Great place on the West side to pop in and get something simple. They have a decent variety of home hardware supplies, paint, plumbing, tools, gardening, lawn mower chainsaws etc. When I just need something quick I would much rather go here and stay on the West side of Murfreesboro then go into town and fight the traffic. Friendly staff and always seem willing to help assist you find things. Pet friendly store if you want to bring the dog.

I have purchased many items from this store including a Stihl electric pressure washer. The pressure washer was about three years old and the O Ring needed to be replaced. This is typical being that old. The owner gave me one for free. That's what I call customer service. I try to spend my money locally if possible. Once these mom and pop stores disappear, we're screwed

Recently purchased a set of mower blades for my 26 year old Grasshopper mower. Blades were in stock. No having to order and wait. Have always enjoyed my relationship with Kelton's service and sales department. Always friendly folks and a filled showroom of mowers and accessories in stock.

Love this store! First it's dog friendly so my boy can go with me and get all the love from the employees who all clearly love animals. Second they have good prices on my pets' food. Third it's where my husband gets his chainsaws and other stuff for his business and they always treat him well. They fixed his saw quickly and they will professionally sharpen chainsaw blades which is a huge help.

Amazing service and a great selection of products. For lawn equipment service parts I've also found their prices to be very reasonable. They have an incredible selection of pet products and a very knowledgeable staff too. There is a good chance Mr. Kelton will be in the store when you visit too. Customer facing and great service is a key ingredient to their long running success.

I love this place so much. Everyone is so warm and friendly here. I took my dog to get a bath here. She is extremely afraid of men and the guys there took the time to give her treats and get her comfortable with the place. It warmed my heart so much. The store is also so amazing. My boyfriend and I shopped around while we waiting on our dog bathing appointment. I looked around and the dog stuff while he looked around at the tools. This place is seriously perfect.

I had two keys made at Home Depot Thursday afternoon, came to use them Friday and they didn’t work at all. I was in a bind and didn’t have time to go back. Someone mentioned that Keltons had a key service and they are right next door to my business. I went over there, I was greeted by their happy to help employees and he fixed my keys that HD messed up. They were super friendly and I will definitely go back!! Ty!!

Purchase a Stihl HSA 45 hedge trimmer. 3 days old. Used for 25 minWould not take a charge. Returned to Keltons for refund. Drew the associate in appliances told me "this is not a Walmart" could only exchange or upgrade per Stihl policy.That was incorrect. I called Stihl to verify. Totally demeaning approach with customer serviceLack of respect an apparently uninformed on Stihl an Tru Value return policy.

It's a great store, supposed to be like local hardware and pet supply but it's like all the others. The great thing is they have professional lawn mowers and parts section so you can keep your zero turn going good and you can't get that from the highschool kids at the big box stores...

Kelton's was amazing. They had aisles of quality dog food and treats to meet my senior dog's specific needs. Jessie walked through the store with me, pointing out options and making suggestions along the way. Tobin was also very knowledgeable about the products and gave my Chihuahuas treats when we came in. Sarah greeted us with a warm smile at checkout. Kelton's was suggested to me and I will continue to suggest this place to others now too.

Courteous fast service! Today I went in for the first time to buy string trimmer line. An employee asked if he could help me find anything, and took the time to walk me over and help me look. I wanted a certain size and style. So he immediately communicated with the man who usually works in that department, and he knew right away what they had in stock.

Hidden gem of the boro. I've driven by a million times and never stopped. Came in here a few weeks ago to grab a few items from the electrical aisle. Closer to home and much less crowded then other hardware stores down a few miles. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Prices are a little higher, but not dramatically. Store is near, clean, organized, and well stocked. Would definitely come here again!

First time shopping at this store yesterday and it will be my new go to spot! Donna and another employee, wish I had gotten his name, were so helpful with getting me the things we need for the puppy we are adopting. I am so excited to try the dog food they have in their store. I guess all good things must come to an end. Got my combi unit back in a box, broken down to the very last part. I guess that's their way of saying they don't really want my business any longer. I should have known something was up when they started cutting me off in mid sentence. They also don't know how to sharpen a chain saw blade or don't want to. They actually left a burr hanging off the side of each tooth. I guess I'll have to start shopping near where I work instead of near where I live.

Very friendly to my dog (free treats). Free dog wash station in the back upon appointment. It was a better experience than a traditional pet store. And you support a local business but going here.

The staff is always friendly and courteous . We take our dog there once every week to take advantage of their free dog self service bathing facility at the store. The store is always clean and all the merchandise well stocked. It's just a real joy to go to Keltons!
