Nice store, looks good inside, parking lot is nice,...but I don't think I will go there again, ..Why? ...Because I like to go through self service to check out be at peace and check the price's and I can't do that if there is a person buzzing around me, calling me "Baby", also when I hesitated a minute, to look for something in the basket the machine ask if I was through scanning, and because of that I went faster, what did this bee buzzing around say? "Oh!, ..you're fast ....you're fast, ...then the machine wanted me to put an item back on the scale, and before I could react to that, there she was" you're going too fast you need to put it back on the scale",( too much caffeine) ...which I was already in the process of doing,. Now what is my point...it's SELF SERVICE, there was no one in line behind me, I have used SELF SERVICE before, I knew what to do, and I know how to ask for help if I need it....so why was this person being a nuisance? If Kroger doesn't want you to help yourself then take them out and put on a couple more checkouts, and don't offer SELF CHECKOUT, but if they do continue to have SELF CHECKOUT, tell the person standing there to help someone who needs it, PLEASE WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO ASK FOR HELP, AND IF THEY DON'T,... LEAVE THEM ALONE UNLESS THEY ARE HOLDING UP THE LINE, YOU HAVE NO REASON TO BE IN THEIR SPACE, BECAUSE THAT IS THE REASON THEY CALL IT SELF......SERVICE...OR ..SELF ...CHECKOUT!!!

Nice location, picked up some soft drinks and Cosmic Crisp Apples. I walked around and saw a lot of other items like wine in a can and large size Jarritos. Bright and clean in the store.

Nice Kroger and pharmacy. New layout in produce and also has a Starbucks. Always has electric carts to use and in good repair.

Very unpleasant experience more and more. Have shopped here for over 10 years but will now be driving a little further to another location.Smelly/dirty aisles, loss prevention all over everyone, uncourteous employees, weird music. Just an overall sad decline. Kroger has been a great grocer but something’s off now at this location.

This store has just gone downhill more and more the last year or so. How are you going to close all checkout lanes more than an hour before close? THEN try to lecture me when the self checkout keeps messing up and needing assistance every item. I had around 70 items, the self checkout with the conveyer belt didn’t even have enough room. The kroger on veterans or even church street is better than this one.

Decent selection of products grocery and household items.Can not compete with the Kroger near Veterans Highway or the Publix right down the road.Unfortunately the dairy inventory management has not figured out how to order enough Milo's unsweeted tea as it's constantly OOS and management just moves the other tea around which never seems to sell.Otherwise with the exception of ignoring dogs when people walk in with them and watching the dog lick all the produce it's a fine store... Just don't go for tea or produce.

I bought a bag of tortilla chips yesterday. When I opened them today I noticed they had a funny smell. I tasted one and it was bad. Smelled and tasted rancid. I looked at the date and the expiration date was 3-15-2023. Yesterday was 6-2-2023. Still on the shelf after 3 months. I called the store to let them know because I was afraid someone would get sick from eating them. I spoke to a manager who didn’t seem very concerned. Just an okay thanks. I have never had any problems with this store before and I know I should have checked the dates myself but 3 months expired?!

I can't get mad, because I'm the one who continues to shop here, but it is truly simply a matter of convenience and not loyalty. I increasingly hate Kroger and their obvious disregard for their customers. The managers are either incompetent or (more likely) simply not empowered to do anything. Kroger is consistently doing a better and better job of making me want to shop here less and less

These workers are the sweetest as can be! I just had surgery on my wrist and needed to get 2 40 packs of water and with no hesitation they helped load them into my truck! Very professional and very lucky to have these nice folks to help with my service! Thank y’all so much!

The front end staff is friendly and helpful, but sales floor staff and management are iffy.Expired, improperly-labeled, and mishandled products are a serious problem at this Kroger. Within four visits, I encountered rotten avocados, moldy pepperonis, expired yogurt, and spoiled flounder (which I had cooked and didn't realize until tasting).Convenience and friendly(ish) staff doesn't override poor product selection and care.

I have used the ClickList ordering here for the past 5 months or so. I have a constant issue of getting home and having paid for one item and received another. Here, I paid for Daisy cottage cheese and received Kroger cottage cheese. It isn't listed as a substitution and I wasn't made aware of it. When I call to tell them they just want me to drive back over there and get the correct item. I'm not paying a service fee to make two trips and your over charging me for something I didn't receive! This is not right!

Very fresh produce and "fuel points" save a lot of money when buying gas. The boost program can get you up to 5x more fuel points and free next day delivery fee for only 59$/year

This is the Kroger l frequent, mostly as l find it clean and staff is helpful. Today, l had a pleasant experience with Shawn in the deli. He is very friendly, helpful and quick to smile. I always like it when he is there. I also had a good exchange with getting a balloon and picking out some flowers, Viana (l think) was very helpful. Thanks for a great staff, especially these 2.

My family has been grocery shopping at this Kroger for the past 2 years. Today will be our last. Every Saturday we shop they have one register open. Today (Monday) they had the slowest cashier working the lone register as well. We had 8 12 packs of sodas in the cart. Cashier told us there was a limit of 8. We told her there were no signs stating that limit and she argued with us about it. The Assistant manager on Saturday is worthless. He walks around with an empty cart during our entire visit, ignoring the huge lines or outside smoking. There are good employees working here but the management is horrible.

Tonight, while in pain, I was graciously assisted by Leah, Manager on duty, after being accosted by the pharmacist and pharmacy tech. The leadership at this Kroger is phenomenal! If you shop here, please contact management to share your appreciation and ask to report to corporate their efforts to improve the quality of employees. There’s not much more they can do to clean house if we as customers do not demand Leah and other outstanding store managers receive support from corporate. Please call the store and 1-800-Krogers, to help them get it right!

Great to go in and shop at. The pick up is pretty awful though. We often get items that are already expired. If we tell them no substitutions, they still will often give us a terrible substitution.For the plastic bags, they only put in 1-2 items per bag. For the paper bag, they stuff them completely full and starting to tear, so I always have frozen food sliding around in my truck.

They should have at least one cashier available in the evening before closing. Went there tonight to get a few things and had to leave instead because the lines for the auto registers were backed up to the cleaning aisle. Not good.

The past few times I’ve placed a pickup order here to be picked up in the morning (whether the order is placed a week in advance or two days from now), I almost ALWAYS get a phone call from someone asking to move my pickup time from 9am to 4pm. The staff are really nice, but I always have to cancel my order because I can’t make it there by 4pm. I understand they’re busy and short staffed but this has happened the past few times I’ve ordered from this location. This is such a waste of time and just irritating :(

Kroger is a good place to buy food and other household supplies. Prices are reasonable and most items are usually available. Store opens at 7 AM. Usually possible to get in and out with little problem.

Ms P in self checkout, a black woman, was rude and impatient with me. She threatened to search me, because I loaded the bags into the cart and didn’t leave them on the scale. She’s either racist or just an unpleasant person in general who shouldn’t be working in service.

They never keep up with their stock. If you have digital deal items, any manager with common sense would order more than normal of those particular items. Instead, this one runs out of stuff on the first day of the sale.

This our “go-to” store for most of the groceries my family and I buy. We’ve been shopping here about twice a week for the last 2 years and have yet to have a bad experience.Their prices are consistent and their selections on items such as produce, meats, and wines are great. They have a good deli with plenty of selections, and they have a Starbucks inside as well. What more could a person ask for!

Coming in and saw an older woman who dropped some eggs and was trying to salvage what was left. Told her I'd get some more for her she demurred but I went in to customer service and quickly explained and they sent someone outside while I got more eggs (organic on sale). They met me as I breezed past and I met a very nice customer service person on the way out who went outside to ask the lady to wait...tada eggs for u. Glad to be respectful and helpful during these times.
