The place is wonderful I get to see snakes cats a lizard and more. When I asked a girl can we touch the birds she said sorry no it can cause a flight risk she said something like that but when I asked this other worker is this bird only 40$ and she completely ignored me and I asked a other man who doesn't even work there the same thing and he answered yes nicely.

This PetSmart is okay, but definitely not the best. We went for photos with Santa and Santa didn't even smile in any of the photos. He seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but there. He didn't say a single word to us or greet the dogs, just sat super stiff staring straight ahead. Also, the photos have been edited by me. He was wearing bright blue jeans which you could see under the Santa suit and it looked awful. I colored them red using camouflage on my phone, thank goodness for Google Pixel. š

When I decided to adopt one of the kittens in their cat room the adoption ambassador was very helpful and excited the kitten and myself after it was explained that Aziva (formally Fitz) will be trained and certified as an ESA for myself to help with my anxiety attacks. I recommend this location to anyone!

Grooming is fantastic. MARGARET, was Sadie's groomer today. She listened to what i wanted for a cut, and had Sadie eating out of her hand with kindness and kisses. Beat groomers in Murfreesboro!

One of the more smelly PetSmart locations. Prices significantly different than what is posted online. Unfriendly cashier couldnāt care less that he (she?) was there. Half of the shelves were empty/out of stock.

I have 9 pups, mom, dad, and a grand dog! My car to work towed. I could not feed them and the manager pointed me in the way to get help. I was ashamed to have to reach out and I'm grateful I was not shunned!

We choose petsmart for all our pets needs ! Banfield is inside the store and they have a wonderful pet program! It provides lots of options(insurance programs) for you pets health!.and petsmart has always been great with all my chihuahuas needs grooming at a fair price and extra things like speciality hair cuts and nails painting for pets! ⤠she is happy and healthy thanks to petsmart/Banfield š

Horrible experience!!!!! On Monday October 3,2022 at 5:30pm I went to this store, looking to get stuff for my classroom guinea pig. When I entered the store there was an amazing cashier who was greeting and helping everyone, an associate who was helping a family with the purchase of a bird, and a manager. When I couldn't find an item that showed in stock online I went to the manager whose name is Jason. I asked him for assistance to which he replied nasty, no he couldn't help me and called for the associate thay was helping the family buy the bird. At this point I had already had more than 100 worth of items in my basket. He then walked off and went to assist a caucasian family. I walked to the front register and asked the cashier for corporate number. I then went and asked for his name to which he didn't provide. I politely put everything back where I found it, and spoke with the customer support number. I haven't gotten a call from anyone and I am so disheartened to be treated the way that I did. I have attached a picture to what all was in my basket. I will not return to this store and will be posting and tagging petsmart on social media.

So many Adorable items for Dogs! I couldnāt resist getting my dog Chip this hat. He gets hot in the heat so hopefully this will help some. He looks cute and didnāt mind it at all! Fun times!

When you walk into store" it smells of feces and urine the buggies are extremely dirty. This certainly could be a health hazard it was so bad I almost vomited.

I bought my girls some fish from PetSmart.The staff was really helpful on what kind of fish I should get for the size tank that I have. I bought two Dalmatian Lyretail Mollies and two Gold Panda Lyretail Mollies.

Great clean store, a little pricey on the dog beds and cat litter.Recent visit was a nightmare, we went in for a grooming and was quoted wrong and told the wrong time. The front desk in grooming was great but the actual groomer Ashley was very uncaring and acted very arrogant treated us like what we wanted or said didn't matter. We want be back.

My boyfriend and I went here to adopt a cat, and, although we found the sweetest 1 yr old boy who we now adore, the experience of the adoption was truly a pain in the butt.First, I have a service dog, and it was very important to us that the cat accepted the dog. But the staff absolutely refused to let us go anywhere to introduce the dog to the cat. They would not let the dog anywhere near the cat. Now, there were several rooms that they could have let us use to introduce the animals, and we stressed how important it was that they get along, but they refused to allow this. They were able to see each other through a glass window, and, since the cat didn't freak out we decided to take the chance. Thank God they now adore each other and get along beautifully!Then they gave us endless pages of paperwork that we had to fill out. It was unbelievable! It literally took an hour to complete! We both felt that it was just far too much, and frankly with the questions they asked, it felt like we were adopting a child instead of a cat. They even said that they were going to be coming here for a housecall inspection! That never happened, but still, it was shocking to hear.They charged $80 for adopting the cat and they refused to allow us to leave without a cat carrier. They offered a cardboard box, but they were charging almost $20 for it! For a few dollars more I bought a typical cat carrier.I absolutely love my cat, but I will never try to adopt from PetSmart again. It was definitely not a good experience for us.

I've been bringing my dogs and cats here for years. They take really great care of my animals and I can always count on them to put the needs of my animals first. I worry very easily and they always answer my calls and answer my questions no matter how many times I call a week (or in a day if necessary). The staff is great and extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust any other vet to take care of my animals.

Took my puppy for a grooming. It's his first time so he was scared of buzzers, we knew that and told them ahead of time. Got him back and could tell he'd been cut, but they didn't truly do his rear end, or his paws like they should've. Because they didn't focus on the sanitary areas, my dog is having to be groomed again one day after petsmart did it because he had poop in his fur because of how long it is. They attempted to charge us 76 for this service based on us buying a coupon book and some coupon that wouldve discounted the grooming. . I would've gladly bought a book had they actually done what needed to be done. We still ended up paying over 40, and now having to pay 60 more to get it done right. Complete waste of time and money

Kind staff, great grooming prices. One thing did happen: a gal told me three hours for my pet's services and they ended up ready for pickup in one hour twenty mins. That changed my plans for the day and was a little frustrating but not a huge deal.

I use to love coming here until today.Having been a fish owner for many years of my life I know a thing or two not to mention my many yearās experience working in a pet store. Today I brought my little one in to get her first pet, a fish.We got all the supplies in our cart and were ready to get our fish.I was denied!Flat out told they would not sell me the fish I wanted UNLESS I got the tank they ārecommendāNever againā¦

Drove across town because the website said they had an item in stock. Item wasnāt on the shelf so I found a different item that was available at about 50% less on Amazon. Waited in the checkout line (there were no employees anywhere else in the store) and asked if he could find someone to look for the item I came for and showed him the website that said it was in stock at this store. He could not find anyone to help so I asked if they could price match to Amazon for the other item I found. He said they couldnāt, so rather than pay 50% more I walked out and purchased the item from Amazon. Massive waste of time. No wonder I havenāt been to this store in years. And itāll probably be even longer before I bother to again.

I take my dog to get his nails trimmed every 2/3 weeks. They treat him really well. I always get a great greeting when I go and both my dogs always get treats.
