They have lots of deals and coupons and their merchandise is reasonably priced. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My absolute FAVORITE part about this store is their DIY dog wash station. It is very affordable, clean, and easy to use. My pups are always happy after their baths and enjoy picking out treats to take home 🐾

Great store. Cost sales are great, but little high at regular price. Took my little dog in for a cut and she looks good but it took 4 hours?!! Now i was 15 minutes late and they were cool about me being late. But 4 hours? Really? Great staff.

Love this store! They have tons of options, unique brands, and always have sales going on. They have a super clean dog washing station that has spaces for small dogs and big dogs. They keep the whole store organized and clean. Their pet deli also has a wonderful selection for a great price!

We just went in on March 15th at 12pm. We always love the selection here but today the cashier was extremely rude to myself and the other three people in line. He slammed items on the counter, and would only be grudgingly look up our accounts so that we could get discounts. It feels bad being treated like trash by the associates in a store we love so much.

Friendly, clean, and helpful. They have many options for all pets. I went in after gallbladder surgery for dog food, but I wasn't supposed to lift. One of the young men grabbed my dog food and took it to my car for me. I go here for all my pets needs.

I absolutely love and have used the dog wash station since you first opened. When I went to purchase my second punch card, I was told that it had increased from $40 to $60. It seems as though you could grandfather those of us in and let us continue to have the $40 card and charge the new rate on new users. You got more anyway as we always left with a treat. The staff has been very kind and helpful.

Walked in for the first time to check it out and I highly suggest NOT bringing your dog to be groomed at this location.A lady in the back cutting a dogs face (small dog) and she was aggressive with this poor dog and yelling at it and pulling on the fur. Mind you this dog was NOT biting or being aggressive towards the worker.I don’t care if it was the workers dog or a costumers dog… not acceptable and that worker doesn’t deserve to treat animals. Period…

Groomers need more training. Although he had a patch of matting on his ear - it is obvious the groomer wasn't experienced enough to know the best way to handle his cut. My dog was butchered and was unrecognizable when I got him. He also has a nasty cut behind his ear. I was excited to have a closer grooming option but I won't be back unless there are more experienced and careful groomers on staff. Very unhappy.In response to the below response - if you call that experienced then I KNOW I won't be back. smh

The store is large, clean and offers areas to bathe your pets, which I liked.However, there were absolutely no sales staff for customer assistance which makes it very difficult to find anything.I was looking for wet canned puppy food for my puppy, and despite the vast offerings of pet foods for various species, there was only one option for puppies. That's right. Just one can of puppy food in the entire store.While searching, I was amazed at how high the prices are for everything in the store! Just incredibly high; worse than anywhere else I'd been.At checkout, where I purchased 2 tiny puppy bowls for $5.60 each, the cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for their store club. I declined, stating the fact that I felt the prices were astonishing high and I would likely not return to this store.

We went specifically for the self-wash dog washing station and had a wonderful experience. It’s $14 per dog but they have a deal where you can buy five washes for $40. They have six stations with two being designated for smaller dogs. The facility was clean, offered clear instructions, and had plenty of supplies. The shampoo and conditioner come through the water hose so it makes product distribution super easy and rinsing a dream. The water was actually warm as was the dryer. The tubs are a great height and the security attachments were easy to use. You can also disinfect the tub before and after each wash! We have used many self-wash stations all over the country and this experience was one of the best.

Very kind and helpful staff, this review is not about them as they are lovely! However, as a passionate pet lover, it did make me very sad to see the reptiles for sale not being cared for properly :( the leopard gecko I saw looked very lethargic and possibly developing MBD, since there wasn’t a dish of calcium powder in his tank! Pleeeeease give the little gecko a calcium dish if this feedback is seen! Also, sad that they’re selling glofish, betta fish in cups and also selling tiny plastic bowls and 1gal “tanks” for them. However, I digress that most chain pet stores do sell those. Other than the typical questionable chain pet store etiquette, the staff is very friendly, store is very clean and organized, and overall have always had good experiences! They also price match!
