Employees are rude and act like it's a problem when i come 2or 3 times a day for coffee. Isn't that what the store is there for? Today when i went in to get coffee the store manager accused me of not giving a $20 and said i only paid with $10 . She said we'll see when i count my drawer to tonight. I came back next morning to check if it was right and she said yes but no apology for accusing me of lying . Store manager has also tried to silence me when speaking my mind about supporting illegal immigrants. Freedom of speech! They only hire females which is sexist on her part also. Tyrant corporation run by soulless succubus.

STORE #98 EMPLOYEES ARE THE RUDEST, BUT SINCE WHEN IS IT OKAY FOR THE MANAGER IN CHARGE WHO'S NAME IS TIFFANY, SINCE WHEN ARE YOU ALLOWED TO CUSS OUT CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE & TELL THEM NOT TO CALL BACK WHEN WE WE'RE CALLING TO ORDER A CHEESE PIZZA @7PM TONIGHT, IT WAS MY 6 YEAR OLD SON THAT YOU CUSSED OUT, MR. WEIGELS WILL BE HEARING ABOUT THIS, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT CUSSING ANYONE OUTAT THAT MATTER. EVERYTIME I COME TO THE STORE YOUR ALWAYS OUTSIDE ON YOUR PHONE SMOKING OR IN THE CAR WITH YOUR BF, YOUR ALSO RUDE!!!!

This Weigel’s is always super clean! Employees are always super kind. They greet everyone as they come in and thank them / wish them a good day as the leave. All items are fully stocked and neatly organized. The bathrooms are clean as well!

This store is very clean and very orderly. The cashiers are friendly especially Katelyn B. She should be recognized for her outstanding customer service skills.

I do not understand why we go through the hassle of registering our card to utilize the ease of the app and use pay at the pump and continually get this message @ store #90. If you are not “set up” for pay at the pump or I need to “slid my Weigles card and use it like a credit card” I will just go somewhere else. These were the answers I got from an assistant who called her GM! Wow, stop false advertising at the pump and on your sign for a service you “aren’t set up to provide”.

Employee need to learn customer service. Just went in now for coffee. Employee was refilling cups, creamer, etc. Acted like I was in her way. Very unfriendly. Maybe she was having a bad morning...idk. Other employees were great! Store was clean.

The employees at this store are very rude. And while they wait on you they are eating and act like it's a crime because you came to the counter. This store is ridiculous on many forms

Never had a problem until today when I went in and the tall girl behind the counter was rude and stuck up and acted like giving me a receipt was so dang hard oh boo hoo.... I work too with the public and I never act like that especially in front of a customer that ain't being rude like me at all!!!! Other than that Mishap today there has been an good experience any other time....

Best service from the employees that were very helpful and nice. I love the quality milk that is there as well. Pricing is reasonable when compared to other convenient stores near by.

Great new location! Very nice layout and parking area/pump layout. The design looks very similar to QT, but of course it’s far superior because it is Weigel’s! Great coffee station, nice beer cave, and the employees are friendly.

The staff got me for a dollar and when I said something about it they wanted to act like I was crazy! So I wouldn't go there because the cashier will nickel and dime you and make you think otherwise!
