I have been coming in here for a long time and the past few months it is extremely hot in the store. Standing in line in that heat is not something I look forward to so am going to change my locations. Always considered this store above and beyond but it’s starting to go down hill. Every time I ask why it’s so hot, I am just told that it is how it is. It is bad when you have to step outside to cool down. The prolonged heat in the store can not be good for the food products in there.

The self check out is pointless. It should be a choice to use it. Not made to use the self checkout. They make you use it, while 3 employees sit around doing nothing and watching the line back up. Self check is an option not mandatory.

The night shift worker was very rude the past few times I’ve went there. He has closed the store for whatever reason and didn’t even put a sign up. Tonight after work I had gone in there to get a drink after my shift and I asked if they took Apple Pay because some places don’t. He had an attitude and told me “if it’s set up but other then that I can’t answer any technical questions. They should have told you before you downloaded the apple”. He said all this while I was already used Apple Pay and payed for my drink. I am very unsatisfied with how he acted. (March 17,2022 @10:40pm)

Was given the wrong product and Kathy the manager said there was no refunds or exchanges. Even though it was their fault… amazing customer service.

I love Circle K. I come everyday at all hours of the day to indulge on their 79cent Polar Pops(87cents after tax). Everyone that works here is really friendly. The only thing is I wish this location had the 99cent ice cream cones like some other locations do. Overall 10/10. I love this place.

Tried to buy beer here last night but was refused as my ID was an English driving Licence, only American ID is acceptable, I was told. Company policy. I was told this was because non-US ID won’t scan, but when my friend produced his US ID this was accepted without a scan. Suspect the attendant didn’t know what he was talking about.

Reasonably fast service. Short lines that move quickly. Fairly clean. Sometimes there are no towels in windshield washer stands at gas pumps.

The employees here are the kindest people. I have, twice now, had attendants just pick up things and come to my car when I had too much for one trip. Won’t take no for answer. Customer service here can’t be beat.

Whatever you do, do not buy def fluid here. $35 for. 2.5 gallon container. You can go right down the road and get the same one for $16. Price gouging bad!

No iced tea! At all!! Seriously, every Circle K has iced tea as a fountain drink. Smelled bad on entry too like sour milk. Never darken the door again

Always a problem. Credit card readers broken, or car wash issues, or spoiled food (bought frozen food there twice, spoiled twice). Always something.
