I love my little neighborhood grocery store. The employees are normally very nice and friendly. I only gave 4 stars because their card machines mess up all the time for months now and they have yet to fix it. Its very frustrating.

I worked here in high school, so my review may be somewhat biased. With that being said, this is my favorite hometown grocery store. The Naifeh family is a prominent name within our community. This grocery store has been around for many years and I think it will continue to serve our community for many more years. Always clean, stocked, and staff is always happy to help customers.

Edited to say more great things: after spending several hours there today passing out gifts to the community. I realized just how far the employees go to take care of their customers. I was blown away the attention they gave the people who are handicap. From helping them shop to getting baskets for them. I will forever be a patron.Lucky to have it. Shelves always stocked

I mainly go there for their pistachio salad(watergate) the best I've had. I get my sister a cherry cheesecake slice. It's $4.99 and cut into a huge heavy square. Lol. The people there are very nice. They have local grown green beans, great chicken prices and a lot of hard to find stuff. Overall great place to shop.

The store has a large selection of groceries, it has a bakery, deli, and more. I found products there that I can't find at other leading grocery stores. They also have their own meat department with good cuts of meats. The fruit and vegetables department is big and fresh. Love this place.

Most confusing and obsurd experience at a grocery store ever lol Janice definitely shouldn’t be hiring people with the kind of attitude she has but I think she might be related to the boss guy or something if u kno what I’m sayin. Toxic. I spoke to her about how I used to frost cakes for them years ago. And she told me I was lying. Lol for what reason I don’t kno. Can’t wait till she’s out of there. She’s always yelling at her employees and putting them down instead of building them up. Apply to Covington if u want to work at naifehs

Love this place has everything that we need for groceries. Produce is pretty good. Meats are good too. Good grocery place. Household items are kind of expensive and not much inventory.

I love love love this place..... they're employees are always super helpful and they have the items that you cannot find anywhere else in town or out of town for that matter the deli is always fully packed and has so many things to choose from is always a markdown section to where you can get good at really great prices the store has really great prices I really really enjoyed shopping

Best meat and cakes. Helpful and friendly staff.I ordered a birthday cake and the order was misplaced. Stopped to pick it up right before the birthday party , cake decorator was off . But one of the awesome deli workers whipped it out in no time (Ryan's world cake) . Was perfect and I made it to the party with time to spare. Everyone loved it !

Small market type store that serves the local community. Staff are friendly and good service. Best meat in town that is usually locally sourced and fresh. Their fried chicken and ready to eat meals are tasty. They might have a smaller selection but you can depend on them. Hometown service that is top quality.

Really like shopping here. Always have some really great weekly specials. Meat deals are usually pretty good too. Definitely price compare because some items are more expensive than Kroger and/or Wal-Mart. What sets them apart, however, is service. Everyone is nice and helpful. Be sure to check out bakery, great cakes at great price. I usually shop here 1-2 times per month depending on their deals.

The only thing I don't like about Naifehs is that the meat department closes way to early.. I tried to have some meat sliced and there wasn't anyone to do this ...it was 4:00 pm. That's early to me ...other than that I love doing business ther.

Love this little store and it's really well priced for such a small place. The only reason for 4 stars is because it it's within 20 minutes of closing time they will lock the doors. Which isn't terrible because kroger and general dollar are right down the street, but it can be annoying when you need that emergency item late at night and they have closed 15-20 minutes early.

Great neighborhood store but some of the people are so ugly starting with the meat department.. they act like you are bothering them . I had my mother in there and the handicapped chair didn't work and she was in a wheelchair and we had a cart and the boy that stocked our groceries to take to the car he just looked at me like I was crazy so I had to take the groceries and my mother out. They use to take out your groceries without you asking them.

The prices are really high for Wal-Mart being 15 minutes away on either side. The store is incredibly dark, no staff wanted to help when I asked, and the aisles were really cramped. There were a lot of graders wandering blocking the aisle on either side, and if not that then people playing with their phones with large restock carts sitting around instead of filling them and blocking off a lot of products.
