Staff is very helpful. My Family was excited about the Animals they had. I even found Pet items & Pet food they sold at a Lower price then Big Store Chains by Almost $9 - $10. When you become a frequent shopper you gain points for FREE items you are Purchasing. In our current economy those few Dollars add up to Big Savings 🤗I Highly recommend checking Petsense out and comparing for yourself.

We were fed up with our last grooming experiences from "PetSmart" we just wanted our girl to be clean, properly brushed, and a good deshedding! So we thought we'd try Petsense it's closer to our home we pass by it all the time. We brought our husky Molly in last week and let me tell you they did a fantastic job on our big girl! You guys were so through our girl was finally fresh and clean she was so soft you could actually tell she had been brushed and bathed unlike PetSmart which left a lot to be desired. I just wanted to thank you Savannah for taking great care of our sweet Molly♡ You have a customer for life! I'll recommend you to all of our friends and family and to anyone with a fur baby!☆☆☆☆☆ 5 star service!!

Dropped my mini doodle off at 10:50 for her 11 grooming appointment. I was told it would take 2-3 hours for her which was okay. I show up at 2:15 to see if she’s almost done & they just started bathing her after she sat in the crate for the entire time and was never walked where she peed on herself which is unlike her. The lady then proceeds to tell me it would be another hour and a half. So apparently it takes 4.5 hours to bathe and cut a 40 lbs dog. I just ended up taking my dog without getting her cut because I had obligations at 4:00. Found it pretty ridiculous that I made an appointment and her actual grooming did don’t start until 2:15.

Very nice store with a good selection of products. We visited for the first time recently looking for a replacement for Petsmart on this side of town. We were able to find all of the specific items that we typically purchase and the staff, including the manager, were all very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I took my dog to Petsense to look for some new toys and it's near my house. It was quiet and we walked around easily. The reason for my 5 star review is because the cashier, I unfortunately did not catch her name, wanted to give my dog a treat. He is a new to me rescue so he's still very skittish around people. He prefers when people get on his level to greet him, and she did! She sat on the floor, broke up the treat for him, and gave him time to warm up to take the treat. It was so heartwarming. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your kindness. My pup and I appreciate it.

I first come across an iguana that had an extremely bad rash on its face. So bad the poor thing was rubbing it on the rocks. Next, I went to look at the kittens, there were two. Both kitten's eyes were so infected they were closed shut! It was so sad! They were trying to play by reaching outtheire paws but could not even see! I have now reached out to the customer service department to report this.

Terrible customer service. I used to enjoy coming to this store because it is so close to my house. The past week, I have called every morning to try to find a time for my dog to get her nails trimmed. Every day they tell me that I need to call back the next morning at 9:00am to check and see if the groomers are available. This has been going on for a week and a half now. I think the real reason is they don’t think that a simple nail trim is worth their time. I will be taking my business to a more customer focused store.

We arrived here at 9am to get our dog groomed! We made the mistake of forgetting his paperwork so they told us to come back at 9:15 we arrived3 minutes late and was told they are not able to take him for being 3 minutes late. We were so excited for his first grooming appointment and being first time customers were very hopeful they would work with us. But they are not in the business for customer service. We’re very sad this didn’t work out and won’t be doing business here anymore.

So we have bloodhounds (3 of them)… The first time I ever went in to Petsense they told me that if I bought 9 bags the 10th bag was free. Our dogs are a sensitive breed and require pretty expensive food and so I thought that was a good deal. Well, recently, I went in and the clerk at the front was checking me out and said I see your next bag will be free. Of course I’m thinking oh that’s wonderful! So the next time I go in I said hey I think my bag is supposed to be free today, at least that is what i was told last time. Well its a different clerk and she goes no you only have 9 bags you have to have 10 and then the next one will be free. I said so I thought it was 9 and 10th was free and she said no you buy 10 bags and then the next one is free. You just pay the tax. I apologized for the confusion and said OK great well I guess next time and left. So today I go in thinking that my bag of food will be free and yet again a different clerk tells me that no actually it’s not free that the bags have to all be over 25 pounds and two of the bags that I purchased were 4 pounds and so I’ve actually only purchased 8 bags instead of 10 because 2 of them don’t count so I have to get two more at 25 pounds or more before it’s free. Newsflash to me no one‘s ever mentioned that the poundage of the bags makes a difference in whether or not it goes towards your free one. Everytime I go the rules on this seem to change depending on which clerk is working and I’ve yet to receive a free bag of dog food. Customer service lacking! I will just purchase my dog food elsewhere.

My dog Mindy was groomed at Petsense last week and it was the best grooming she ever had. Amy was her groomer and did a wonderful job. I especially liked the way she did her feet. The nails were trimmed so good and the hair on her feet looks awesome. This was my first visit and I will definitely go back. I have three dogs and they all will be groomed there. Thanks for a good job. Everyone there was so friendly. I would definitely recommend Petsense.

Make sure you get there ON TIME with all documentation because if you don’t they won’t let you in. We were first time customers and didn’t have documentation right there then told us you had a 15 minute window. Got back to the store just 3 minutes after while my wife was on the phone with them and said nope won’t groom your dog today bc. At first it was handled professionally but after we were just a couple minutes out of the window they constantly refused. We were first time customers had this appointment 3 weeks in advanced but after one little hiccup, they turned us away. I will never come back here and I’d advice you not to either. Spend a little bit more on your dog and go to Safari Pet Resort.

We take our adopted dog here often for grooming services. We've only had one less than 5 star experience here when our dog had a groomer she did not know work on her. No big issues even then. We have also used Pet VIP veterinarian services when they were onsite which was affordable and convenient. I recommend them if you are nearby.

I came in today just to get crickets. I never been here before so I didn’t know where things are , so I went to the Register and the lady there was on the phone, she looks up at me . Did not say a word to me so I’m setting there couple of minutes with my baby in my arms. She never said a word to me . I seriously had to walk all the way to the back of the store to ask a different employee for help witch she gladly help me . I felt it was extremely rude to look at someone and never say anything to me and acted like I was never there. I was trying to read her name tag but it was sloppy so I couldn’t read it . It was a 3 letter name I believe. Maybe(sam..Jan..Kim) idk I couldn’t read it. She was a heavy set white girl with blonde hair.so if you see her please just ask for a different employee to help you because she will make you feel like you are not important to her . She has poor customer relations .

I'd give it 5 stars, but the hours are wrong. I got to the store about ten minutes after 8pm and it was closed, despite the closing time being marked as 9pm. Otherwise they have a great selection of products and the staff is friendly.

Still a good place to stop if your pet is in need of anything however Walmart is cheaper if they carry the item. BIG change, they no longer offer a military discount. So I'll be going back to the other pet stores in town for my animals needs.

I live in New Jersey. We don't have PetSense up here but the non-profit I founded donates a LOT of food and toys in TN. I cannot praise Jenna enough for all of her help!!! Knowing that we are all volunteer and rely on all donations, she let me know of some recent amazing sales and enabled us to take advantage of them from afar. It made a world of difference to the groups that we donated it to and stretched our shopping dollars as far as they could go. Jenna, you ROCK!!!!

Took my poodle miniature for a full groom on Saturday 13th of July and picked him up after they called and his ears were not cleared of hair and were crudey dirty. Feet were not cleared between the toes of hair nor underneath a few batches of hair here and there ( short ) missed.

The groomers are RUDE. They are lazy, never listen, even when they have written instructions, they have to be told over and over about specifics that should be and are on their "card/record". Very unprofessional. They hurry and do an shabby job on clipping and every other service they are supposed to perform but never do. I have taken my dog there for several years and am just fed up with them. I continued to give them chances, over and over and I am done.

Very rude. When asking about a product I have bought there in the past, was told they don’t carry it and won’t order it. Was then told to go buy it down the road at another store. Disappointing have came here before and had good service. Won’t be back.
