I stood at the register for probably 10 minutes or more while the manager lady was busy with the soda guy bringing in cases of soda so instead of hollering to the cashier to let her know I was there right then she waited until she was done talking to the soda guy which took 10 to 15 minutes to holler out to her cashier that she had somebody at the register. I stood there waiting because I thought she was the one that was running the register.

Nasty .... nasty jay and silent bob getto thug wannabe looking employee's ( let a real thug get ahold of them) . The store is practically empty of everthing you need it's nasty I dont think they have ever heard the word clean before or restock! The worst dollar general I've ever been to in my life!

The place has really friendly staff. However on shipment days like today they pull everything out in the packaging and leave it in racks blocking most everything you want to get to, which is highly frustrating. I realize the store has to be restocked but if it is that busy why not pull out the stuff for each section as you are going to do it instead of filling every aisle with rolling racks that prevent customers from shopping? Just a suggestion.

Hands down the worst ever dollar store. The never stock or clean. The short haired girl that is a so called manager need to be fired. When a comment was made to her about the store needing stocked she simply said "I'm the manager I don't stock" she is completely rude and should not be there

I was pleasantly surprised. They had what I needed. The staff was very friendly. Does not remind me of a Dollar General Store from my childhood. The aisles are a little narrow. In the age of Covid 19, I'll watch the parking lot making certain it isn't full. I've seen the store before, and it does have a really steady business. I'll go at off hours.

Shelves are always bare. Can't find what you came for. Going to another dollar store don't help because there shelves are bare as well.

Half of the aisles in the store are completely packed full of carts loaded with boxes everyday. Some are bad enough that you can not even get down the aisles even without a cart. Also they can have 30 people waiting in line and still only have one register open with a cashier who thinks she to talk a lifelong story to every single customer

Easy to get to this DG the location is not even a mile away from our house. Everything is affordable for our family, but it definitely runs higher prices on some items and things. I believe it being so close to us makes it simply great. Driving to the other side of our county would probably be the gas you would have to use to get there. Either way that's our family review.

I really like it they usually have everything I need. They only complaint would be when they get a truck of supplies they don't unload the boxes for awhile so there for they have cars with boxes in the middle of the isles so v you can't get to anything... Other than that they're all real nice.

Friendly staff. Not very clean or organized at all. Everytime I visit I can not find what I need, there is always an empty spot with the product I needed. Boxes with items are still in boxes on the top of shelves. I usually have to travel to town to the better dollar general to find the items I need.

They are very rude and run you out of the store when it's like 30 minutes before closing. But other than that they had what I needed and got it got out. Glad they are open until 10 that's a good thing.

Dollar General is often out of their sale items, especially their Castrol oil and Dr Pepper, when they are on sale. The atmosphere is ok and the employee involvement is decent. If they could keep their sell items in stock, while the sale is running, they would receive a 3rd *.

They placed a shelf in front of usable bathrooms and denies access to a disabled lady the use of thier facilitys.The first time she had been able to get out in a long time.Very disturbing that they would treat thier customers in any such way.

Good prices on some things. Some of the workers are not friendly. Coughing in hands while doing items is nasty. And licking finger to get money out is very nasty. Won't be going in the line with that lady.

I liked that there's a lot more to choose from at this location. It's possible that the location is in an area that doesn't generate as much customers as other Dollar General Stores are usually sold out of several different items from many areas of the store (like household, food, clothes ect). SomeDollar General Stores are constantly selling out of certain items like the $1.00 six pack of Hershey Chocolate bars and regular Reese Cups 6 pack $1.00 packages and medium sizes for boys. Managers need to look at the demographics of the residents in the 10-15 mile radius. Like if the local elementary school hired a new kindergarten teacher because the 1 was too big of a class and there were more kids wearing 4-6 sizes in boys and girls clothes they'd be sold out of just those sizes and have a rack full of small, large, extra large ect but never medium you'll stop shopping there for that item because the store is always sold out. Or like diapers, when my son was born there weren't many births that week but the next month there was a lot so the size of diapers he wore (no matter if they were 1, 3, 5, ect) all the way through until he started wearing pull ups at least, was always sold out. I've noticed this trend though in several of the Dollar General locations, but if you're persistent and really need that body wash, shampoo, dog treat or whatever and they're out at the one 5 miles away check the one 12 miles away ect you'll find it.

Waste of my time even coming here anymore. They are always out of stock of everything I need. And the aisles are already crammed full with palettes that have a been unloaded.

Certain items are never stocked except the day they arrive.ppl come buy in bulk and the shelves are empty untill the next truck w that item runs

Hidden from the summer St. If ya didn't know it was there you would never know there was a DG there. Always kinda dark and dingy and unorganized. Usually have to find someone to check you out.

This is a perfect location. It's just outside of the Greeneville city limits. They have pretty much whatever you need without having to go all the way to Greeneville to get it.
