Nice experience with the store staff. I called to check on the availability of an item and the phone was answered promptly and politely by Joel. He ascertained the product I needed was available and left it at the front of the store. Additionally, I like to use clover seed in my backyard because I have dogs and the staff was very helpful in looking for this product once I arrived at the store. So not only did I purchase the original intended product, but additional items because I liked the staff, they were helpful, knowledgeable, and hospitable. We will be back.

One of only a couple true hardware stores still left in Murfreesboro. I really like this location. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help. They truly understand what customer service is and try to make your shopping experience excellent. Jam packed full of anything that you need and would come to expect from a hardware store. I hope they will be here for many years and I will continue to support and help them.

Elder's Ace is my local hardware store. I always get the best service there and rarely and can find almost anything I need. On a few occasions they've gone way beyond great service to help me out. Notably, last weekend, Sam helped us my bringing a cabinest back and using the store's table saw to remove a quarter inch of the trim from all four sides. We'd just come in to find a tool to do it that wouldn't require buying our own table saw. But Sam grabbed it and got it done in about ten minutes. Saved us a lot of time and grief. That's the kind of service you really can only get from a local store. Thanks Elder's!

Even after the change over and remodeling, this Ace is still the place. The staff is always super willing to help, and when you need their help, it's always accurate and professional. Since the remodel, they have expanded their inventory of tools to rival some of the big box stores.

Highest recommendation!I've never had a favorite hardware store, until now. The staff is absolutely ready to help and so friendly.They also carry this wonderful drain opener. Best one I've ever used. The pricing is very very good here.

The Ace Hardware. Elders (formerly Haynes) have brought in a vast selection of all different things that weren't there before. Plus they have some candle company apparently women love. I'll get the name of the company and update asap.

Very friendly staff and a good selection of plants. The lady who was tending the garden was helpful and knowledgeable and it was evident that the plants had received much more love than those at the larger stores!

This store is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. Last week I was having issues with a weed eater I didn't even buy from them and the young man I spoke to told me to bring it in and he would help fix it. Ultimately I ended up returning the item to Lowes and buying a better model from Ace. Not only did they guide me to the best model for me---they even assembled it before I left. You don't find customer service like this but you definitely find it here. Highly recommend this store.

Nice and clean store. I went to have a key made for my camper (RV). They did not have the blank key to make my copy. So I walked around they had a lot of merchandise little pricey. But the employees were very helpful for the questions I asked.

Come here every now and then because it's close to my house. Friendly service and have just about anything you need to build, hobby, cleaning supplies. Pets stuff. Great place,,but inflation prices are sky high,,not the stores fault.

This review was done during extreme remodeling going on so hopefully the place will improve. I have never been a huge fan of the Ace Hardware chain probably because I was spoiled by the excellent service at Haynes True Value and Holdens Hardware while Farrer Bros. Ace Hardware was never as welcoming and friendly. I walked into Elders expecting similar service that I have always received at Haynes. I mean why would you buy such a successful business and change it. But I walked in and wasn't greeted even though there were at least 15 people working. I walked the entire store and was never asked by anyone if I needed help. I walked past many people though I have no idea if they are construction or actually work for Elders or Ace chain. But with such disorganization ( because of the remodeling) you would expect that whoever is in charge would ask if you needed anything. I fully intended to buy Hardware to set up a new bee yard at my apiary. I saw what I wanted as individual pieces but gave a cheap box price. I spent a few minutes looking for the boxes but didn't find them. So as I pushed my cart back towards the front I passed the cashier and an associate neither of whom said hi by or anything. I could have asked for help but I refuse in a store that has high prices. If I need to self serve or beg for help I will do it at a big chain store where I at least will save lots of money. We go to hardware stores for service knowing the prices are higher. I will return after the remodeling. If my experience is the same I will not return here again. I work as a manager at a large store near here and have been sending people to Haynes or Holdens for items we don't carry and for keys because we no longer make them. From now on I will only mention Holdens by name when I say " maybe a Hardware store like .... "

The best!!! I came in within an hour of closing with a disaster of my own making that was going to leave me without water for Christmas. One of the guys took the time to show me the tiny pieces I was missing and how to install them, and let me know that they could find someone to help if it didn't work out. Within five minutes and for less than$15, following his instructions fixed it entirely and I could turn my water back on. My top choice from now on.

They always just about have what you need I can say their stores clean and tidy and neat always things are easy to find and they have sufficient help if you can't find it yourself you're greeted when you come in the door and ask if you can be helped as soon as you step in outstanding if more companies had employees of the such and on that scale we would be in real good shape in the United States

Got just the plumbing part I needed today. You are met at the door with an offer of assistance which can range from which aisle to go to, to expert advice on most any project. You can be in and out to your car in 3 minutes if it's simple. Locally owned and operated.

The store was very clean. They simply don’t have what they say they have in stock. This was my third and final time attempting this hardware store. I would prefer to shop local rather than at the big box stores. But I just can’t waste the gas to go buy something that they fib and said they had when they don’t have it. It’s not a good way to gain a customer’s trust. But then again I suppose I’m not really a customer bc they never have what they say they have when I call ahead to check. I’m a 3-time-attempted-customer who is no longer gonna fool with such strange business practices.

Wonderful shopping experience. Always helpful and courteous. Most especially, recently, I appreciate the fact that they do not harass me about not wearing a mask. I have a medical exemption, and choose not to wear one, and they respect my liberty.

Excellent service. They found a matching bolt for my old truck. They put the assembly in a vice to make sure the bolt worked. Very knowledgeable and helpful saving time and money.
