I took my baby there with a lots of hair and Savannah did a great job she want about and beyond to make sure he was taken care the way I asked she did an amazing job I would recommend her to whom ever take there baby to PetSmart Grooming in the boro. Thank you Savannah you was great.

We had a question for the groomer and she told us the answer very quickly. Went and found the product in the store right away. Everyone was very helpful and so nice to me and my doggies. We even picked up a couple sweaters for them since fall is arriving.

I have brought my dog here twice for grooming services. She has received a de-shedding Furminator grooming service that includes a bath and deep grooming service (because my dog is the ultimate shedder and it drives me insane). I am pleased with the services. I think they have done a great job both times. And everyone I've spoken to is helpful and friendly. The one star off is because I have scheduled in advance twice now, to book a grooming appointment for my dog online. The worker Brittney has had the most availability online, and I've booked with her for that reason, twice. The first time I went in, there was confusion on why I was there, because she was not there that day. After some back and forth, someone was able to take on my dog to sneak her in for a bath and grooming. I was a little concerned that by squeezing me in they would cut corners, but I didn't notice anything to be less than I would have expected (although this was my first time so I have nothing to compare it to). The second time, most recently, my husband brought in my dog again scheduled for Britney for 10AM. I received both a text and email confirming 10AM. When he arrived they made it seem like our appointment time was off and it was at 10:30 (although clearly it was at 10AM). This was a bit of an inconvenience due to scheduling our time purposefully. But not the end of the world. When he came back at 10:30AM, Britney was STILL not there, and once again had to get her in with someone else. I want to thank the team for not creating an even bigger inconvenience for us by someone picking up the slack and getting my dog's grooming done (and doing it well). For feedback purposes only, it's hurting the entire team when team members don't show up. Overall, I am pleased and will remain a client (or my dog will).
