The pharmacy is still in the Stone Age with the phone systems. Pharmacist is as arrogant as they come. Literally said to call him Dr. The “Dr.” Couldn’t count. Had to correct him. Will fill early for friends but that’s it. No standard. Avoid and drive to millington or Covington. This one is horrible.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever used. Trying to get through on the phone is frustrating. It will ring busy for hours. I’ve even had two doctor’s offices complain to me when trying to call in medication. When you do finally get through and use the automated refill system, it will give you a pickup time. Show up at the designated time and they appear to know nothing about your order. This has happened time and time again. I would not use them if my insurance didn’t make me. Also, they close the pharmacy for lunch. Do they not have enough staff to cover staggering lunch schedules? They already close early for the evenings, making it even more difficult to get your medications. I get a certain medication every month and have for years. It’s not a very common one. It’s on auto refill. Several months in a row they didn’t have the medication in stock and would have to place an order, causing me to run out between refills. I asked the pharmacist why they couldn’t keep inventory when I’ve had this refilled every month for years. Whomever I spoke to told me they weren’t allowed to order stock ahead of time. What? They can’t have any medication in stock until someone actually needs a refill? Never heard of a pharmacy doing that, especially not until I used this one. If you can fill your prescriptions elsewhere, I would recommend you do so.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS.They told me they were out of stock of my VERY COMMON Rx THEN they told me that they requested my Dr. refilled my Rx but she refused. I emailed the office & the nurse replied they never received a request for a refill from them.

Ive used Walgreens pharmacy my entire life and have never been to one so incompetent! They can not fill a lot of normal prescriptions in store, the shipments are late, they can’t keep staff, and the lines are slow. My last straw is when apparently internet went down and they didn’t bother posting on the door that they couldn’t do anything! I’m not an angry person but at least leave a note saying to call your nearest pharmacy. To top it off I have to pay outta pocket because they messed up the insurance! DO NOT go to this Walgreens. It has been nothing but trouble for 2.5 years!

How Walgreens in Munford has a 3.2 rating I will never know. staff in the pharmacy are rude in person and on the phone. Anytime I attempt to get a simple script filled I get a message that it is delayed or out of stock. The phone almost never works. I believe I would get better customer service from a Memphis street dealer

Don’t answer phone, wait to refill until prescription expires, have waited up to 3 weeks for a prescription refill. Needed this med. everyday and pharmacy knew it. Stand in line up to 30 minutes to pick up scripts. This pharmacy has gone down so low on timeliness, courtesy and answering phone including Dr calls it’s ridiculous. I’ll be moving everything I have there somewhere else so I can get a drug I NEED everyday instead of refilling 3 days early so you’ll be sure you’ve got it. And no, it wasn’t an opioid or anything for pain. It was a protonix to pretect Mr esophagus from developing cancer! They are horrible!

This is the worst Walgreens that I have ever used. They never have your prescriptions ready, they put you on hold forever, they can't tell you why your prescription was being held up by insurance. They just tell you to come in an hour, then they tell you it isn't ready, come back, though they have called and texted you it is ready. They have one pharmacist that has one speed, slow. No one has any sense of urgency and some people are allowed to stay until their prescription is filled, but they always tell me to leave and come back. I would recommend going elsewhere and I usually get mine filled in Memphis, but I was home today. May try Covington next time.

Pharmacy advertises Express Pay and Pickup. This is not the case! I expressed paid and went to pickup. The drive thru was 5 cars and not moving. Only to find out they are Covid Testing. Inside had 4 people in line. Went to Express Pay Checkout and after waiting 15 mins was told I had to go to line because only one person there. Now the line is 10 people long ! Schedule the testing and move it out of the drive thru window ! If testing is more important than the pharmacy customers then that is very disappointing. I could have waited an hour to pickup my medication even though it was paid for but I chose to leave. I will pu my meds and transfer to another pharmacy that does not false advertise! Remove the Express Pay and Pickup sign ! It's not existent .

Put in an online order for products it showed are in stock. 5 mins later, order is adjusted saying product is not in stock. Call the store to cancel but they aren’t open. Call online support to cancel and they can’t because the store already marked it as picked up so she tells me to call the store. It’s not open for another hour and a half! How do you adjust and mark an order as picked up before you even open?! And a DELIVERY order at that!

(Pharmacy) This Walgreens has employed the laziest people with the worst attitude I’ve ever met in my entire life. They all stand around and talk to eachother instead of doing their job and getting the lines down. I can’t feel bad for people who are “over worked” when I don’t see them working. Also the fact that they don’t sell covid tests through the drive through is the most idiotic thing I’ve ever heard and I’m supposed to believe these people went to school? They would prefer someone who needs a test to come inside and possibly spread the virus rather than just sell it in the drive through.

Do NOT pay for your prescriptions online! Twice now I have paid online only to be charged again at the store. The pharmacist was kind and apologetic, but I still didn't get my money back. Maybe online prescription payments work at other Walgreens stores, but not this one. Save yourself the headache and pay at the pharmacy...or shop a different one.

The reason why they are so slow is because they have NO EMPLOYEES- —seriously, you cannot make people work folks!! It’s not their fault or anybody else’s, everybody, everywhere is slow, they have NO HELP!!!! When a pharmacist sees you and starts to cry due to exhaustion- that’s a PROBLEM!!! You Just can’t make people hold a job anymore, and we all suffer because of it………restaurants, salesClerks, pharmacist, grocery stores, name something that’s Over staffed, or adequately staffed - can any of us???

Pharmacy tech(s) and even the pharmacist are rude and snarky. I have had to use this location a few times and each encounter has been worse than the last. A simple question, purchase, or prescription pick up seems to be too much for them to handle. Drive thru pick up experience is also extremely slow and incompetent. 2 stars only bc it’s local and I don’t have to drive to Millington otherwise it’s a no for me.

I’m very pregnant and was here exchanging diapers (simple right?) after waiting in line for 20 minutes and finally reaching the front I was asked to wait until she cleared the line (which was wrapped around an isle after I had already waited in said line holding diapers) until she had time to “deal with it”Absolutely ridiculous.

Pharmacy Tech Chantel was very rude!! I had to repeat everything I said 3 times, she wouldn't listen to me, that the prescription was for my daughter, not me. Also mouthed off after I told her to change her attitude because it sucked!!

The employees at this store are so rude to people I will never go back I went in to pick up a prescription and try to use the bathroom when I was there waiting for my medicine and the lady get rude with me and told me that I could not use their restroom very very unprofessional. 😢😢

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Does not matter what time you come be prepared to sit and wait a minimum of 30 minutes to pick up a prescription.
