Most of the employees are very nice and helpful. It is very helpful when they can simply tell me exactly where what I'm looking for is,which they usually can. The prices and inventory, however, are questionable.It is ridiculously expensive compared to other local options, and half of the time, what I'm in there looking for isn't even in stock. There's always emptyplaces on the shelves, so I'm always missing something and having to find it elsewhere. At my age, doing a bunchof running around isn't what I have in mind.The empty shelves of COVID-times have been over with for a long while now.

I live in Johnson County Tennessee and this is my not my first choice when it comes down to grocery shopping.They have a few good items with nothing that I would drive across town to pick upThe store is laid out very complicated.

Decent store, some items are priced high. However, the majority of items were priced okay. The store could be a little cleaner. The employees were okay there were a couple with attitudes, maybe they were just having a bad day.

I love my little hometown store.. BUT.. they could hire people who doesn't look down on their customers. Been going to this store for 5 years now, and it seems as if you are look down on if you are on public help.. they act like they get offended if you even try to be nice and talk to them as they check out your food..

This one was hard to rate. They have great discount items, and a good selection. Almost everybody is super friendly. However, there are one or two cashiers that really shouldn't be working directly with customers. But they are the exception, not the rule.

Its a great store to shop at. I used to work there & I'm tryin to get my job back there again. All the employees are very nice & well mannered. Ive never had any complaints while I was in the deli, & I've never heard or seen any of the customers mad or aggravated over any reason. Great place & most definitely great people there.

I love their baked goods, and they always have tons of 2-for deals.Most of the customers were wearing masks, which was refreshing and made my shopping experience feel like a safe one.However, most of the employees were not wearing a mask, and the couple who were only had them covering their noses. This is not okay.Food Country is a very convenient grocery store for me -- I hate to have to add it to my list of businesses to avoid during a pandemic.

Great store people are friendly. Prices are good comparison to the other grocery stores. To give it five stars need more variety in the Deli Dept on the sandwich meats. The price is a little higher on the name brand they carry.

Store was nearly empty at around 9 am . Selection was adequate but not comprehensive. Overall it’s a nice local community store.

As the oldest grocery store in town it has upheld the same quality and standards for years. Prices are comparable to the other stores in town. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The addition of the hot bar is welcomed as you can have a hot meal for a reasonable price.

Have shopped here for 12 years. Their products and services are always top notch and easy visits even when crowded you are taken care of. Good management I believe is the reason it's always been a primary place I shop for groceries. Keep it up.

The produce usually looks okay. I always have to check the labels on products like yogurt. It's often expired. The store is usually clean and it's brightly lit.

Food Country is a nice store, clean and good service. The prices however are high even for our current state of affairs. Not exorbitantly high but higher that other local grocery chains.

Nice helpful employees have a great rewards system to save own sale items you can catch good deals plus they have some of there meats five for twenty dollars it's also fresh all the employees have been super nice and so have the managers

Just looked at prices compared to what I usually pay at Aldi and Walmart. They are more expensive. But in small town this is to be expected. Staff I talked with were very friendly. Store was very clean as well.

It's sad when a business feels so threatened that it pays money to make signs against the competition in town. I don't remember Food Lion or Food Country going at each other but they've both posted disparaging signs inside the stores about Price Less. I think I can speak for a lot of people in that we feel it is so petty and shows true colors. Everyone in town shops at all three stores. There's no need in the negative ad campaigning.

Some of the groceries are priced above others, but some are better. This location is great for those near downtown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable!
