Very experienced vet. We brought our 13 year old dog for limping, thought she broke her leg. Dr. Taylor assessed her, said it wasnt broken, also diagnosed a heart issue, and gave us great advice for her teeth. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and added a few jokes. Very reasonable price too. Overall, an excellent experience.

to everyone saying how the lady is rude and repeats things there's a easy explanation for it. 1 she's 78 and has hearing problems and has to wake up at 7:00 am to go to work. 2 she constantly gets calls along with helping her husband (Earl) package pills. Shes 78 and is working harder than the average person her age not mentioning the price for items is fair compared to almost anywhere else.

Doc Taylor is a very smart animal doctor. He's been around since I was a little boy and I'm 50 now. In my opinion I feel his best years are behind him. But when you need a question answered or medicine for your animal he's the best place to go.

Doc Taylor knows animals. He's not one of these fancy, high tech vets that you are going to pay out the wazoo for a diagnosis. His prices are very reasonable, and he knows his stuff!!! He cares for the animals that come in, and he tries to lighten the mood of the owners by telling a joke, or two. We absolutely adore him and his wife. They truly are a gem in this community!

I called to ask about getting my adult cat neutered, how much it would cost me. She was extremely rude to me and hung up in the middle of me asking a question. Ill be finding another vet,one who doesn't mind answering a pet parents questions.

We went in asking for help because we couldn't get our cat neutered because he was too light. he chastised us for neutering our cat, made us tell him five times that the cat is male because fluffy means female, and then before telling us a cost, mixed up a vaccine (and dewormer that we didn't need, even after we told him the cat was dewormed) and forced us to pay because "he mixed it already, so we're paying either way".Girlfriend wont let me contact police because "we live in a small town, everyone will hate us" But extortion is extortion. Thanks for taking every cent I had and then some.

Dr. Taylor diagnosed my one year old cat, Elisha, with spinal meningitis and treated her, saving her life. I found her that morning and I didn't know what had happened to her and why she wasn't able to move very good. Evidently, her tail and back legs had gone paralyzed. I called Dr. Taylor and even though it was past time for them to close, they let me come and bring her in to see her. He took her temperature, evaluated her, gave her an antibiotic shot, and sent her home on oral antibiotics. She was completely better within two days. He said that a male cat had bitten her on her tail to establish territory since she was now spayed and the male cat couldn't know that she was a female anymore and I actually saw that happen the previous night. I thought they were playing. Doc Taylor does a great job and has very reasonable prices!!!! He likes to tell jokes, so bring some jokes to tell him.

I had never been to Dr. Taylor’s office before but I had a kitten that had a knot on its jaw and I needed a vet as soon as I could fined one. One of my hair clients told me about Dr. Taylor and they said he takes walk ins. So I took my kitten down there and he was great!!! He fixed her right up on an antibiotic for an infection. And his prices are very reasonable I even got her shots and dewormer. Thanks Dr. Taylor you are a great vet! I will definitely bring my babies to you!

the most disorganized "business" i think i've ever been to. extremely dirty waiting area & the lady at the desk was rude.. they don't take your name when you come in, nor do they accept credit or debit. i took my little dog there for a tooth infection, but after an hour of waiting, a waiting room packed full with no where to sit, i decided to leave. my dog was so sick the next day, bloody stools & vomiting. he caught a germ there because it's THAT nasty.

Doctor Taylor and his staff are excellent. Doctor Taylor took time to diagnosis and treat each of Dozer's conditions. He had us hope for Dozer's recovery where other veterinarians did not. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional as well. I'd recommend Taylor's Animal Clinic for the best veterinarian care.

The Dr. and his wife were very knowledgeable and pleasant....and his costs are MUCH more fair and reasonable than here in Johnson City!! YES..I traveled over an hour to go see him, on the advice of a friend who lives up there. If I have any more problems with my pet,He's the one I'll go see.

Truly stepping into a time gone by.Could not believe how low the cost of the visit was compaired to a Florida vet visit. It was like a visit to the vet in Mayberry (if they had one). Older gentleman named Dr. Taylor, seems to know what he's doing. He's assisted by his wife who works the front desk as well as performing the duties of vetrenarien assistant.You are responsible for maintaining the records for the pet which you bring in for updating on each visit.Now taking both my small dogs as well as Ira the stray cat to him. Hours are a bit quirky with a split day schedule but I guess it's not that unusual. I like the clinic.
