If I could rate this place higher I would! My pup Milo never leaves here without looking the most pampered! Not only do they do amazing with grooming my boy, but the customer service is amazing! I work with Barbie and she is the best! She always works with my busy schedule and everyone there is so so nice. He always leaves with a cute bandana and they always take a picture of him at the end! If you’re looking for an amazing grooming place this is the one!

We’ve been taking our Golden Retriever to this salon since August 2022. We’ve never encountered any problems at this grooming salon. The staff at Premier Paws are so friendly and talented! Unfortunately, our boy is dog aggressive due to an incident when he was a pup. But their set up is very well organized, having a decent sized area to put him while waiting. His coat always shines when I pick him up & the price is reasonable. They also have squeezed us in last minute multiple times which is greatly appreciated. Thanks Premier Paws!! You guys rock!

They asked for a review to boost their grooming . Well here it is. I was referred here by someone else. The facility is nice compared to other grooming facilities. I like how they do not use crates before or after grooming and have play areas for your pets. The pricing is a bit bias because it is based on length not size. It is $60 for an extra small dog and $70 for a small dog. We have 2 pups that are same breed but one is 3 times smaller than the other . First visit my smallest was charged way more than my bigger fur baby. That was surprising . I said I’ll give them another chance after calling up with concerns about pricing. They ensured me it would be fixed but it was not. If I’m not mistaken, the owners daughter was the groomer so that would explain to my “the why”. The next visit , both were charged $70 and was told my the smallest pup was charged as a small dog vs extra small due to length and not weight. Later that evening , he was scooting and licking hisself while home, I noticed there was a long cut there and in his testicles were red/bleeding like they had been cut. The grooming place was closed , so the following day I went back to the groomers and showed them pictures of the incident. I never spoke to owner or manager , but the lady in the front explained it was nothing that they are able to do about since the grooming service was complete and they would possibly take care of the vet bill if he have to go to the vet.Now , there was no guarantee they would pay, no compensation, no ownership of the issue that the groomer did this and of course she did not report it to anyone what she did.No calls from owner to apologize this happened . All around terrible customer service and experience. My baby is not even a year old to have such a bad experience. And to make things even more concerning the person who referred me said they no longer go there because their last visit , their pup woke up with swollen eyes the next day. So this is our review.Maybe your experience will be better but no more chances from us. Make sure you check your pet from top to bottom before you walk out because they do it take ownership of any wrong doing ever. They should have done something on this situation. If you’re wondering how my pup is doing, we put a washable diaper on him to allow it to heal. It just will take a while

Hi, I'm Leo the Pug. Got my first professional spa day at Premier last week. Let me tell you, I look good!! My fawn is so brightly fawn & my black is so majestically black. My pedicure is wahahh (smack sound). I looked good before I got there but Mom says there's no living with me now.Thank you!

I love to take my Nola kitty here for a walk in nail trim! They are fast, kind and professional! Trim and file her nails in 5 minutes! Do a GREAT Job!Highly recommend..

They said they would have to shave my doodle without putting hands on his coat to examine. Doodles mat period. The question is where and how much. He did have minor matting in typical areas like under arms and around his butt and tail. Its my opinion that it may be easier for less experienced groomers to shave a doodle nose to tail and has become standard with some groomers. This was the push i needed to invest in my own equipment and education and start doing it myself.

Hailee did a great job so go see her! The first time I brought Ozzy in the afternoon and it was loud with barking, understandably. Ozzy was super nervous & bitey the first time (he’s pretty anxious anyway). He looked great despite his disposition that day. Hailee suggested that next time I make an 8AM appt when it’s much quieter. He did much better this time (it was super quiet) and he’s starting to trust Hailee more as he gets to know her. I’m so pleased!

I had previously had to drive Buster to Memphis to get his haircut because no one could do it. Kylee took and got him in shape. She is a blessing for us and Buster.

Sabrina is wonderful with my dogs , since switching to Premier Paws my dogs no longer have anxiety about going to the groomer . They go in happy , and are happy and not stressed when I pick them back up. They are always beautifully groomed . She is truly a blessing ! She takes great care of my dogs and I recommend to everyone .

There is nothing bad to say about this grooming salon. They are always professional and I am always amazed at how they try to go above and beyond to make their customers and their pets happy!Sabrina grooms my two papillions and does a wonderful job! I have always been very pleased with how she has groomed my male papillion; as I have strict instructions due to him having some sensitivities, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure that he is taken care of and looks stunning! My female papillion went for her first puppy groom and I was very impressed by what she was able to get done! Normally, she doesn’t like to be brushed, bathed, or her feet touched. But Sabrina was able to get her all fixed up with no problem!I would absolutely recommend Sabrina and Premier Paws to anyone! My dogs never come home anxious, scared, or shaking - they genuinely love going to this groomer! 10 out of 10, would recommend!!

Love this place!! I want to give a shout out to Barbie!!! She took care of my baby after he had a bad experience somewhere else. She took time to talk to me on the phone before I came and assured me she would work with my pup to get him comfortable again. She is dedicated, kind and great at what she does! My first time there taking my fur baby for a nail trim. Amazing staff and friendly. She got us right on the spot in and out less then 10 mins. She made us feel very welcome and helpful tips and advice. Highly recommend. 😍

My dog looked great. The women who did his cut was amazing but when I came back to pick my pup up, I was standing in the front for awhile unnoticed as everyone was focused or had headphones in grooming a dog. I witnessed one of the employees smack a small dog maybe 6 -10 pounds upside the head multiple times with a metal comb for simply resisting the haircut and then continued to brush through its fur quite aggressively. A similar review was posted and they referred to this as patting, but I am sure what i saw was very aggressive. I did not say anything at the time because I like I said, no one noticed me standing there for awhile so I felt too uncomfortable to say anything. I don’t believe the whole facility is bad but their staff definitely needs to be reevaluated. I do not feel comfortable bringing my pup back here until done so.

I’ve been taking my Husky to this place for awhile now and I have to say without a shadow of a doubt the most friendly and professional place you can go for dog grooming. Everyone is so sweet and welcomes you with open arms. Tannyn has been my go-to for grooming my dog and she is amazing at what she does. Really great job and I will continue using Premier Paws!

New to the area, my Pom Stella has always had the same groomer when we were in Seattle. I have tried 3 different grooming salons in murfreesboro, including Petco and a groomer out of a garage on the south side of the Boro, and just didnt love any of them.First visit at Premier - wasn't 100% satisfied with the groom, but I called next day and the staff was quick to tell me to come back in and they would fix her up that same day.Barbie fixed my black pom up very quickly and Stella looked perfect afterward! The staff here seem to really care about customer satisfaction and are extremely friendly, even when customers are unhappy or seemingly difficult.Unfortunately I have experienced a lot of customer service in the murfreesboro area that does not cater to customer satisfaction but rather take the attitude of "if you dont like it, then leave."This grooming salon sets a high customer service standard that I hope other local businesses will model in the area.Thank you Barbie and all the staff :)

I highly recommend Premier Paws & especially Brandy! She took extra time & care of my senior dog Teddy, who is sweet but sometimes hard to handle when it comes to grooming. I truly appreciate their kindness & patience. I'll definitely be returning with my other dog.

I have taken my dog here several times before and have never had any problems. However, my recent visit was just disgusting and we will not be going back. I was watching as they trimmed my dogs nails through the viewing room because I heard them talking about keeping him calm. One of the ladies comes around and began hitting him on top of the head, to which he flinched. One of the other girls who was holding him continued to pat him, but was MUCH gentler. Not to mention as soon as they realized I was watching, it stopped. As to the first girl, as they tried to make an excuse and say “patting” keeps the dogs distracted and calm… if I can hear the hits across the room on top of all the other noise in the room… those are not PATS. I’m not upset about the patting itself, but more of the force the first girl used. And when I told them I didn’t appreciate how hard he was “patted” she just excused the behavior completely. If he was trying to bite them or they thought he was harmful, then they should have just stopped and refused. I would have been much happier with that outcome.

I have went here three times now and every time I have been disappointed. We were asked at the beginning of the appointment how we wanted our dog cut. We said that we only wanted a trim not shaved all the way down. The employee rubbed all over our dog and said there was no mating and that he could have a trim. When we came to pick him up we didn’t even know if he was the same dog. He was completely shaved. We asked why it was this way and was told that he had sever matting. Which was not true at all.

We love premier paws and especially Destiny! I have two large dogs who can be nervous and difficult to groom and Destiny does a great job with making them feel comfortable! Their hair cuts have been perfect every time and they look and smell so great when I pick them up. Premier paws is also at a great price point which is a big factor to us with two big dogs. I’m so glad I found premier paws and Destiny as our groomer and plan to use them for the foreseeable future!

We brought our rescue dog, Molly, in to get groomed for the first time at this groomer earlier this week. Tannyn worked with her and was so kind and patient. Our pup was really scared and doesn’t do well in situations like this, but I felt so comfortable leaving her there. She came back looking cute and I will totally use this place again. Highly recommend
