We are new to the area and have had two great experiences with Munford Animal Hospital. When one cat was having an allergic reaction they got her in quickly even though she wasn't an established patient. Then scheduled our other cat for a routine visit. Both vets & techs were skillful & caring. Reasonable costs (no charge to trim their claws or deal with one's impacted anal glands). Grateful to have found such a great new vet on our 1st try.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The receptionist that work the front desk are flawless Brittany, Lisa, and Candy Thank you for all you do and caring so much for my pets. The assistants are so sweet and caring and the doctors are impeccable. I feel so blessed to have such a great vets office to bring my fur-babies. Again thank you all🐾🐾

All the staff at Munford Animal Hospital are absolutely wonderful! They are so loving and gently with my fur babies! They are kind and thoughtful with us as well. If I could leave no stars I would. This was my Dog's primary veteran since she was a puppy. If you value your animals life do not I repeat absolutely do not take them here. These people only care about one thing and that is money. They are not compassionate or understanding. Munford Animal Hospital next time you have a patient that dies do not tell that pets owner to keep you in mind when they get their next fur baby. Cause believe me, I learned my lesson. I will never bring another animal to you. I will tell every person I know never bring their animal to you. Thank you for your lack of assistance. My dog is dead because of you.

I had a great experience with a very helpful team who were warm and welcoming to me and my dog, even though we were first-time customers. My Australian Shepherd was happy throughout the entire visit and the team was very supportive and accommodating. I would definitely return and recommend them to others.

Dr. Hannah and Jaymie were beyond amazing and very thorough when explaining what was going on. Dr. Hannah explained the procedure in great detail and was very compassionate with us! Candi made the experience great from the first phone call! Thank yall!

The staff is like family and they genuinely all love their jobs. When my dog passed away the hospital made a donation to a vet school and I was just blown away.

Everyone was nice and patient with us. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. Our dog can be really hyper, and he also chooses which other animals he likes. The staff let us wait in the car, called us in, and ensured we could make a straight line shot to our room. He was comfortable with the staff, and the visit was stress free!

I don't enjoy having to write this review, but as a matter of principle I feel it necessary. I've been doing business with M A H since 1997. Let that sink in. I've always received kind proffessional service until January 2024 when an unhinged and unproffessional manager of the facility chose to provoke an argument with me as I was trying to explain a matter concerning my dog that was awaiting surgery at the facility at the time. Short of the long I was waiting on a call back from the Doctor. When I didn't recieve the call back I followed up by phone when I then put on hold and forwared to email. I then called back and encountered a new person that felt the need to talk over me instead of listen to my concerns, provoking and argument. She apparently has the upper hand as an employee and told some overinflated version of the matter in order to save her own skin. Sadly the doctors/owners made a decision to sever ties with me without even hearing my side. I'm bewildered by this backwards decision, and sorely disappointed. When did customer service take a backseat to poor behaviour in the workplace? The doctors there have always been kind and caring to me and my pets. Nice guys. Again, I truly don't like writing this, but had to as a matter of principle. Hopefully this is just a one off situation that's just unfortunate for me. I hope they can gain the tools to discern right from wrong if a matter like this surfaces again. They were unequivocally wrong in this matter. It was explained to me that sometimes their staff gets talked to badly. I'm sure they do, but I didn't. In this case it was absolutely the other way around. Absurd is what it is. Customer since 1997 signing off.

This vet clinic has been THE BEST vet clinic I have taken my pups to. They get you in and out very efficiently. The best thing is, they don’t make recommendations just to get paid. I love how they will recommend but will also tell you if it is just a recommendation or if it’s necessary. I have had clinics that will say my pup needs everything on the list and the bill is so expensive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My dogs were both patients there and we decided to board them there. They were there for three days. When we picked them up on that Monday morning, our five month old had a broken leg. She was perfectly fine when we dropped her off but when we picked her up, she couldn’t even use her leg. They gave her an injection before turning her over to us, but didn’t even mention any of this to us. It was After they handed her over that my husband asked about it. They couldn’t explain how it happened. After multiple phone calls, they finally agreed to do x-rays at no cost. They did see that it was a fracture, but again couldn’t tell us what happened because there are no cameras where they board the dogs. The doctor sent my husband on his way with our girl, saying that he believed it would heal itself. My girl is now two and still has issues from this. If you love your animals, like I do, you can understand why this was the absolute worst experience. I would not recommend boarding your animals there under any circumstances. I should’ve listened to my friends.

My dog, Kacy, is so little, only two pounds, and I cannot say enough good things about Munford Animal Hospital. They offer such a great quality of care at an affordable price. I could tell based on how our veterinarian interacted with Kacy and took the time to talk with me about her dental health that he truly cared for her well-being, understood my concerns, and provided me with recommendations that I needed to best take care of her. I’m super thankful that MAH has taken care of her veterinary needs from the time she was a puppy to now, over four years later.

This clinic took us in last minute when our usual vet wouldn't. They have been super friendly and compassionate in the care of our dog who had to be seen after emergency surgery, and made the quarantine regulations run smoothly and almost comfortably. I can't praise them all enough for being so kind, and I credit them for our pup healing so much quicker than was expected. We didn't think she'd walk normally for another month, and here she is trying to run and jump like she used to. Thank you!

I am pleased, as always, with Munford Animal Hospital. Over the years, we have taken all of our pets here. The staff is always warm, welcoming and professional. Every single staff member/doctor/ greets you with a smile and seems genuinely glad to see you. They also have a wonderful groomer with whom we use often. They truly care about your pets and know ours by name. The clinic is clean and up-to-date. There are no long waits. This place is highly recommended by Bobby, Charlotte and Paisley. I truly believe these are the best vets in the area. Trustworthy & Professional staff!

We are so happy with the Care that is provided by Munford Animal Hospital. All of their Vet's are excellent, especially the brothers. We trust Dr. Drew completely with our fur baby's health care. He never disappoints. I cannot say enough about Munford Animal Hospital. Their compassion for animals and their professionalism is obvious from the front desk to the treatment areas. Went in on 1-10-2022 and had the best experience. We usually see Dr. English but will be using Munford animal hospital from now on. We did not feel rushed and the assistant Brittany really listened and made us feel heard! On top of that, the Vet Dr. Vawter was very thorough and patient with our Nova girl. We went in because Nova was having some pain in her hind area and I left that place feeling educated and relieved! The receptionist heather was very sweet as well!! Thing to note is that Nova can become reactive in a stressful setting and they really made me and nova feel welcomed!

Munford Animal Hospital came highly recommended from friends so I gave them a call today after getting 2 kittens from a shelter who needed care (one has a sneeze and one has an ear infection). I called to make an appointment as recommended on their website as I would've been a new patient. They gave me a date of their next available appointment which is 39 days from today. So I cannot rate this place based on care, but if you are a new patient plan to go elsewhere as I am having to do - these kittens cannot suffer another month.

So beyond happy with the service and care for our dogs that has been given at Munford Animal Hospital. Our puppy had to have a procedure done to his eye and his surgery went perfect. All the staff and doctors are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very affordable. Our dogs just love coming here. Thank you for everything!

Never had a complaint with the service provided at Munford Animal Hospital. The front staff is courteous and they all seem to love my fur babies. The doctors really do care about the pets they serve and my pets like them. I have two rescue dogs and they don't like many people, so that's a big plus...
