I live in Smyrna and the DT’s here are awful! I will say that they carry some items this one doesn’t but that’s it. Not really saying much as this on in Murfreesboro carries EVERYTHING!! The plus section is amazing!!! I was in there 2 hours!! Everyone was very polite and accommodating. A whole new world compared to the stores here. Thanks for being awesome! I will be back!!

My first time just browsing around in the Dollar Tree. I don't know why I haven't been in before now. I will never give Walmart or Hallmark $5 for a Christmas card or any card ever again. The employees that I encountered where super nice and very helpful.

This store is one of the nicest, cleanest most organized I have ever been in. Annie and the other associates were very friendly and super helpful.

I bought a few boxes of Little Bites and they were ALL expired. Besides that, everything was a disorganized mess which you kind of expect for Dollar Tree. Employee was not very happy to be there, which again you expect for Dollar Tree. But the main reason I wasn't happy was the expired items. Everything else is expected.

Where do you start? The lack of employees or the zombies that do actually work there?We went in on a Sunday afternoon to purchase three drinks. After waiting in line (we were third), the far cashier begrudgingly told us that the cashier had to make balloons, so we switched lanes to her lane. We were 4th or 5th, and she was so exceedingly slow that after an additional 6-7 minutes we left.I know it's Dollar Tree, but do better. If you have a line of 6-8 people, don't go blow up balloons. It was quite frustrating, especially having two 9 year olds with me.

Not well stocked at this location. Staff wasn't very friendly (I encountered 3 workers while there) The cashier really bummed me out with the things they said. Extremely unprofessional acting. They wouldn't even look up at me because they were too into their phone. They sighed and threw my bag at me on the counter when I was checking out like I was a burden to even be in the store. This was the first AND LAST time I'll visit this location.

This used to be my favorite dollar tree that I have been to in Murfreesboro. It's used to always be clean and well organized, but it was an absolute hot mess today. I haven't visited as regularly this past few months, but I never expected the "good dollar tree" to look like the others. I was in late September, and it didn't look like that. I don't mean just a busy day kind of mess, there is stuff in aisles that don't really belong? Like there's a section of fall decor in with the plastic dishes and foil, craft wood boxes sitting with plastic tub containers. Maybe they are in the middle of reorganizing.

Visiting mostly to browse their card selection, I was greatly impressed with how extensive their card catalog is. Offering cards for nearly every type of event imaginable with wide variety, those needing this type of item will surely find a suitable selection for their needs.For shoppers, both hand baskets and carts are available for use to assist in shopping. This allows visits to feel more like a genuine and full shopping experience, as the store provides convenience, grocery, home, holiday, and decor items.

Came into the store to get a few items and brows around . An when i got to check out the girl working with purple hair was very rude and seem to be more interested in her phone than ringing my items up. And when she finally put the phone down . She had a attitude im guessing because i was interrupting her phone time. She really needs to improve on her customer service skills. If i come back and shes working i will walk right back out. I was having trouble trying to find a item and was going to ask if she knew where it was but since i got the attitude from her i didnt want to ask feeling id get a even bigger attitude.. needless to say i will no longer be going to this store if she is there!

This Dollar Tree on Broad street is the best one I have been in. I have been going to the others and had just about quit going. They don't have much. This one has crafters square and the $3 and $5 extra merchandise. This will be my new Dollar Tree.

Love, love, love this store!! As a teacher, I can purchase almost everything for my classroom here without breaking the bank. There are even many bulletin board borders, and helpful visuals-- all for $1 each! I highly recommend this Dollar Tree over others in the area. 👍👍

Staff was helpful, offering to open another register as soon as a line started to form. Store was clean and with the exception of gift bags, very well stocked. I'm sure they were waiting for a delivery.

I WILL never go back!!! My five year old found a robot that he liked on a shelf and the check out lady ripped it out of his hand.Well the lady at check out said they couldn't sell those and took the toy right out of my child's hand.... I have called corporate and they said they would deal with it. I understand not being able to sell a item but make sure you get them all up and DO NOT jerk it out of my child's hand!

There's an employee there, she informed me today she's been a cashier for 25 years because I left a new employee's line because I was in a hurry to get to dialysis. She loudly embarrassed and belittled me AND him. It was NOT his fault, they didn't properly stock the register area and he had to go look for wrappers for the glassware he was ringing up. I intend to speak to their manager

Debbie, the cashier was great. But the manager saw the long line of 6 people with full carts and ignored us. She went to sit in her office and left the cashier to handle the long line.

Well stocked, nice staff and everything is $1. I always leave with a car load. Just wished they had carts you can take your purchases to the car in. Kinda sucks having to haul a cart load out by hand!

The dollar tree is one of my weekly stops the selection is always changing and there's always something new on top of the great usual selection of cleaning and home products. There's a always a surprise to be found here. I'd rate it 6 stars if possible

I think it’s a great place to shop they definitely need to get there freezers stocked up but other than that they are always polite I’ve always been Greeted walking in very polite staff Chrissy always treats me very nice and always willing to help however possible thank you for having a amazing crew

There was only cashier. The line was all the way to the back of store. The cashier asked for help & no one came to help her. I felt bad for the young lady but she keep professional.

This Dollar Tree location is larger than out of the three locations in the city of Murfreesboro Tennessee. It seems as if they stock more items and have a larger selection. I absolutely enjoy shopping at this location.

There is an older cashier at the store.. sweet lady... She was left on the sales floor by herself with customers wrapped around the isles.While the other store associates were in the room laughing and talking... so sad sweet lady was so overwhelmed...

Staff is terrible. They are never willing to help, especially if you need balloons!! Worst attitudes. Go to the one on memorial. Store is clean, staff is friendly, and they have balloons!!!
