Update: I got tired of waiting so I grabbed a ladder and started pulling tools down for other customers. Lady from customer service finally showed up, and everyone else was trying to be polite, but I told her that I was never coming back. It's sad that I had to step up and do their job especially at a time where it wasn't even busy, amd it's because their employees aren't even doing the bare minimum, and even ignore customers or tell them they'll send someone to help. How in the world can multiple customers be told someone will be over to help to the point there's a small group of people who have busy lives and things to do are waiting around and trying not to be upset about the obvious lack of concern from employees.Home Depot you may as well go the way other big box stores are and go fully automated or online purchase and delivery only. I used to work at Home Depot and I was more than glad to help customers out. But what I experienced today was abysmal. I bet it's even worse when it's actually busy.

Wife orders ahead for pickup at 9am. Came to pick up at 4:15pm and they didn't even have the order printed. Now I'm sitting here waiting for old man Jenkins to go pull it. I could've just come in off the street and been out quicker. So if you're considering ordering ahead for pick up. DON'T.

Missed delivery of new dishwasher because they showed up 30 minutes before the delivery window (9am-1pm). This is usually something great to have happen but there was no communication on this and they cant come back out today. Talked to 2 customer services reps(got disconnected from the 1st but was helpful and apologetic)The 2nd one was not so much. Ended up canceling the order. Took off of work for the installation. Disappointed in the service, The Home Depot usually has higher standards

11/15/202, I walked into Home Depot as a valued customer, walking out a valued Lowes customer.I waited 41 minutes for an employee to help me in cutting a blind to length. I spoke to a total of three employees who couldn’t cut blinds so the first one called for assistance over the intercom. The next employee I spoke to, interrupted a couple of gentlemen that were in an office and I was told that someone would be there to assist me in a few minute, which no one ever came. The last and final employee stated that I would need to interrupt a staff/management meeting to gain the help I need. I literally stood outside this gated area 10 mins and no one would acknowledge that I was needing their assistance.

They did not have the right fittings I needed. But the man that helped went up and beyond. To try an find what I needed. Brass fittings is what I was looking for. They had a lot just not the type size I wanted.

This Home Depot is the perfect representation of Murfreesboro. It used to be nice but now it is filled to the brim with junk everywhere. The isles are so jam packed with random carts, unopened boxes, and trash that they are practically impassable. Just go to Lowe's instead.

Spent $950 on landscaping stones. The selection of in store product was really sad. But I was on a tight schedule with my hired contractor so I settled for a type that I wasn't completely thrilled with because they had plenty in stock. Paid in full on Thursday and given an order ID for my contractor to be able to pick-up the order. He arrives as scheduled 2 days later to retrieve almost 100 bags of stone. When he asked for the order, he was told that they only had 32 bags because they sold too many to someone else. And then they told him they didn't have enough staff so he would need to load the trailer himself. Long story short, I canceled the entire order. Home Depot almost cost me a day of labor. Thankfully I found a much better selection at The Rock Place. And it was less that HALF of the price. Same day, I go back to Home Depot to pick up more bags of soil. The guys in the lot that are responsible for loading vehicles were caught throwing bags with the bottom half ripped out into my truck. I watched him look at the holes in my rear view mirror. He tried to hide it and just hope nobody would notice. I stepped out of the truck and looked, and several of the bags had been tossed in with giant holes. Dirt everywhere. Get it together Home Depot. Terrible service. You lost a lot of money from me. I'll never trust your location again.
