I always have a positive experience when shopping here. It's definitely easier to navigate than the super center. They carry pretty much all the same stuff as the big store, just in a scaled down version. It's more like a traditional grocery store.

Don't go to this Walmart if you're lbgtq+ because apparently if you don't like the gender you're born into you have a "mental illness" says Morning shift Fresh Team Lead Rick W Lawson. I expected better from a member of management, especially when the company is all about acceptance.

Prices are really high the big Walmart's have there prices lower. They are normally understocked or just plum out of things. It's really hard to do self check out and having to bag with me as old as I am with disability problems. Plus how they stock you like you are a thrift but yet can't offer to help the elderly blows my mind, bc I certainly could use help and tonight it was other shoppers that helped me get dog food in my buggy and other items and also other customers to help me pick things up to just ring up...I hate this walmart

The staff here is highly respectful and friendly. I drive an extra 2 miles to go to this location just for the staff and there helpfulness. They take the time here to know there customers and always engage in conversation.Update 8/4/22: still will drive out of my way to go here to shop. The employee and management are amazing.

Well stocked and clean, employees very helpful. I seem to always fi d what I need. The ladies at the deli counter are amazing, fast and friendly. I do self checkout but when I need assistance they are spot on!

Awful! Shelves are empty, can’t find anyone to help you find an item. People filling pick up orders run you over. I will be going to Food City, they have a better selection of deli meat and their meat is cut in store and better quality.

So today my faith in humanity was restored by Barbara for giving me hope to not worry about my meds. Mindy because she's always so sweet. And especially to the pharmacist Matt he was able to find a medicine that's the same and affordable for me. He is amazing keep up the great work always making sure your customers are taking care of! Would give 0 stars if possible! Deli not stocked and the shelves were empty and I couldn’t get anyone to wait on me to slice meat . Meat department had little to nothing and no one around to help! Shelves were filled minimal at best in the grocery department. I don’t know what happened to this store, I use to shop here all the time, I’ll just go back to the big Walmart.

Easy access & parking. Best to avoid if at peak shopping times or you will park in Egypt. Great place to run in & grab quick items. Has 1/2 of check out lanes self check-out for quicker exit. Always clean & orderly. Pharmacy is great. Answers many questions you may have & will always get you the cheapest savings if possible. Also has drive-thru pick up. Great locations for neighboring counties to access, located under 5 miles from Grainger County line. One of my frequent stops when I only need a few items & don't want to be caught up in downtown traffic & return home quickly.

I found the store to be very clean and very well-stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Being rural East Tennessee many of the clientele do not take the mask mandate seriously however the employees are wearing masks which is refreshing.

Staff are friendly but why not have more registers open during peek hours. Like when folks are getting off work. I dont work at Walmart. Don't wanna check myself out. Self checkout is for people with handful of items not a kart full. Everytime I go to this store they have one line open and a line going up and down the store to the self checkout..

Love this store. Favorite place to shop for groceries. Always great customer service when needed although in my experience it's only really been to help me get something from the top shelf (I'm 5'2")

Was very happy with the store and the staff. They asked if they could help me out to the car. I said oh yes i just had surgery on my wrist. . great place to shop. Its close to bean station. Well go back all the time

Horrible... everything I go into that store I experience total disregard for social distancing! Last week...two women with 4 kids running around like they are in Disney Land! They were bumping into people and touching everything with no masks. I complained to the door person and he looked at me like I had two heads. Today...a woman was hacking her lungs out in the meat department with no mask and didn't even attempt to cover her mouth! Why have a door person and don't enforce social distancing? Kids is why...they don't give a gee whiz...too busy one their phones. No more Walmart for me!

This store is reasonably clean; in fact I don't think that I have ever really seen any dust or spills be there the next time I came in. It is a limited selection, but still a better option than the east end walmart.

Quick run in. Of course they were out of my soft drinks again. I have decided it is Not worth my time to go to this neighborhood center again. This is the fourth time that I have not been able to find my soft drinks in this store. And the sad thing is it is their store brand sams cola case that I go for. Pitiful.
