Honestly as a KVAT store it's disappointing. The employee (cashiers, the managers seems happier) morale here is horrible and I assume it's due to the pay being mediocre. The store itself is decent with a good selection, but prices are a little higher than other KVAT stores, probably due to it being the only grocery store in the general area.

Very nice supermarket! But it should be noted that they are NOT owned by KVAT Food Stores, (the owner of Food City supermarkets). They both do carry the brands owned TOPCO but aren't affiliated with each other!

Shopped there from opening day, selection has gotten very poor. Would be a great location for a grocery store!

A good store for a quick stop, however, you must pay attention to dates on foods. They carry outdated foods. Have experienced moldy meats as well.

Manager working night shift needs to learn how to actually handle customers. I’ve been in a lot of bad customer service situations but this was the first time I’ve had a manager walk in and escalate a situation. Wont be shopping at the subway or the grocery store anymore.

Had not one but two managers tell me I offended them and I didn't even make a full sentence before the one manager let me know I offended him and he didn't even have a clue what was going on and he couldn't even give me my refund where we were at he had to walk to the front of the store corporate should be here more often I will never shop here again I would rather starve than give this place my money it was a bad experience all the way around

To be the area that he do then it is a great store little expensive but great however have the invoice or nice the other half is hateful the nice half will not be very helpful in the hateful half will not help you at all so p if you can figure how to get nice employees kind in there we'd have a better store

I live locally so I’m going back, but let’s just say I have to check the expiration dates on there meat department and dang near everything else. Got something on the day of sale date was charged full price. Really don’t want to complain but think they can do better!

Convenient grocery store in Mosheim so that you do not have to travel all the way to Greeneville city limits. However like most convenient places, you pay a little more than you would at Food City. Also they do not have as many selections as your regular grocery store.If you are needing a quick run to get a common item, this place is beneficial though.

The associates that work there are nice. Tho, I was going to buy plants but just about every one of them were in dire need of water and some tlc. They come in beautiful but are neglected afterwards. And the bathrooms (at least the ladies) have pretty much always been a bit nasty, not stocked sometimes, one toilet would constantly run and run and run. I try to not have to use them if possible so I'm not sure if it's been fixed or not.

Just moved here. This store is nice for a small town grocer! They stock Great items and they have a friendly hometown staff working there. It’s not just a convenience to shop there anymore but a great store to know consistently.

I can go to Publix get better meat and produce for less than at Food Country. Their meats tend to be green chicken can be slimy. Good help leaves and majority of the cashier's do not know where anything is. Subway can help you find what your looking for better than Food country's own employees.... The cashier's are to busy on their phones and talking than being nice and talking to their customers just complaining about the 2 hours they have been there and wanting to go home.

Pretty decent supermarket, employees work super hard and are equally as friendly. Not really much variety when it comes to "exotic" ingredients, other then that pretty easy to find anything else you could need. There's also a deli and it's very well maintained.

Location is locally the best we got in Mosheim, TN. Beats driving to town. Lately the stores changed managers and different employees a lot. The store used to seem much better, but products and food choices I remember are now not sold. I don't know if they quit selling it or have forgotten to refill the order to out it back in stock on the shelves.

Prices are way higher than other stores nearby! Not to mention I would not eat anything at the deli because it all looks dingy and filthy. The floors are never clean, the lighting is so dim I feel like I'm shopping at the Bates Motel rather than a grocery store! Staff is rude and watches you like you're shoplifting...as if there is anything worth shoplifting at this store...let's be honest. Do not recommend. Management is also frequently on the town facebook page running their mouth about customers....just avoid this place at all costs.

The only grocery store in town. They don't have a lot of variety so if you're looking for organics this is probably not the best place to go however the store is very clean well-run good management and very engaged employees.

It's a nice clean store and the service is great. The reason for three stars is the prices every thing there just seems expensive and they do not have competitive prices.

I’m only giving four stars due to having many problems with expired food, it got so bad that before I put anything into my cart I would have to check the dates on the food. Other then this issue it is a good place to shop, the cashiers are friendly and fast at checking people out. They have a subways in the inside of the store and there are also bathrooms by the subways that are free to use.

I travel a lot and about three (3) weeks ago I was passing through Tennessee. I stopped by this small store to purchase a few snacks. The place was clean and the cashier was helpful. The next time I'm on the road and If I take that same route in my travels I would stop by there again.

Friendly staff & I can find what I'm looking for. There are 2 things that bother me though: 1st their ice cream is never as cold as it should be, it's soft, to say the best, 2nd there is always, a long checkout line. Other than that, I enjoy shopping there

I used to buy my groceries here when I cashed my check because it was so convenient to my house, even with the higher prices they charge compared to other stores. However, since I have to drive into town to the bank now because they changed their check cashing policy, I'll just do my grocery shopping at the better stocked, lower prices stores.

The prices are a little higher than they would be else where. But they do have good weekly deals that are a bargain. The freebie Friday is great. The employees are not as friendly or social as at other grocery stores.

This store takes advantage of it being the only grocery store in Mosheim. Their prices are outrageous. Some stuff on sale is the same price as say food city prices. The people there are nice as can be though and the store is kept clean. (:

There beef steaks and ground seems to always look brown in color and there 2 litter drinks need to be washed off,they have drink spilled all over them . It has been this way for a while. They must have new management
