I will NEVER go here again! I took my two golden doodles here for a grooming once. And immediately regretted it! They came out scared, and rushed to get to the car. They are always happy to see me but not this time, this time they were upset. When I took a closer look at them, they were butchered! Their haircut was awful, not even, their knots were still there, they smelled like a wet mop like they had been put in a bath but didn’t use soap. Their nails had not been cut. It was so bad I actually had to contact a new groomer to fix the job & that new groomer confirmed the terrible job that was done. These people clearly mistreated my dogs as they left in fear and left with a butchered job. I will be posting photos of their awful work that I took when contacting a new groomer to fix their poor work and caution everyone to stay away from this place for their grooming services! I wrote them a review on their website but they never bothered to contact me back to talk so I’m posting this here for others to see. Please keep your pups away and protect them!

My family and I went out of town for Christmas and had our two dogs stay there while we were gone. I loved how transparent they were, with camera access to all the public areas (dog play areas), as well as my dogs kennel. It put me at ease, as we've never boarded our dogs before. Our pups seemed happy and engaged while there and when we picked them up. We will definitely choose Pet Suites in the future if we need somewhere to board them!

The staff was patient and friendly with me and my dog for her evaluation.Beware the cameras can be addictive. My dog has been enjoying their day care and staff and goes several days a week. We appreciate the staff who care for her each time!

I boarded my two cavaliers at Petsuites Murfreesboro while I was on a two week trip, and I will definitely do it again! Both my puppers are a little dog-shy and the staff at Petsuites were very understanding and did everything they could to make them comfortable! They sent me a get pup-update the day before I came to pickup my dogs, and they both looked super happy. It was a relief to know my doggos were well-taken care of while I was away on vacation, and made it easier for me to enjoy my time away. Thank you Petsuites Staff for taking such great care of my fur-babies!

I really can’t say enough good things about PetSuites, Murfeesboro. We have a six month old lab puppy. I started taking her there once or twice a week to do puppy preschool really just for socialization. But I quickly realized it was really doing good things for her.She is crazy! But the sweetest girl and seeing her having fun with other dogs and getting that energy out is so gratifying. I also knew because she’s a crazy lab puppy. It would be a long time before we would be able to leave her in the care of anyone else ( without me being a ball of nerves while we were away. ) So part of the reason I started puppy preschool was to get her acclimated to the environment so that we could also board her. We have boarded her twice in the last couple of months and our sweet girl comes home literally exhausted in the best way! The people are so kind and so generous and patient every time I get a Paw-guess report I smile seeing how much fun she is having and also how much love she’s getting!We recently did our first grooming appointment there as well. And she’ll try training during her next boarding visit!The only thing we don’t do at PetSuites is the vet and I am so thankful to be able to have a place to take my dog where I genuinely don’t have to worry about her!Also, I used to think that this stuff was expensive but I feel like it’s pretty reasonable and definitely worth it at the end of the day! As long as there are always kind, patient human beings working at this location; we will be there for a long, long timeThanks for all you do!The Paul Family

The wings are really good. It takes a long time to get your food so if you are in a hurry don’t go there. Both times we ate there it took a long time to get our food. They weren’t very busy either. That why I gave four stars.

I traveled over 300 miles with my fur baby to attend my son's graduation from the Academy, only to be turned away due to my flu vaccination waiver that I have at another property being non-transferable. If or when I do obtain this vaccine, I promise not to EVER entrust my furbaby with the employees at this facility as they were rude, uncaring, and inflexible. All they had to do was call the other Pet Suites I frequent to confirm my active waiver. I now see why this facility only has a 4.3 rating while other facilities are higher. Never again.

Friendly, cheerful, very clean. I was given a tour throughout the kennels and it must be said that the pens'were odorless. Nice surprise! No one discussed add-on charges, and there are many choices, so I'd recommend making sure to ask about them. I'd like to see a printed schedule instead.Communication was good. If there were any concerns on the part of PetSuites, they messaged me back and forth until resolution. They take their jobs seriously!PetSuites, thank you to everyone and we'll see you again soon!

We brought our three dogs (2 Boxers & a Beagle/Jack Russel mix) to PetSuites Murfreesboro for the first time for grooming and we were very pleased with our experience. This was the first time the Boxers had anyone else bathe them as we typically do it ourselves so we weren’t sure how apprehensive they’d be but they weren’t apprehensive at all. When we picked them up, all three dogs were soft, clean, & so energetic. (They always get a pep in their step after. A good bathing). We also toured the facility for potential future boarding and we inquired about training. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the facility was clean and well maintained, & the operations seemed to be well orchestrated and planned out. We will definitely return. Very good boarding kennel. The staff went far out of their way to help a difficult dog being held for Rescue pickup. We've saved another one and could not have done it without this excellent facility and the caring, patient staff.

I’m leaving a 5 star review for Pet Suites because of how happy I am with them and the services they provide. I have a Husky that sheds a ridiculous amount of hair. Over the weekend I dropped him off for the night while I was out of town and asked if they could give him a bath with he was there. When I got my dog back I couldn’t even recognize him. He was so clean and all of his extra hair was gone. Special thanks to Michael for having the patience with my dog and doing such a wonderful job deshedding and bathing my him. I would recommend Pet Suites to anyone that is looking for a team of good people that go the extra mile for your fur babies.

Went here last week to check out the indoor daycare area as I was looking for an indoor place for my Siberian Husky. Before even talking to anyone that worked on location... I was able to see enough to know that I would not be bringing my dog.The play area that was visible from the lobby windows was full of dog urine looked like four or five locations where they had used the bathroom and it had not been cleaned up. It was not until a staff member noticed that I was looking at it that they started to clean the areas. Could look around at the beds and other items in the area and tell that cleaning was not a priority...

This afternoon was my first time at this location and I must admit I’m quite disappointed with my experience, hence the 1 star. I just relocated from GA and my dogs have been going to PetSuites for years; however, Bc this was their first time at Murfreesboro location, they had to get another evaluation test done, which I expected. The reason for my disappointment is bc I called this morning to notify them of me dropping my dogs off for dayplay, at which point the lady put me on hold to ensure they had adequate staff to complete the evaluation, which she confirmed they did. I initially planned on arriving at 11am, but didn’t get there until 12pm, at which point I was turned away Bc they no longer had anyone available to complete the eval.. what upsets me is that this information would’ve been nice to know upfront so I didn’t waste my time driving all the way here OR waste 30+ min going thru boxes looking for their vet records (their GA vet was closed and PetSuites needed proof of Bordetella). I would’ve appreciated the ladies at the front getting a manger before I walked out to help rectify the situation, but instead they let me walk out upset, which led to this review! Poor customer service !!!

We love PS Murfreesboro...and so does our 3 year old mixed breed 50 pounder. Everyone knows Jack when he walks in the door...does not matter who is up front. Our dog just does a "play day" for up to 5 hours for 23 bucks...after 4 and a half hours...he is worn out...but ready for the next time. He starts to cry when we are on John Rice! Everyone we have talked to and worked with is kind and it shows in our dogs demeanor. Thank you to all the staff at PetSuites Murfreesboro Tn...you guys are the best.

Really bad experience especially with worker Lauren. I have not heard from management regarding my complaint. Charged me for extra without telling me first and gave my dog wrong and bad haircut purposefully.

We have used them several times for our baby girl Stella. She has some anxiety issues and they are always accommodating to her and her needs. She always comes back to us happy as a clam! They take great care of our baby when we are out of town. It is also nice to get her "pawgress report" to let us know how her stay was. I highly recommend this place for your pet boarding or daycare needs! The staff is always nice too!

My puppy Camry loved going here for her first visit the other day. She had the best day & made a new best fur buddy. I will be taking her back again for another play day this week plus grooming & so look forward to how great she will smell and how happy she will be from playing with her new friends. Our fur babies love staying at Pet Suites! The second we pull in the parking lot the tails start wagging! We love the individual play time and the photo updates. We 10/10 recommend Pet Suites Murfreesboro!

Reservation process was easy. Check-in was easy. Loved the daily paw-gress reports and photos. Staff stayed in contact with us if they had any questions or issues. Everyone was great. Other than being away from home for a week, Oliver and Oreo did not seem to have any issues with their stays. Oliver told us all about it on the way home last night. Thank you PetSuites for taking care of them while we were away.
