This place is great. They have a little bit of everything from puppies to underwater plants. They will trim your dogs nails here too, which is a service I’ve utilized before. They have a nice variety of pet supplies and the workers are really nice and knowledgeable.

We LOVE this store, for our fish tank supplies and good fish selection. The staff knows what they're talking about, and they aren't afraid to say, "This fish will need a bigger tank" or "That can be bad for a dog"... Which I absolutely appreciate and we love to have people that CARE ABOUT THE PETS in our local pet store. ♥️

0 stars if I could. The staff is extremely nice and helpful!! One girl in particular that works downstairs is the sweetest and very knowledgeable but I can’t remember her name. I have no issues with the staff, however, whoever is in charge of buying their puppies SHAME ON YOU. I just recently bought 2 puppies from them. A golden and a mini Aussie. BOTH of which have parvo that I’m now scrambling to treat to keep them alive. $3000 dollars for 2 dogs that may or may not die on me. Called them to let them know they should notify the other owners that bought the other puppies they were crated with and we were completely gaslighted and told it was our fault. I absolutely love my pups, they are amazing, but the fact that they don’t take any accountability for not buying from proper breeders or giving proper vaccinations before selling these babies is horrifying. Please get from an independent breeder. It’s a lesson learned the hard way for me. I seriously hope the other owners that bought the puppies in the same crates as mine aren’t dealing with what I’m dealing with right now!!!!!!

My best friend bought 2 puppies from them. She paid well over 2000. They didn’t even vaccinate them. One of the puppies had tested positive for parvo and the other is showing symptoms. They are refusing to refund her or help with vetting because she didn’t get their shots 2 weeks. She had a vet appointment 2.5 weeks after she got the puppy as that was the soonest she could get her in. She started showing symptoms of parvo exactly 2 weeks after she brought her home. This place is horrible and they don’t care about the dogs. They care about money.

Stunningly clean and well stocked store! All, and I mean actually all, the cages and fish tanks and habitats were pristine. Animals were housed in large habitats with lots of enrichment items and many were for sale with their enclosures. The store is run almost entirely by women. They have purebred and rescue puppies and kittens, friendly pet rats, reptiles, amphibians, chinchillas, and on and on. They also have a kinkajou and some busy prairie dogs on display only. Go visit!

Ignore all the negative reviews of these people saying the workers are rude or abusing their animals. I talked to a good Majority of them while looking for a new puppy, all of them were absolutely amazing and kind and answered any questions we had about certain breeds needs all the way to what dogs they usually get in. They made sure my puppy came home healthy and sent us home with some supplies since she had trouble eating, I will definitely be back here to get my second dog within a few months.

They have some of the coolest aquarium accessories, that I would also use in my bearded dragon tanks. The people are super nice. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by the cutest puppies. I don't even want a dog, but I always leave wishing I had bought a puppy. They take great care of their animals, and the staff are very knowledgeable. They showed me some cool ways to spruce up my dragons tank to give him some more enrichment. I go to this store everytime my boyfriend goes to the game store across the street. Definitely worth going.

Great, fun store to visit, see awesome pets and find food and supplies for all your pets needs! Adorable pets for purchase too! Puppies, Kittens, Rabbits, Birds, Reptiles and unique exotic animals. Tanks full of a variety of beautiful fish and a Koi Pond downstairs!

The puppies were so cute and well behaved! They also had a good selection of fish, lizards, snakes and birds! I specifically went to look at water dragons and the staff was super nice and helpful. Will go back again in the future!

One of the few places in town we can get treats for our ferret! They usually have adorable dogs, but they're more on the pricey side. But they do have the biggest selection of fish around town

Animal Cit Pet Center has been a good place to pick up pets. Their staff is helpful and makes sure you go home with the items you need, which is less.common than you'd think. We've bought multiple fish and other items there, and they're always helpful with everything. I also like the design of the store because my daughter enjoys browsing.

I went there today to look at an iquana, they go for 30.00 normally but these were 190 and not handled at all. That’s the issue I had about being there, they are not handling the animals to make sure they’re docile. I held a blue iquana and it was sooo scared of me and it’s nails were not clipped so it marked my hands up pretty bad. No apologies were given, nothing. And they are extremely pricey for the animals they carry. And puppies are in small spaces with other puppies. Do not recommend unless you want none docile animals.

They had my dog for a week their employee offered to do some training. I picked up my dog 4/28/2024 and my dog was emaciated,and dehydrated dehydrated. The business had him in the back and in a dog crate . He beat his head on the crate on and now his whole face is nothing but scabs. I wish I could leave a picture here. Take my word for it, he looked like a stray that had been wandering the streets. I cried all the way home. When confronted the owner blamed me. Gas lighting at its best. They were trusted... lesson learned. I text everyday and called checking on him.

They have a wide array of pets and pet products, but their prices are pretty high compared to other places. If in the market for feeder bugs, definitely go online. For example: they sell hornworms for $2.95 a piece, where you can get a dozen for $5 online.

The lady working there with the big black gauges in her ears is extremely rude and unprofessional. If anyone is interested in buying anything from here I would not talk to her. She doesn’t acknowledge you when you’re talking to her and didn’t have a clue about any questions I asked her.

This little ball of energy needed some real love from a family who was up for the challenge. A Queen who just needed to be shown shes truly ROYALTY! Puppy mill for sure and if you don’t know what that means look it up. I been here 3 time and now I’m noticing its a puppy mill I’m not sure about the birds and fishes but just a little strange then the prices are ehh expensive and lies in the paper saying rescue dogs and if u know what rescue dogs are and the history you will see why I said that . Pretty good at salespeople I’m aware because I have experience of sales so unless u cluesss don’t know anything about puppy mill etc and not observing the store then u will def get caught up if u love pet especially dogs you will fight against puppy mill. Animals are just like kids remember that! I’m not mad this no hate review but dogs should be treated this way especially the mother dog . They tried to sale so hard but I know how to backdown all I’m saying like me piece will come together and u will see what I’m saying check the reviews up here and research yourself. If you don’t care then okay buy the dogs they getting the money anyway by selling the dogs they breeding themselves you just making them money off a business that need to make change . One more thing yall ( employees)need to work on customers service no one said hello to me but 2 other people came in and yall speak to them

I love going there to see the animals and see what they have. They have really nice people working there.Plus it's been there for a long time too
