Publix never disappoints when it comes to customer service. The young man with earrings, Carter, never hesitates to ask if I would like help out to my car. After my hip replacement, small gestures like that truly make a huge difference. Kudos to him!

Always clean, courteous people, love their Bogo's, I have shopped at Publix for the pass 60 years. Started in Florida. They always have the brightest and impeccably clean store. They are the gold standard for stores to achieve.

One star down only because the price is higher than other places, but it's totally worth it.More upscale than other places.PSA: DON'T WEAR YOUR PAJAMAS HERE, LADIES.My favorite thing about this store? Things that disappeared from my other neighborhood stores like Walmart, Kroger, etc over the last couple years that I have been searching for too no avail.... (you know, like Dunkin CaramelMeCrazy coffee and Rice Krispy creamer, New York Bagel Chips - garlic flavor, Pepperidge Farms Brussels cookies, etc)... all those things you have noticed disappearing...?They are all at Publix. You're welcome.

I’ve compared prices from Publix to Walmart, and I don’t know how Publix is still open. Publix has a good deli, but their prices are absurdly expensive for absolutely no reason. I’ve determined that the people who shop there aren’t there because of the prices, but for the lack of poorer customers and minorities. Prove me wrong and I’ll change my opinion.

I usually go to kroger but stopped here today and Kailey my cashier was wonderful. She was super friendly, quick, and a great representative for publix. Safe to say i will be going here from now on.

Friendly employees and clean store... but always out of at least 2 items I regularly buy, forcing me to have to make a second stop at Kroger. I've talked to 2 different managers about the issue, but it is still not corrected. I will be shopping the Kroger on Veterans moving forward so I don't have to always make a second stop.

Cost is high, but service is good, even though I only do self check out. The deli employees are wonderful, please make it more common to compliment employees who offered great service at the customer service desk

Great store with orient you will not find at Krogs or Wally World... very clean as well. Nice ppl and staff. Highly recommend!

It's clean but you can find the same products at Kroger much cheaper.There was a difference of 3 dollars for a bottle of olive oil. That's too much.

I got fried chicken tenders, dill pickles, macaroni salad, a peach flavored Clearly Canadian drink and some Hawaiian rolls. They were all very good. Publix is always superb.

Cason is absolutely amazing! His professionalism and dedication to his customers is outstanding! I can’t say enough great things about him. Publix is a better place with him there. I grocery for our family every week. Publix is always clean and well stocked every time I visit. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had mango cart which I typically have trouble finding anywhere.

I just want to give a shout-out to the manager on duty on the night of 5/13. I placed a custom cake order back in march to be picked up 5/13 for Mother's Day. However, somehow the order was misplaced and no records showed of my order except for the receipt I kept in my email. Although they couldn't find record of my order but seen my confirmation of it being placed the manger tried his best to make it right by offering to have it ready in the morning after I told him I would be out of town he offered to give me some other treats to make up for it. Long story short I just want to give him kiddos for Aw some customer service and thank you for trying your best to make it right.
